Eli was an outstanding customer service rep for BMW. He was always available via phone, answered all questions in a timely manner, and was always 100% transparent with us. We had been searching for the perfect X3 in several states. Tri-Cities happened to be the one place with the model we wanted. My husband called Eli and confirmed all the vehicle details and he secured a down payment for it. We are Arizona residents so we were not the easiest of customers to sell to. Eli had no problem making it happen though. By the time the car arrived at the dealership Eli had all of the paper work sent to us and signed. My husband drove from Arizona to Washington to pick up the car and had no extra work to do at the dealership by the time he arrived to pick up the car. It was the easiest purchase we have ever made. Eli noticed we banked with USAA and went out of his to help us receive the family military rebate available through BMW. We never would have received it if he was not so attentive to detail. He’s continued to answer our questions after the time of purchase so that we have a great experience navigating our new vehicle options! Can’t wait to upgrade again with Eli!

Purchased a new X5 and my experience with BMW of Tri-Cities could not have gone better. Diane Gonzales helped with the initial information and put a hold on the car for me. Eli Reyna did a great job with the sale. Even found a discount that was missed on the original quote. Past experience with other car dealers I found they look for ways to raise the car price. Not with Eli. I wasn’t tied up all day dealing with paperwork. Eli had everything ready when I came in. Same with Christopher Martinez. He had the final paperwork ready and it was very painless. I came out to the BMW Tri Cities lot just to look at sizes of the new BMW 3 & 5 series. Yvonne happened to be passing by & answered all of my questions. When I told her I was planning on buying a BMW from another dealer, she immediately got to work on finding me the best deal for what I wanted. She was helpful, friendly & didn’t push any sale on to me that I didn’t want. She is still helpful after the sale, responding to any questions I have through text. Armando in finance was also very helpful & made the car buying experience painless. Overall it was the best car buying process I’ve experienced yet & I am thankful for Yvonne and Armando’s patience & help.
My experience goes beyond disappointing. It reminds me that I trust others too easily and I expect too much and that a respectful business transaction is outdated. I reached out to Cliff about a vehicle that had just hit the lot - so new in fact that there were no pictures even posted. The transaction started off well. I was traveling at the time and pulled into a parking lot so we could conduct a virtual tour of the vehicle since I live two states away. Cliff even sent some follow up pictures at my request. I asked him to send me a contract, which he did, and shared that this was for my daughter; she was over-the-moon excited. I too was excited because this was something I could truly afford. This REALLY was the car! Not three hours later, I received a text stating that someone had put down a deposit and would be picking it up the next day and it would be going to Canada. Saaaay what? I was already inquiring about flights to get this car, sharing the news with my husband, calling the bank, basically getting my “ducks in a row” . Not happy with hearing the news in a text, I called up Cliff. He stated that another salesperson handled this transaction. But arent you the sales manager Cliff? Wouldn’t you know what happens on your lot within hours of you and I talking? The response I got didn’t feel truthful. I was told the deposit was made online and he had no knowledge of it. Later, I tried to “recreate” a similar scenario with a random vehicle on their lot. I could never find a “make a deposit” on this vehicle button. Everything directed me to a sales associate first. It must have been just this car that had that magical button that bypassed every sales associate including the sales manager. This little car was probably one of the cheapest ones on the lot and making the sale probably wouldn’t have even registered much on the daily receipts, but it was the perfect car for us. When I shared my daughter’s great disappointment, Cliff’s parting words were, “I have access to many cars; I will find your daughter a car”. It’s coming up on three weeks, Cliff. Crickets are all I hear.Postscript: I checked back to see if this review had posted. I found it under recent reviews along with another review from a very satisfied customer who bought the car. Any guesses as to who sold this gentleman the car? Im sorry, but my disappointment now runs even deeper knowing elaborate lies were fabricated to make a sale. And while I continue to hope that honesty and integrity in the business world do still exist, I unfortunately know it doesnt exist here.

The 2-3 times I’ve had to go in to the shop it’s been a mess. Nothing seems to get done right the first time. Or it’s just a pain in the a** to get it done. Love my car, but I cringe when I know I have to go the the dealership. Sadly I’m only a year into owning my 3 year old car

Since I bought my car new at BMW of Tri-Cities, Ive had nothing but problems with the service department honoring warranty work. Ive had three separate problems and each time left unsatisfied:The first problem started showing up 1-2 months after I bought the car. I noticed the car would vibrate at certain speeds. It felt like the tires were unbalanced. I took the car in and they found 3 of the 4 tires had flat spots. At first, they accused me of putting the flat spots in the tires, but I drove it every day. It turns out the car had sat on the lot for 3-4 months before I bought it and they must not have moved it. After the service advisor spent a week talking to the service manager to see what they could do, they agreed to replace the tires, which were brand new. Instead of replacing the bad tires with new ones, they swapped tires with the loaner vehicle. Who replaces faulty new tires with used tires under warranty?Next, in the first year of ownership, I got a flat from a nail in the road. I read through the manual and the tires were warrantied against road hazards for the first year. When I took the car in, they refused to honor the road warranty. They told me the tires had too much wear and that Pirelli had changed the warranty terms. I showed them the warranty paperwork that came with the car, but still no luck. So I was out $360 for a new tire.Today, I took my car in for the 3 year service, which basically consists of an oil change. When I bought the car, it included the first 3 years of complimentary scheduled maintenance. When I dropped the car off, they told me I was out of warranty. The three-year period had ended 1 week before I took it in. They refused to honor the warranty, despite never having performed the free 3-year service. Ive had complimentary service on new cars from Toyota, Subaru, and VW and have never had a problem with them performing the final complimentary service appointment for free. So I ended up spending $160 for an oil change. To top it off, I was told the shuttle would be there in 20 minutes. An hour and a half later my car was done, but still no shuttle.If you can find an independent shop to use, take your car elsewhere. Unfortunately, this is the only BMW dealer for 200 miles, so there isnt a lot of choice if you want to take your car in for dealer service. This is the last time they get my business.

Working with Zina was a breeze, all of the staff was super friendly. While we did hit a bit of a snag waiting for parts to arrive and a couple of other unforeseeable issues, delivery of my vehicle was delayed. I wanted to reach out see if anyone has had any experience with BMW of Tri-cities? I recently took my car there for a recall. While I was there I spoke to a service advisor about an issue I had with my car. I showed him what check engine codes a local mechanic had pulled and he suggested we do a diagnosis to find out the issue. I paid for the diagnosis and went back 2 days later only to arrive to a car that wouldn’t even start. Keep in mind this is a 3 hour trip for me. At this point their manager was involved and he assured me the issue would be resolved and he was able to get me a loaner vehicle. I get informed that my fuel pump is bad and a fuel line is leaking and that’s causing it not to start, which I found very strange considering I drove it almost 2 hours there. Regardless I had no choice but to have it done. When I go to pick it up for the 3rd time and after $1400 it still had the exact same issue I explained to them when I initially took it in. I leave it there yet again only to find out that the issue is related to the code I showed them and it’s a nearly a 4k fix. I don’t understand why that wasn’t found in the initial inspection and why I paid for parts that didn’t need to be replaced. I understand things happen and I’m waiting on the General manager to see what they can do for me but driving there and back 4 times and all the the time I’ve spent trying to get this resolved is very exhausting.

My husband and I found this vehicle for sale on the lot. Brett Russell, salesman at the Audi Sales, gladly helped us out. He was extremely helpful, fighting for our rights to a 2nd set of keys when one was not to be found. The managers and finance people had to be talked into because new sets of keys are pricey now with the computer chip, etc. Brett stuck with it and we walked out very happy with his service and treatment of us. We really appreciated his happy attitude and support of us as his clients. We were buying a 4 hour drive from home and felt this might be a place we would recommend to our family that lives in the area and to anyone that reads this review of our time on the lot.

UPDATE: My partner & I had a wonderful conversation with George Stanley, the GM, and found common ground in our love for BMWs and providing high quality customer service. We understand this situation was out of his control and accepted his apologies. George gladly took care of the cost for the fuel sender seal.I struggled with this review because it is the first poor rating but it is my hope this experience will create improved customer service. Our 2003 BMW 325xi had a fuel pump failure in Boardman, Oregon. We had it towed to Richland after calling the dealership and confirming they would work on it Friday afternoon. After getting to the dealership we were informed they did not have a replacement fuel pump in stock and it would be Monday before any work could be done. We had driven from Portland and were 5 hours from home. The dealership offered no courtesy/loaner car or any local accommodation. My partner, a longtime BMW owner & member of the BMW Car Club of America Oregon Chapter, told a manager we had received loaner cars before but the request was curtly dismissed as ‘We only have six loaner cars. This isn’t Seattle.’ When the dealership closed at 5 p.m. we were put out on the street during a pandemic and had to hang out at the nearby Fred Meyer until family members arrived from Portland to pick us up and drive us home. On Monday, we retrieved the car and its $1,600 bill for an after market fuel pump & labor. After having the work evaluated by our mechanic in Portland it was found the fuel sender seal on the unit was damaged when installed causing fumes to leak inside the car and producing error codes. This fix cost $119. I’m still at a loss for how any business much less one with a stellar reputation like BMW can allow this poor level of service to happen?!

My wife and I arranged a flight to Pasco from SeaTac on a Saturday afternoon, our incredibly nice sales person Diana picked us up at the airport for a relaxing 10 min drive to the dealership. I have jad several modifications and after market BMW systems installed and the service department has kept me in the loop befre and during the process. Not all BMW dealerships are the same and I can tell you firsthand that Tri Cities has an excellent one.

I found a car here through a search online and came to look at it. When I walked in the showroom there were a group of employees having a conversation. I stood there awkwardly for a few minutes, made eye contact with several of them assuming they might want to stop talking about their colleagues doctor appointment and help a customer. I probably should have interrupted but didnt want to seem rude. I slowly walked out the door, thinking to myself that like a good romance, one of them would stop me before I was gone. I guess that only happens on the big screen.

I drove a 12 hour round trip to deal with these guys and they made it worth it! This establishment is highly unprofessional and does not take care of their customers, they nickel and dime you instead of giving one accurate quote. They let you drive away from the service center without actually fixing your car and then try to gaslight you because you are upset that they didn’t resolve your issue. We took a car there multiple times and the last time we got the car back it was worse than when we brought it in. We ended up just getting a new car from a different dealership because that is easier and safer than dealing with this company. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

I recently had to replace a key for my 2001 330ci, and from the moment I walked in the door it was a 5 star experience. They made it easy to order the key, and notified me it would be here within the next couple days. They called me at work 2 days later and told me the key was ready for pick up, I was able to get off work a little early, and arrived at the dealership at about 6:15. Unfortunately, the parts department closes at 6pm. One of the gentlemen there, who I can only assume is a manager or higher up employee because of his professionalism, took several minutes of his time to search through the parts department for my key. When he couldnt find it, he personally arranged for it to be delivered to my work the following day, as I work 12 hour shifts and it is very difficult to leave work. The key was delivered to me at work the following day. I am beyond impressed with the staff and the service they provided for me. I will definitely be recommending friends and family, as well as bringing my business to them in the future.

I didn’t get the standard experience of buying a car where everyone gives you that smile and use polite friendly words/jokes just to buy you in. He treated me as friend not as a customer, and being professional in the same time. He was very honest and shared everything about the car with me before I make a decision. We agreed on the deal details over the phone and he prepared all documents before I take the trip from Seattle, just to make my trip smooth as possible. The car was ready when I arrived, he took me for a real test drive and explained a lot of features about the car. We were on a road trip from Canada to Walla Walla and I blew my turbo charge pipe. My 435i ‘limped’ into Tri-Cites BMW on a Sunday. The service department was closed as is normal, my stress level was at a 9 out of 10, then we met George Stanley the General Manager. He said ‘Tell me your story, what’s up? Maybe I can help.’ George took care of everything and made us laugh! Within an hour we were back on the road towards our vacation with a courtesy car and my stress at a level 2 out of 10. Within a couple of days, I had my car back with a very reasonably priced quality BMW repair. My satisfaction level is 10 out of 10. My gratitude to George and the service department for saving our vacation.

Called and emailed multiple times to set an appointment to get my car serviced. They always said ill send it to services and they will call you. Its been 3 weeks and i still havent heard back.

I was in a very precarious situation, and Eli found me a vehicle I fell in love with and then leveraged his network to ensure I was able to drive away with the best deal possible. I went into BMW not really knowing what to expect, since all the other car dealerships Ive been to were pushy and rude. (For example.. Honda, who ran my credit score TWICE without asking me) Larry Riggs was the client advisor that helped me today. He was absolutely amazing. He didnt pressure me into buying a vehicle and helped answer every question I had. My 2 year old daughter was with me and he treated her with so much kindness, even when she was acting a little wild. I know working in customer service you have to bite your tongue and smile but Larry was genuine. Even though my credit score went down because of Honda, Larry helped me get the vehicle I wanted without stressing out. Im very thankful for all the help today and LOVE my new vehicle! I definitely recommend this dealership and dont forget to ask for Larry! You wont be disappointed!
My first BMW so I was nervous. Eli was terrific. He took his time, was respectful of mine, and didnt push hard to get me in a certain vehicle. Make no mistake, they are there to sell you a car, but I appreciated the options made available to me and the willingness to do what I needed (a couple of test drives) in order to make the decision feel solid in my head.The finance guy (I am sorry I cant remember your name!) was lovely; of course they want to sell the extras, but he didnt oversell and I was grateful. Ive had the car for seven months and I never once experienced any buyers remorse about the vehicle or the price I paid. The staff is very friendly and I am holding one start back only to see how the relationship with this dealer evolves (first service is happening soon) so I can present a better picture. So far, though, I wouldnt hesitate to shop this dealership again.
Larry Riggs was awesome! He was very personable and not high pressure at all. He was good about letting me have a real test drive, not just around the block. He explained several of the features that I was unfamiliar with. I ended up with a Cadillac (not a BMW) and I love it!
Very knowledgeable. Happy to help. Communication during service is slightly lacking, but the time and cost estimates were very close to the end result. More expensive than most, but guaranteed and they treat everyone like individuals.
Great service. We just bought a used BMW from a private party and went in to order a spair key. The sales manager came over and spent over 30 minutes going over our new to us car explaining every little detail. And we didnt even buy the car from them. What a great dealership. Just imagine what they would do with a purchase from them.
