Great shop. If you have ever had a problem order clothing out of a catalog without being able to see it, then stop by and check out the apparel he has on hand so you don’t have to guess. Rick the owner was incredibly helpful. When I stopped by to pick up my order another customer had walked in. They had just lost a loved one and where having shirts made for the service. The owner was going to have to work late Friday and all day Saturday to make sure this order was ready before the service. That’s the kind of small business I want to support and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for screen printing services.

I cannot speak highly enough about Rik and Tri-City Tees. Rik got me the color and weight of shirt for my order and had them in the next day. The artwork looked great. He knocked out 50+ shirts in about 3 days, and had I gone in right before he closed for the night I would have had them in 2 days!But the reason Im so effusive in my praise, is that after the initial order was done, I had several people who didnt order initially ask for a shirt. First a few, then 5, then 10. Rik was so patient as I amended and re-amended my order.Im sold on Tri-City Tees!!

If you’re looking for a shirt to be made quickly and with great service look no further! I tried two other locations closer to home before here and when I said I only wanted one shirt made I was met with rude and condescending service almost immediately. I was hesitant to try this place but it was for my son because he had something going on at school and I wanted to try to get it done for him. I walked in the door, and 20 minutes later I walked out with his shirt and I was very impressed with both the quality of the shirt and the quality of customer service. This will always be my first choice when I’m looking for something like this. I’ve already started “designing” a shirt for my other son that will be screen printed at Tri-City Tees! Thank you guys!

Rik was fantastic to work with. I ordered on a Friday and was able to pick my order up the following Friday...even with the labor day weekend thrown in the mix. I had a last minute project done by Rik and his team. I needed it done in two days. They had it back to me the next day! His customer service was great!

Im over the soccer league in our city and we had a very large number of soccer shirts to order and he only had a week to order and complete them. He accidentally made a few mistakes, within five minutes of me letting him know I found mistakes he called me. He was very apologetic and drove up (Im an hour away from him) to pick up the shirts. He remade an entire teams shirts, as well as fixed a few other shirts and then drove them back to me before the next game. I knew that the large and fast order would mean some mistakes but I had no idea how awesome Rik was at customer service!!!!! Customer service is everything to me, and this guy is good.
