It is a wonderful store! I went there to pick up some horse stuff for my daughter who is going to show her horse at State fair and the manager threw in some horse treats with my order. Super nice people. I would spend my money there over some of the other feed stores here.

There is always a nicely stocked discount rack and the employees really know their animals and equipment. If you cant find what youre looking for they can suggest better or equal products or they will order it in for you. Theyre always super accommodating with special orders and are very knowledgeable about everything they stock. They only sell what they would personally use for their pets, which makes me feel more confident in everything I buy. EFC stocks equipment and parts for mowers, tractors, chainsaws and a lot more . Plus they have a service shop and do repairs for a great price. If youre a farmer, land owner or pet owner, this place is for you. Also, if you like coupons and sales, their website has all sorts of deals. I love it here!

Had my zero turn mower serviced and when I got the u it back I noticed that it was not mowing as well and not mulching the grass as well as it used too. I checked the blades and noticed that they had put bagger blades on my mower (I have the mulch kit with mulch blades on my mower since new) I thought no big deal they will stand behind this simple mistake and swap me out. I didn’t even ask them to do the work just swap me blades. They would do nothing for me except offer to charge me for there mistake. Lost customer.Update: after a mutual friend called on behalf of myself and the owner of etc equipment he was told that I was dead to him because of my review. I’m in the service business and this is just distasteful and not how I would conduct myself in a similar business. They will rise and fall on there dealings I suppose. Efcs response is just not truthful and none of this was brought up with me or shown to me when I went in to speak with them about my issues. So much so that I was told by the employee at the time that they put “hybrid” blades on my mower, not bagger blades. Now it has gone from a simple and easy mistake to fix to downright dishonesty.

This feed store has it all. Incredible service, lots of selection for your animals, you can even buy a lawn mower(I Did). There is a good selection of tractors as well and more farm implements then you can count. Great place to get chickens. If you need duck eggs they have them also. Overall the best feed store in the tri cities.

EFC is my go to shop for ALL of my animal needs! The owner takes a personal interest in every customer and their furry/feathered/scaled friends. I can find everything I need, and if not, Sue will know where I can get it for the best price! I will always recommend visiting EFC!

They have a large variety of different pet food and other animal feeds along with litter. It’s my favourite place to get anything animal related whether it’s for my chickens, rabbits, dogs, or cats.

Personal service in feed and supply. I do not recommend the lawn mower side of the business. Ive heard nothing but bad reviews from her husbands side of the business.

EFC is such an awesome store! They have everything you need for your dog, cat, farm animals or exotics! I always leave there with more than what I planned on getting, because why not?! They generally have sales off treats, toys etc and who can’t pass that up!

This is the best place for dog food. They are VERY reasonable with prices. And by the way I use a higher end dog food. Then to come find out they do small engine repair. Cheaper in price I found out after calling them. 70 an hr when most shops do 75 and up. Good PEOPLE

I am giving this store one star because there is not a lesser option. My family and I do a lot of business here as we have lots of pets with lots of different needs. I needed to call them today because I had a couple of questions upon doing so I was greeted by the owner and after I ask her the question she told me not to call back there again and hung up on me. I have never been treated so crappy in my life and we will not be returning to that business.In response to your posting below .... I only called there once a week over a course of 3 to 4 weeks because I was being told that you had not had a chance to go over the applications. At any point you could’ve told me that the position was filled or I did not have the qualifications you were looking for. You did not have to be rude and tell me don’t call back again and then hang up on me. I graduate this year and I’m looking for my very first job. it’s OK with me if you didn’t want to hire me but geez thanks a lot for the encouragement. I refuse to resort to insults and name-calling like you have done. ( although at least it shows your true character )And I can see that losing a customer does not concern you but for me, I have comfort in knowing that my friends and family will not step foot in your Establishment again . good day ma’am.

Love coming here! They know my pup by name and welcome him every single time we are in. I always drive 20 minutes even when there is a pet store 3 blocks from my house because the people are amazing there!!

They have been very cordial with me. We are learning how to raise chickens and the have been especially helpful this odd winter. Knowledgeable staff about animals. They have a great selection of foods toys and simple pet care. They carry Ecco chainsaws which I personally have had a very poor experience with.

The staff is always super friendly and very helpful, no matter if I am looking for dog, cat or chicken things. They also sell equipment to help small farms and homes in the country.

If you have pets give this place a try its worth the time I think.

Ive gone in twice so far and a young girl has helped me both times. I was wanting to switch my current dog food to a better brand since the old food was causing one dog allergy problems. I asked for help with Acana brand, she was very knowledgeable in the dog food. I had to go back for a different brand since that food was to rich and made my dog sick and wouldnt eat. The same young girl helped me again, we picked out a different brand and my dog is doing great on this one. I would recommend this store, very helpful staff. Thank you!

My Dad works here, so I visit a lot. I see no problems and there is only very few bad reviews. They try to make everything convenient for the customers. If you need anything for your pet you can go there! There is also an amazing worker named Haylee, she is the animal whiz. You can go just to ask a question about your pet and she will most likely know the answer. She doesnt just have dogs though, she also takes care of horses and rides them! She may talk A LOT but she is funny and nice to customers along with all the other employees. They like polite customers and they will start a conversation with about any customer if you wanna talk. They have rescue ginnie pigs from *little lives matter* for adoption. Then of course everyone loves Rango. The adorable kitty. He roams around the store pleasing customers! He is a very picky cat though, which makes him hilarious! Heres a little story: They give Rango the most expensive food but he always decides to open the cheapest cat food they sell! Same with his water, they give him PURIFIED WATER but he meows at the door till someone lets him out so that he can drink the puddle water!

EFC Equipment Feed & Pet Supply is possibly the best pet supply store in the Tri-Cities, they are exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable about their products.

They are great at helping identify what I needed in the way of lawn equipment. Then I could make a great choice from the several types and manufacturers equipment available.

EFC Equipment replaced the head gasket on my diesel tractor. They did and outstanding job. They went the extra mile and did above and beyond what I had expected. I will be taking all of my equipment to them from now on.

Best place to find my guinea pig supplies. Super friendly people too!

Over the years, EFC has been very helpful, especially when they used to be out in Benton City. Unfortunately over the last two years, it has been very difficult to speak directly with anyone in the service department.The result is that phone calls are not returned, requested parts do not get ordered, and now equipment scheduled to be picked up and repaired is not happening in a timely manner.I really wish I could continue to support EFC, but they have inconvenienced me too many times by not following up and now I am left scrambling to find another option. It shouldnt take from August 9th to September 29th to replace a new belt on a mower deck that broke after an hour of use. :(

I called EFC while looking around for chainsaws. This was the only shop out of the four I called that could speak knowledgeably about the product they sold. I had concerns about the brand (Echo) from previous experience, which they understood and explained. When I went in to look at the different models I got a thorough explanation of differences and we talked at length about what I needed from the tool. I bought a smaller and cheaper model than I originally intended on their advice. Wat kind of salesman sells you a cheaper tool than you wanted? An honest one, I guess. All of my interactions with this store have been positive, and everyone there has been clear about the benefits and drawbacks of my choices.

These folks are real nice but dont waste your time. I took my riding mower over there and they said it was ready after 8 days ($52). I thought great took it home and it did the same thing blew smoke and leaked oil so I took it back and it did the same thing again. They got me once but never again.EFC replied and said some bolts were missing(?) There were no bolts missing. I wound up taking it to RDO and they replaced the gasket that was leaking. Guess what it hasnt leaked since. Im disappointed in your response too. Like I said Ill never do business with EFC again.
