These guys are a joke. They never answer the phone.

I needed some no-go gauges for the outage here in Richland and the store sales manager was right on top of it! He got me what I needed quickly and exactly what I asked for! Very good customer services and satisfaction! Great place to do business!

I work in the tricities regularly and have stopped by the richland swagelok many times recently only to find it closed. I have called on each of these occasions only to have it ring endlessly, transfer, be put on hold and then ultimately never be answered. Its hard to do your job without the right equipment. Good thing their are other companies willing to sell me their product. I have changed over to letlok which is just as reliable and far better priced. Swagelok used to be the gold standard, but with service like this, i am surprised they are still in business. There used to be an older guy and a gal there that could help my crew with everything. I wonder where they went because this isnt how it used to be. Save your money and go somewhere people appreciate your business.
