Today we (my husband and I) had the worst customer service weve ever experienced at any store, ever. At approximately 4pm, we got to the store and the door was closed. The sign on the door said they close at 7pm on Saturdays. We could see several customers browsing inside and a customer at the counter, so we assumed they closed the door because they were at capacity because of Covid restrictions. We had waited outside a couple of other stores due to capacity restrictions, so we waited. Ten minutes later, an employee opens the door, a few customers leave, and he refused to let us in, stating that theyre closed. Clearly confused, since it was only 4pm and the fact that other customers were clearly just shopping inside for the entire time we were standing there waiting, we asked what he was talking about. He said, “we’re just closing now.” I pointed out that the sign says 7pm and there’s other customers, and he just stood there looking at us. I said, “we made a trip here to buy some hoodies, and you’re saying that you’re closing for no reason?” He replied, “yes.” You couldve knocked me over with a feather. The fact that this employee cares so little about providing customer service that not only were we standing outside the door like idiots for 10 minutes, but he refused to even give any sort of explanation of why the store was closing 3 hours early and why we were being refused entry (again, while there were currently customers in the store). We stood there looking at him for a good 15 seconds waiting for an explanation, an “Im sorry for the inconvenience”... anything. We were flabbergasted by this employee’s total indifference. I typically buy North Face every year but no longer. Not if this is the type of customer service The North Face thinks is appropriate.

Mixed emotions on this. The menu is changing some good some not so. Regardless of the dish cut the meat in smaller bites not everyone eats with a shovel and I dont want to chew like a cow eating cud.

Frustrating! Got a coat as a Christmas gift went to exchange it due to it being too big they did not have it in stock which I figured they would not due to it being special edition which was no problem. They refunded the money on a gift card then ordered the correct size offline with the gift card. Was told by the associate that it would be overnighted to the store and to come back the next day. Called 2 days later (Saturday) before I drove up there was told it was not there but it would be monday morning. Call Monday at noon its still not there and now the manager is telling me my tracking number isnt working but it should be later today or tomorrow 🤦‍♀️ how do you know if my tracking number isnt working?! Sad to say but I would have been better off exchanging it online. Manager had no customer service skills not a single apology just had an attitude telling me I could send her the confirmation email. Did that never got a reply. Decided to just stop by the store 5 days after I set up the exchange and what do ya know...its there. No email nothing same manager was there that I spoke with and still no apology nothing stated I didnt get notified because they didnt have my number but said she did get my email. Not sure why she wouldnt of replied to my email but I will never go back to this store worst experience ever!

Staff was nice, and not aggressive. Thats very important to me.
