Brent was super awesome helping me find refills for a special pen. I really appreciate the time he spent making sure I had the right replacement. It sounds like a simple purchase but I am shipping them overseas and needed to make sure they were right!
I have never felt the need to post a review before, but my business needs business cards. I went online almost a month and a half ago and ordered from Office Depot. I show up on the date that they were scheduled to be ready and they were not there. They assure me that its a complication that can be fixed and they will expedite shipping. I show up 2 weeks after this expedited shipping dates supposed arrival and my order still isnt there.YOURE OFFICE DEPOT, PRINT THE CARDS YOURSELF WHY IS THIS SO HARD.Dont use their services if you dont want your time wasted.

The young man who waited on me was polite and patient. But, standing in line for 38 minutes is unacceptable to the point of ridiculous. People responsible for running an office dont have time to stand in line for 38 minutes. We are saying goodbye to Office Depot FOREVER.Office Depot: Your reply to this review is abstruse. What, specifically, will you do to address this state of affairs, and when will you do it?
I just moved here. I use Office Depot on a regular basis. The employees at this location displayed exceptional customer service with a smile and a positive attitude. The employees were patient and kind! They went out of their to help you! This store stands out from among the rest! It shines because at the heart is the employees who display a strong work ethic combined with professionalism and integrity! Awesome job guys!!👍👍👍
While the staff was mostly helpful my experience was a waste of time. I wanted to buy a desk but every desk I liked was not in stock. Theres no way for me the customer to tell what isnt in stock by looking at the desks so I had to waste time constantly hunting down difficult to find associates, calling them over to check. By the third time I just left having wasted my afternoon and probably will find a different store to purchase from.Edit: Tried to give this location another chance, ordered a desk and was told it would ship from another store. Instead it went on backorder and I never saw it and eventually cancelled. Will never be going back.

I ordered a small print order today and it said to pick it up at 7pm. I received an order is ready for pick up email too. When I get to the counter, the manager informed me that the print shop has closed and that I’d have to come the next day. Why even email me it’s ready when it’s not???
Waited 1 hour in line with 3 cashiers and only about eight guests. Absolutely ridiculous.
Came in yesterday around 2:45pm, to print some documents. The young girl with long strawberry blonde hair at the print counter was EXTREMELY dismissive and unprofessional to me during my entire visit. I initially used self service printing, as I’ve done it before on my own with no problems. I had a couple of questions about sending more than one job to the printer, and wasn’t sure if it would process on my card as more than one transaction. Her demeanor was very rude. At one point, I went over to the counter. She was in the middle of a conversation with a male employee at the other end of the counter, about personal things not relating to work. But I respectfully stood there and waited to be acknowledged, hoping they would end their conversation. I was to her right, not behind her, so she definitely saw me. The male employee was facing me, and saw me as well. After about sixty seconds of waiting, I politely said “excuse me”, then waited for her to cross the area over to me. But while still leaned over on the counter with her forearms, she only turned her head towards me and said, “yeah”. That was the icing on the cake for me. I asked for a paper bag for my print job and she handed it to me and rudely said, “there you go”. Upon exiting I approached a man who had a sales manager title on his name tag. Asked if he was the store manager, he said he’s a department manager. Told him the story and by his facial expression, he seemed appalled himself. I insisted he review the cameras so he could see exactly how rude her behavior was. He apologized on her behalf, then assured me he’d tell the GM. With the economy the way it is, and with hundreds of thousands of people unemployed right now, even those with masters degrees, etc. It saddens me to see anyone, any age, be so unappreciative of the employment they have. I won’t return to this location, and would love for someone to follow up with me about this encounter.
Find it extremely odd that reviews that appeared before are now no longer available. Especially when those reviews listed valuable information and experiences from this location. So I guess if you’ve had a problem here they just sweep it under the rug and no one gets reprimanded.
My fathers funeral was March 26 2021 and on the 25 everyone thought the obituaries were done well they were not so I went in office depot trying to get them done at 7pm and they close at 9 when I say Alicia went out of her way to help us I dont know what we would have done if she did not get it done thanks so much
Thank god for physical stores. I was in and out in minutes. I like that a lot. Im over online shopping. They had what I needed, a computer monitor and mouse. No hassle no fuss.
Are out of stock and don’t plan on restocking current 2021 planners/calendars. They all are 2020-2021 that end in June and they aren’t going to restock? At Office Depot!!! It’s March!
I was pleasantly surprised that this Office Depot had such excellent and knowledgeable employees in this store! Deandre was very helpful even though he said he was a new employee.The Print and Copy center printed some posters for me and I was blown away by the excellent print quality. Kelsey started my print job and guided me in the right direction! Then, Samaya laminated and trimmed my poster to the exact size that I needed it!This store obviously has excellent management because the help I received was the best experience I’ve ever encountered in a retail environment.One of the managers... I think his name was Mark helped me with an office chair that I plan to come back and purchase!On the way out I asked who is the store manager and they said his name was Travis.Thank you Travis!

Came to this store due to a very bad experience at the Olivette store and received phenomenal service!!! The gal in the print center was fantasitc and had my product ready in 15 minutes. I also watched her help another customer with his business cards and made the service right, along with a happy customer. The Clayton store has now gained my business forever. Amazing what a little kindness and helpfulness will do for a business. Will NEVER step foot back into the Olivette store.
I took my laptop to this office depot for the free diagnostic because it was freezing and slow. I was told the cost for a solution would be either ninety nine dollars or one hundred forty nine dollars. I was so sure theyd take advantage of my ignorance telling me itd cost the highest price, but after the diagnostic, deleting old files, etc they said they found no problems worthy of cost and charged me nothing. Needless to say, I was SHOCKED! Mike was great!
I WENT IN TO BUT A KIT THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT FOR $10 .? NOT SURE OF THE CENT. GOT TO CHECK OUT COUNTER AND IT WAD $39.? THINGS NEED TO BE PUT BACK INTO CORRECT JACKET POCKETS. OTHER THAN THAT I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT OFFICE DEPOT.
Print staff is nice. Had to wait to pick up my prints so an additional employee in the print shop would have been great to speed up what could have been a 1 minute transaction. Prints looked good!

Was in a hurry and didnt notice I got charged twice for an item. Went back in later that day and they refunded the money back quickly without a hassle. Great customer service
Very pleasant experience. We purchased quite a bit of furniture and equipment - and William (dept manager) and Andy (store manager) were very helpful. Their pricing and selection are very good and they went out of their way to find what was in stock and what deals/promotions could be given to us.

Three stars because this was an average experience. Nothing wrong, but nothing that went beyond in order to get me to come there for office supplies instead of somewhere else. If you buy paper, their deals are really good go and get some.

I came to this location earlier today and had an excellent experience. But this evening was a different story, and shows that all employees are not created equally. I was standing in line to purchase copies on a cardstock, which took quite a bit of time. The lady behind the counter apologized for my wait, and I began telling her I needed cut copies. She informed me rudely that she couldnt cut them . She said I would have to wait until tomorrow afternoon and they were short and all of these other things that really were not important. The wait was not as much of an issue as the attitude. Ill most likely return though.
I ordered prints online and the staff just decided not to print them. I ordered at 8am and my confirmation said theyd be ready by 7pm that day, I got no notification. The next morning I called and the woman who answered said they hadnt been done yet because they were busy the day before, but that they could be ready in an hour. I showed up that evening and they still hadnt printed them. I then had to wait there while it was finally done. I asked the woman who ultimately printed them why it had taken so long and she said the employees on the last two shifts just dont do the online orders even though theyre supposed to be priority. I had a deadline to meet and this was very irritating.

This location was a National Food Store 40 years ago. Its still a good place to shop for office supplies.
I was informed that their warranty period was only 14 days after purchase. Now I am stuck with a mouse that double clicks because they refused to exchange the product for me. Very disappointed will not be returning.

Usually good, but had a terrible experience this evening. I watched the manager handle a situation with a customer poorly, while ignoring us (other customers) who had been waiting. Manager made no gesture to try to help us. Then, when I approached the manager asking for help, he couldnt do anything. ??? Terrible.

Watched Kevin (the manager) give less than stellar service to a customer who was attempting to make a purchase but the system would not take the gentlemans check. The rest of us sat and watched this horrible exchange. I put my stuff on the shelf and walked out.
