Wonderfully polite people who greet customers kindly, discuss the process clearly, perform the procedures efficiently, give eyes the attention needed professionally, explain the results respectfully and the customer service at the end was as courteous as at the beginning.

I absolutely love Dr. Antoines office. He spotted a super duper small tear in my retina in 2019 that I will forever be grateful for him finding. I was able to get it fixed quite quickly through his recommendation at the retina institute. This last appointment was just so wonderful and confirming. With the coronavirus and increase in cases, I was nervous about going in but the office staff took an abundance of caution and were very reassuring with everything they did. I saw Dr Jack for the first time who I really like and enjoyed chatting with. The staff is stellar, always has been, but the gentleman who assisted me this last time was just awesome.

I saw Dr. Antoine back in April and I received a prescription for eyeglasses and contacts. Apparently, something wasn’t quite right after I’d ordered and received glasses. I went back in August and we discovered that the initial prescription was a little off. I’ve ordered new glasses and I appreciate that Dr. Antoine was able to see me and took the time to thoroughly re-examine my eyes. The most important thing is being able to see properly. Mistakes happen and it’s being rectified. Thank you for your assistance Dr. Antoine and to your staff for taking good care of me.

Went with my spouse for an exam using our in network vision insurance. They tried billing our medical insurance due to a dry eye diagnosis and when questioned, the young darker skin girl just kept telling the guy helping us to put it through and wouldnt even make eye contact. The doctor recommended an over the counter eye drop currently being used. I have dry eye and went to an in network doctor who never mentioned billing medically. What a scam!!! I have worked in optical for years and have never seen a medical insurance billed to recommend over the counter eye drops!

Dr. Antoine and his staff are patient, friendly ad efficient. I especially like that they can accomodate my wheelchair and still give me a comprehensive eye exam.

Excellent exam and thorough explanations by Dr. Antoine. Logan, his assistant, was pleasant and well organized I wish that the Lenscrafters optical shop had a little more staffing. Everyone was very friendly and pleasant but I ended up spending a long time ordering new glasses, due to the staff being called away to assist other staff members. I think ordering the glasses took over an hour after I picked out my frames.

Everyone was super friendly and informative! The exam was also quick and easy!

Staff were very kind and patient. They listened to all my concerns and explanations of frustrations with prior visits at different eye centers, and looked into all of them. The Dr. also took the time to explain things in different ways to make sure I understood. Self-pay cost was also extremely reasonable, as I dont have vision insurance. I was surprised at the final cost considering how many tests were done and how long they spent with me. Overall an excellent experience, and I will be returning for any future needs.

Ive been sold a bunch of stuff I didnt need at other places, so I gave these folks a shot. They listened to my concerns and frustrations. I really appreciated that! They worked with me on all levels and Im very happy with my new glasses! Big bonus points for having my glasses ready before I left the store too!!!

Dr Shannon Niere diagnosed me quickly and accurately. She referred me to a retinal specialist, explained what treatment I would likely need and and answered all my questions before I could even ask them. I highly recommend her. The staff at Antoine Eye Care are always exceptional and they fit me in same day. Everything was sanitized between each patient and temperatures were checked before entry. As usual, they provide a safe and welcoming visit for all.

Excellent care and service. I have gone to Dr. Antoine for many years. I am impressed with the COVID protocols which ensure that no one has a close contact in the facility. I recently abraded my cornea and the staff and Dr. Antoine did a thorough exam and gave me great treatment.

Ordered replacement lenses for old glasses and new prescription. They manufacture their lenses and were highly professional, informative and great service. Highly recommend!

Dr Antoine asked me to schedule another appointment if I had further questions, he did try to answer a few of them however after a few minutes, he said he already spent enough time with me and told me to leave; this is after about 45 minutes waiting in the patient room for him. I wont be back there again. The other doctor there is very good Dr Niere who I have seen in the past.

Ive been going to Dr. Antoine for my last 3 eye visits and I really like him and his staff. They are very thorough, listen to you and its an overall great experience every time. They are in the Galleria Mall which is nice but heres a hint - youll want to park by Macys, not by Dillards which is at the other end of the mall! :)

All the staff is professional, courteous and hard-working. I appreciated when one of the assistants looked up some information for me not because I asked her, but because she anticipated the need.

I had a wonderful experience at this location. Dr. Smith was great. She explained everything to me in language I could understand. She and the entire staff were very pleasant. They had my prescription of contacts already onsite so there was no need to order them. And when I was looking for the right frames for my new eyeglasses prescription, everyone was more than happy to help me. I will definitely go to this location for my eye care in the future. Kenny was fantastic at the front desk getting me checked in and sorting out the insurance information. My exam was conducted by Dr Niere who was absolutely brilliant. I previously had a retinal detachment and Dr Niere spent extra time on the Fundus examination to make sure everything was looking healthy. This was my best eye doctor experience in a long time.

The staff was really friendly and seemed on top of things, even when it got crazy busy.

Absolutely awful. Barely mumbled about how there could be additional cost for contact lens fitting before going through the entire exam - then when it got to the contact lens fitting portion of the exam, they asked me what kind I wear, brought them out, had me put them in, and were all ready to go ahead and put in the order, before I asked, hey, she said earlier there may be an additional cost for the lens fitting. But my EyeMed insurance ha a $0 copay for contacts fitting, right? The employee was like, oh, uh, let me, uh, look at that. After a lot of hemming and hawing, they finally told me well no.. you DO have a $0 copay, but because I use toric lenses, it was actually going to cost $45. Id never paid a ridiculous extra $45 for contact lens fitting with insurance before, so I told them pass. The not-very-friendly doctor then instructed me to THROW away the sample lenses I had put in, because gods forbid they go to use rather than go in the garbage if I wasnt going to pay their ransom money, waited and watched me to make sure I do it, then marched me up to the front counter where she specifically barked at them to immediately SHRED a piece of paper that had my contact lens prescription on it. Now, its already absurd to charge a premium for contacts lens fitting for toric lenses, when it amount basically to, heres the same kind youve always worn, put them in - $45 please! But the level of rudeness in making me feel like a scofflaw trying to get away with something, THROW THOSE AWAY, SHRED THAT RX! because I dared deny the exorbitant fee that didnt tell me about before doing the already-completed work, it was very uncomfortable. They absolutely assured that I would never return to this place. (OH! And because I got my eye exam there, basically I cant go get a contact lens fitting by itself anywhere else, because it has to be done with an eye exam, and I am entitled to one per year. She so helpfully reminded me that if I decided to pay their extortion fee for contacts, I could always come back and get one there. Yeah right. Looks like no contacts for me this year. Thanks for nothing Antoine Eye Care!)
