If you need a cookie cake, ask for Brandon!!! He is SO incredibly talented. He made a Minecraft/Pokemon cake for my kiddo and it was beyond amazing. He seriously MADE my sons day. When my kiddo opened the box for the cake he screamed with joy! He exceeded ALL expectations! There was so much attention to detail. I couldnt be any happier with the result! Again, if you need a cookie cake, GO HERE!!!!

The fact that the cookies here are delicious is the only positive I can give. The service received was rude, unnecessary, and absolutely unwarranted. The manager was unhappy to have to make cookies, made a scene. Upon waiting patiently for our order, the newly prepared cookies were placed in the window and dispersed for sale to other customers. Asking about our order, the manager became upset to have to make another batch to fulfill our order. Once we finally had our order and sat to eat, I noticed the manager staring in our direction and point us out to an employee. This was completely out of character for management. There was no rude words or actions on our part before, during, or after placing our order. I understand people have bad days, but this was uncalled for.

I got the chocolate chip cookie slice.. The cookie was good and fresh but I didnt care for the icing. Cashier was courteous and friendly.

Horrible customer service, no one wants to be there from the poor facial expressions and tones they give. Cookies are either always stale or they never have any because they lie they’ve run out, but really are too lazy to make more.

I was at this business for the first time on 7/18/2020. The young lady at the register (I believe her name was Marly) was waiting on a customer in front of me and another worker I believe her name was Mandy came in and started pulling trays of cookies to put together a box or two of orders I believe. When I saw her take the tray of peanut butter cookies I asked the young lady at the register if I could just have one of them and I wanted a couple other cookies that she didnt take. Marly asked her and from the expression on her face it was an unpleasant no. She didnt seem to care that she had a customer right there who wanted one of the cookies she was putting together. It appeared that she was putting a mixture of cookies together for a box. She didnt appear to have a good attitude. The young lady at the register was very nice and pleasant and apologized. I felt it was rude of Mandy to do what she did. She was very inconsiderate.

Thank you to the GM Christina! She went above and beyond the call of duty for the perfect Bday gift to my hubby! The design was kinda detailed but she handled it and had it ready on time. I just want to highlight the stellar service in times where customer services seems to be a thing of the past. Thank you!

The emoyee that helped a vet.....your management feels that it can decide for Americans that it is ok to choose any other side then THAT that made it successful. WRONG. NOT ONLY DO WE BOYCOTT...BUT I speak for the masonic lodges of America. Bye
