I must be the last woman on earth to have heard of Lush. I wandered in Just because it smelled good. I have never been into luxury hair and body products because they never end up being worth the money. I had the pleasure of being waited on by Jordan and Nic and explain to me who they are and what they do. I ended up going home with the co-wash bar which Nic recommended, and Jordan sent me home with a few samples, including the Revive which I have used every day since.And. DUDE. Seriously. I am now a believer! I spent $75 on the big container of revive and it is worth every penny. And Jordan and Nic were so upbeat and excited to help me find the products that work for me. SO HAPPY I FOUND YOU ❤️

Great experience with my children, greeted immediately at the door. Asked what products we were looking for and was patient while we picked out our choices. Also were given samples of bubble soap to play with at the sink before checking out. Definitely will be back.

I absolutely love this location. I love coming with my boyfriend and buying bath bombs and other neat items. He came in thinking he didnt want anything, and ended up getting more than me. Staff is always friendly and relatable. Always smells so good. :)

I love this store and was happy to actually go visit vs online. Products are natural, some are vegan. Facial cleansers, moisturizers, face mask, bath bombs, also mens products, soaps so many choices. The staff is really great at explaining products.

I love LUSH! I am not a big makeup person, so I used to get intimidated walking by their store but one day I bit the bullet and tried them out. The employees are always so helpful and friendly.I appreciate that the products are made with vegetarian or vegan ingredients and use a minimal amount of man made surfactants and preservatives. Their shampoo and conditioner bars work perfectly - my hair has never been softer with the added benefit of no plastic bottles. Their facemasks and bath bombs are a great treat.Since the pandemic started, I have been mostly ordering products online and have had excellent experiences there as well.Words of warning - if you are sensitive to smell, this may not be the store for you. The scents are extremely strong, good, but intense. Also, beware of sticker shock. One thing to keep in mind with the pricier items though, in my experience, since the ingredients are good quality, I can use a small amount of most things so each container lasts me a long time.

I came in shortly after the store reopened to customers in 2020. There was one male employee tending to all the customers in the store. He was really sweet and friendly and made great recommendations during my visit. It’s not easy working in uncertain conditions during the pandemic, and the employee who helped me was just great all around.

Their response to the COVID restrictions created a whole difference in-store experience. They have a very limited people capacity, so the whole shopping experience feels like an exclusive tour.Had to wait in line for a bit before entering, and they made us wash our hands with Lush soap first thing. We got to keep the Lush soap samples!There was always someone to chat with you and answer any questions. But they didnt stick around, waiting for a sale. Very friendly staff, very luxurious experience. Love it

Always a great experience at this store. The staff is so kind and they are doing an exceptional job navigating in COVID times. Was greeted by a new associate who was super welcoming, walked me through their safety measures, and was very helpful (cannot remember their name.. sorry!! but they had great teal hair). As always, products are top notch, and Im grateful for all the staff is doing to keep things safe and keep my skin healthy and happy. Thank you!!

Such a wonderful experience today. It was my first time being at the mall since the pandemic. I hadnt been to lush in so long. I was SO impressed with how structured they were with setting up safe shopping. I was welcomed at the front, escorted to get my hands washed while I was kindly told how to take preventative measures to safely shop while being considerate of other shoppers and employees. I wish I remembered everyones names, but a wonderful worker introduced me to new products and answered all of my questions. The employee checking me out was so sweet and offered me samples and made great suggestions. I hope for the best of all Lush employees during the pandemic. I have really missed the experience you get of shopping in a Lush store. The employees are the ones that make it a stellar experience.

The employees were very nice and they know what they are talking about when suggesting Products to used. I was there the employee demonstrated a bath bomb. They let me choose what bomb I would like to see. They also have plenty of testers to figure out what’s right for you. Never feel like I’m pressured into buying anything when I am in store. Plus thier products are very nice to use and look at. I love their store and can not wait what else they have.

So... LUSH... Its a dreary Thursday morning so I decided to go to the mall and look for things to make my favorite girl all smiley and show her my appreciation for just being her. Knowing her love for bath bombs, I stop into Lush and start grabbing everything in sight. The sales ladies notice my arms getting full and brought me a basket - nice move, gals! They are both very nice and I loved how they kept grabbing the balls and asking me what I think of them. They asked who is the lucky gal and whats the occasion... just because I reply, making them both giggly and shocked that real pimps, uh I mean gentlemen, still exist in this hood life. They advised me to get the 3 exclusive Valentines varieties and you know I do because my lady friend likes exclusive, limited edition type sheeot. I was kinda disappointed that they were out of the butter bear bombs that she loved so much last time I was here a month ago, but I bet she will love the butter balls I gots for her! All in all, my girl is going to smell great and enjoy all of the nice balls i have for her and Im giving the Galleria Lush 5-stars for their nice, clean location and outstanding ball handling customer service the young ladies working today exhibited. They can grab my balls anytime! I will be back!

Came to Lush recently and had a wonderful experience thanks to Skyler, and the girl whose name we unfortunately didn’t catch, but she had really cute rainbow glasses. Both were incredibly helpful and made our shopping experience super comfortable and fun! would love to return!

Would have given this 5 stars but due to the experience I had while shopping in this store I am only giving it 2 stars. I came to this location when visiting my family for the holidays. The associate showed me some great skincare products so i grabbed the products and proceeded to walk to the other side of the store where my sister was to see what she found. I guess the store associate thought I was going to walk out the store with the products since my sister was looking at some products that were closer to the front of the store. She then screamed at me across the store. Everyone in the store looked up. Then another associate in the store approached me at the time which i informed her that I was just walking over to me sister. This was the most embarrassing thing that Ive ever experienced. Im a nurse and I dont have to risk my license to steal anything. I really love the products here but unfortunately I wont shop here due to my experience

I stopped by lush today on a whim to try to treat myself because COVID . The person who helped me made so many great suggestions and honestly my hair has no right looking as good as it does after the hairmask he suggested. 2 Thumbs Way up.

Visited during the Holiday chaos time, the staff was still so helpful and cheerful - Anastasia (spelling?) helped us out and I found the perfect lotion for my husband! I have always loved their products as their ingredients are natural and there is no animal testing... also love that they use less packaging than other places. Check them out!

Ive been going to this Lush for over a decade. Its fancy soap and body products. The staff will help you find whatever you need. They sell a lotion that is just for softening your butt. You dont need to know any more than this.

I love this place. Myself and my daughter go in here and are in bath tub self care relaxation HEAVEN. They have some of the best bath bombs and scrubs. They smell amazing and they use nothing but the best ingredients that arent harmful to humans or animals. This Is literally my calgon take me away place to shop.

I had a wonderful very first time Lush experience! I am planning to become a regular customer. I fell in love with 2 products, a scrub and a moisturizer, and left with samples. The staff were warm, engaging and very knowledgeable about the products.

I have super sensitive skin and severe eczema so I’m always very weary of new products, even if they’re natural. I’ve come here multiple times and the staff, especially Skylar, always helps me out and suggests the best options for my skin type. I’ve learned a lot just from their advice! I usually sample a couple things in store and come back to get what seemed to work after seeing how I react to them and I now have several products that I LOVE. From the shampoo bars to the facial cleanser bars to the toothpaste and mouthwash tabs, they’re not only effective and reasonably priced (they last pretty long) but everything is pretty environmental too - I love skipping the plastic bottles and tubes.

Its ironic looking at other reviews and seeing that Skylar has amazing reviews as my experience left my family and I leaving the store without purchasing nor returning. Apparently standing at the soap station and patiently waiting for him to finish guest servicing others does not mean that you will be helped once he is finished. I patiently waited for him to return to the soap area thinking that he was needed else where as he walked away from us and that is why he blatantly ignored that we were standing there. Not the case as I watched him dance around the store with a coworker and have fun. It was about the time that Skylar made eye contact with me and did not come back to service us that we walked away. I understand that Saturdays are busy, but even being the day after Valentines the store was not overly busy to where I expected this type of service. We do not live near the store and this definitely ruined the shopping trip to Lush for us.

Lush is the perfect store for those who want homemade and organic body care products. They have body care with body lotion bars, shower bars to vary fizzies. They have hair care and I always purchase my henna natural hair color from Lush. They have something for everyone and gift sets for the holiday. And...you can test out the products while there and leave with your skin soft and smelling good.

I walked in and was overwhelmed by all the cool choices. A cheerful employee quickly helped me narrow down what I was looking for, with test swatches and trying out products. I had another employee come over during the testing and he told me about other products I might love too (which I totally did). I walked out with my hands the softest I have ever felt and a few purchased products. The care I received was above anything I ever expected and they happily answered any questions I had and pointed me towards many amazing products.

I have never been here before, so my husband and I stopped in to check it out. The experience alone was amazing. The people were so kind and helpful. They really put a smile on our face. Their quick to show you how to use something, they will demonstrate right in the store, highly recommend!

My 5 girls love it. There is something pure for everyone. You will spend a fortune but will have exceptional products that are earth friendly, smell great and work how the are supposed to. I wish they had one closer--i would be there weekly trying latests and greatest.

I love LUSH products, but you get bombarded by multiple staff members at a time. I am glad they all want to help our their customers, but I cant even finish looking at products without them swarming me. If you have anxiety, be warned. They are super helpful, but you can say you dont want to buy something and they continue asking you about it usually to the point I leave... It is very disappointing because I love their products but their staff are too overwhelming..

Went on busy Halloween and was helped by the most adorable little cat. She helped me find all of the items in the whole store that matched my sloppily delivered preference of scents. She helped my friend and I, who was also quite indecisive right away and stayed by our side the whole shopping experience. I now have the makings of a luxurious bath cocktail and some gorgeous smelling Reindeer Rock soap. Cant wait for the perfect moment.I will definitely be back to this location.

Love the products but did not like the sales reps in this store, the lady sounded uncaring and rude, and when i asked for a sample size of a moisturizer, she gave a pea size of it! Wonder how she thought the pea size trial will help me decide to buy the product.Disappointed cause i heard the lush reps are normally very welcoming and i am getting hooked to their stuff, but hating to go to this store again.

Went to this location for the first time and was well take care of. A nice sales lady showed me all of the products that I was interested in and I ended up buying some amazing smelling stuff. Definitely recommend!

Went in at 10am on a Monday morning, was the only person in a store with 4 associates, and was ignored for 5 minutes. Told the woman who came over to welcome me and ask if she could help my budget, which she completely ignored. Told her I was looking for bubble bars and bath fizzes, took me right to the lotions. Lucky for them I love my wife enough to deal with the strong arm sales tactics. Stayed in budget despite constantly having product handed to me saying shell love this. I was unaware you personally know my wife and know what exactly she wants.

When I walked in, I was greeted by cheerful employees, which was great! It smelled so nice inside. There was a large selection of products to buy from this store!

Smells amazing never disappointed

In retail, most of the time, employees are pushed to sell sell sell, and the customers happiness falls to the wayside, but this store is different. I came in today after having a rough shift at work, and decided to treat myself to some shampoo and conditioner I had gotten samples of on Sunday, when I was Christmas shopping. The cashier was very friendly and asked me about it, and I told her I was treating myself because I was having a rough week. Long story short: My depression is back, and I feel like a let down at both of my jobs She genuinely asked me about it and after venting my woes about working retail and beating myself up a bit, she insisted I needed to relax, and told me to pick out a bath bomb that she would pay for. I tried to turn her down, but she wouldnt take no for an answer, more concerned with my needs than her own. I honestly almost cried! Never have I ever had a stranger be so kind to me! I wish I had gotten her name, because I would definitely be calling the store and suggesting to the manager that they give her a raise, because she went above and beyond for little ol me. She took the time to listen to me, and was so kind and generous, I will honestly never forget it! I only wish I could repay her directly, but for now, I will settle with writing this review and promising that I will only shop at this LUSH, and only this LUSH from now on!!!

Always been one of my favorite stores. The staff is very knowledgeable about their products.

I love the products and everything that Lush stands for but the salesreps were totally overbearing. I made it very obvious that they were making me uncomfortable and that I wasnt looking to spend that much money and they kept pushing expensive gift packages down my throat. One sales rep went as far to shove a bath bomb into my face. I love the store but the sales reps need to calm down.

Was waiting by the entrance way off to the side with a stroller while my family shopped. Store was very busy so there was no room inside. A very loud, brash man with shockingly bleach blonde hair came up and stated that we need to move in or out as we were blocking the entrance. The entrance is literally 20 feet wide. So rude. Will likely not return, although we will still shop at the West County location where they appreciate customers.

I love LUSH!!! Ive spend thousands of dollars on products from other places like sophora, bare minerals, Walmart, Walgreens, and Lancome. Never has anything worked for my sensitive skin or rosacea ever. After only one use of Lush face cleanser and moisturizer my rosacea was hardly even noticable! Now after using it for a few weeks the red is almost completely gone. :)))I also purchased foot powder for my boyfriend for his stinky stinky feet! Were so excited to use it.My experience has been so wonderful at the Galleria mall with Josh! Josh has helped myself and my mother find our perfect fit. He is so informative about all the products and always so friendly! He even called for another cashier when it was time to check out to make the line go faster. We will always recommend Lush products and of course our friend Josh!Thank you Lush and Josh! You have customers for life now.

Usually have a great experience with this store but today the sales reps were totally rude and mean. They were condescending and their tones were all very rude. Will never go back to this store, I will only buy online to avoid these incredibly bitchy women at this store today. On the weekends there is a beautiful Indian woman who is so friendly and I guarantee she is the reason why customers continue to return. If only all the employees behaved the way this one does. She is always super smiley and welcoming. Today I did not have a present experience, all of the associates were talking in the back corner of the room and no one offered to help me out in any way. The only reason Im giving one star is because of past experiences at this store but todays experience was so awful I wont be returning.
