I really wish I would have gotten the name of the woman who helped me because she was an utter delight! But, that aside, I ended up discovering this place because I wanted to send my friends overseas a gift. I had never shipped something internationally before, and was nervous. I was originally going to go to the post office, but every time Ive ever had to deal with them they were super slow and not terribly friendly. Given that I was nervous about shipping something overseas for the first time, I searched carriers, and they came up so I decided to give them a shot! The woman who took care of me was incredibly pleasant. I was the only person in the store when I first got there, and she was incredibly patient and kind. She gave me tips on how to get the best prices, and offered to wrap up the items I had packaged even more to make sure they wouldnt get jostled in transit. And she was very patient as I was listing off the items in the box for customs info. Im super grateful to her for making the whole process significantly less stressful, and I know I got out of there much faster than I would have had I gone directly to the post office. If I need to ship something out again, Ill definitely go there!

The Postal Annex + was recommended by a local librarian because I was looking for a good location to have photos taken for passports. The store is easy to drive to and has plenty of parking. Inside, there was only one person working and he was already helping another customer. The employee showed patience and care helping the person in front of me and then me and the rest of the people who had trickled in and were also waiting in line. While my daughters were having their passport photos taken, another employee arrived and so the line quickly shrank. After just a few minutes that it took to print the photos, I left having had a good experience. It seems rare to find employees who put as much care into their work as did the man at Postal Annex+. I recommend going here for passport photos, or for help with shipping.

We shipped 26 boxes of personal items, including 5 they packed for us. All of the packages arrived on time as expected. Despite seeing the condition of the boxes (courtesy of Fed Ex), we only lost 1 crystal vase. Everything else arrived in tact. They did an amazing job wrapping each piece individually and we couldnt have been more pleased with their diligence and attention to detail. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!

This place is awesome, always kind, helpful, and efficient. Richmond Heights post office is awful so its really nice to have this close by.

My fries looked like they were cooked in old oil. The food was lukewarm & they gave me the wrong drink 2x.

I love Postal Annex. It is owned by a husband and wife and they are the most friendly people. They are personable and know your name. The price of their price mailboxes are better than any competitor. They offer great prices on shipping. Ive been their customer for about 7 years and Im very happy to stay a customer.

I have been to Postal Annex several times, shipping gifts to friends and family. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They take my random pile of oddly shaped packages and assure that they are wrapped safely and get to their destinations in a timely manner. It is a great value and really saves me time! They also have a fun assortment of gift items and cards for those last minute odds and ends.

Outstanding. I discovered them when I was in desperate need of a place that had both a notary *and* shipping services. Now Im in the process of moving, and they compared all the shipping options for me to help me find the best price. They repackaged when necessary and gave advice on shipping items safely. And they are ALWAYS beyond polite and helpful. Even though its so far from home for me, its a one-stop shop, and I will continue to go here before I leave town.

Have a box there and they have lost my mail like 4 times now, delivered it to the wrong box or it got sent back etc etc stamps are more expensive and shipping is more because they charge a premium for being a store so even USPS rates are higher also they just need to be a little more careful and be competent its not rocket science its just mail but im moving cuz too many problems, if your going to get a box just sign the shortest contract to see how you like it because now I am locked in for the rest of my year or whatever............ disappointed one too many times

I had mortgage documents notarized, was never told a price until after he was finished and the price was 70.00, I would have gone some place else if I would have know it would cost so much and to not be informed just really pissed me off!!!!!
