I had decided to drive my family (my wife and two young kids, two and four years old) from New Jersey down to Florida for a vacation. Along the way our battery light came on and we had to pull off the interstate. Thankfully we wound up in a parking lot next door to Southeast Collision. It was around 5PM and I was in a real bind. The car wouldnt turn on. Everything was closing around us, we were in a state we didnt live in, and I was sure we were gonna be stuck for the weekend. I decided to pop my head into S.E.C to see if anyone could help me. I was greeted by a very warm and welcoming woman named Linda and she had one of the technicians, Emory, come on out to check out the van. Wound up our alternator went. With closing time approaching I asked if Emory could help us out and he did. He along with the rest of the staff all lent a hand helping with the kids and with getting the van back on the road long after the shop had closed. If it wasnt for the GREAT people at Southeast Collision we would have had a real rough go of it getting to Florida. I cant speak highly enough of the people and their work at that shop and how much I would recommend them to anyone.

To expensive and the painter I personally would not recommend. I gave 3 stars because the front desk she tried hard to help. But they wanted to replace the entire parts which was not necessary as well the painter pulled the part hard so it can break more. What they didnt know that I had worked in a shop early years ago. With this said I personally can say I would think twice again before taking my car. But one thing the front desk was very polite.

They did ok with the fit took way longer then expected. 3weeks and then they painted my front bumper and hood because of the damage but didnt paint my hood scoop which is part of the hood. They said it was not damaged during the accident so I asked how much just to get the hood scoop painted and the said $550.00 like really it should have been done in the 1st place the only reason I went was because of Allstate I should have went where I know the job would have been done right.

My family has had the unfortunate situation of 2 of our cars being involved in accidents within the past 3 months. Both situations were from the fault of other drivers. In both cases, we were allowed to choose where we wanted our cars to be repaired. We chose Southeast Collision both times. They have been awesome! Great customer service and great repair job!

Thanks so much again for everything!——————————————————————————————Let me start off by saying that the customer service and repair service at Southeast Collision absolutely exceeded my expectation! My car looks amazing and not only was it done 3 days before schedule, but my car was returned cleaner (both inside and out) than when I dropped it off (sorry about the toddler crumb buffet again guys!) and the text message updates on my service were amazing and accurate! I recommend them to anyone looking for collision service in the area!The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because at the last minute I arranged for my HERTZ rental to be picked up from Southeast Collision via the HERTZ Abercorn location. Being pregnant and totting a toddler around, this was seemingly the more convenient option being offered by SE Collision. However, I picked up my POV on Tuesday and left my keys with the front desk of SE Collision and this Saturday I am ripped out of my sleep by my bank for credit authorizations being charged because my car is still sitting there waiting to be picked up and is technically still in “my possession”. Of course it is Saturday and SE is closed.No fault of SE Collision but if this is a service being offered, I think the relationship with the rental companies you work with should be on your level of service. My credit card will now be charged for everyday they decide it is not important enough to be picked up even after you all assured me you reached out to them.

Sent there by my insurance company, USAA. They quickly did the inspection and then later called me when the parts came in and scheduled the repair appointment. After I dropped my SUV off for the repairs, the rental car place was there at Southeast Collision to take me to pick up my rental car. A few days later when my SUV was complete, all I had to do was leave the rental car in the parking lot of Southeast Collision. I was very happy with the work they did. A lady named Linda was especially helpful throughout the whole process. I would return to this business if I was paying for the damages.

Lee and the rest of the staff went out of their way to answer questions and help me throughout a long and frustrating insurance/accident case. They do their best work and are friendly and helpful whenever a concern comes up. I highly recommend!

My car was towed here after a wreck in Richmond Hill. Linda made sure to call me the next day to communicate the process to me. Unfortunately my car was a total loss but Linda and Lisa kept me in the loop and helped us with everything even during Christmas time.

Southeast Collision did a great job repairing my vehicle. Repairs were done in adequate time and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Do not take your car here. Poor service, poor communication and very poor workmanship! They are a state farm approved location so we thought our claim would be handled quickly but instead it has taken longer than it ever should have. Do not, I repeat do not take you car or truck here!

I could not get immediate service. Would have taken nearly a week just to get a quote (literally)!! Went elsewhere and got the service I wanted and needed.

My wifes car had to be repaired for the 2nd time this year. The 1st time we were referred to Southeast Collision by the other drivers insurance. The staff was friendly and helpful and thoroughly explained how the repairs to the damage would be done. The effected area looked much better than it did before the accident. They even replaced the cars branding that was missing from before the accident. The repair was done in about 5 business days.I was happy with the work they did so when the 2nd accident happened (we decided not to go through insurance) they were the first we thought of. Once again, great job! Thanks.

So I brought my vehicle to them to get a rear end collision fixed. Mr. Lee and myself agreed that a few other things would be done to the vehicle and worked out a cost to get it done. Well after I got the phone call my truck was done I proceeded and picked my truck up; took one look at it and could tell two different shades of grey on my truck. There was a huge fiasco with the car insurance people because they were told by Southeast that my vehicle was done, and wanted me to turn the rental in and just take my truck back later to get it re done. Needless to say that didnt happen. I picked my truck up the following monday and I would say about a third of the things that were supposed to be done had been completed. Since the insurance company wrote them a check they kept the money for some of the things that were not done. I took it back because there was overspray on the right hand side of the tailbed. Mr. Lees painter informed me the over spray was from house paint from previous normal wear and tear or some BS, and informed me that the vehicle had not been in the paint booth and assured me there was no way it could have happened from them. Kind of strange it wasnt there until I took to somewhere that paints cars. But Mr. Lee told me yet again that he would be sure that it got fixed, and two nicks in the paint; from where someone had bumped the tailgate into the bed and chipped the paint away. He told me the truck would be buffed and waxed and lookin good, guess what.......yet again this didnt happen. They told me that washed it, I dont see how because there was still mud on the spot where they were suppose to wash. Also bugs still on the windshield. I WILL NEVER BRING ANOTHER VEHICLE AND SUGGEST THAT IF YOU DO ANY WORK WITH THEM THAT IT IS PUT IN BLACK AND WHITE, WHAT WILL BE DONE AND TAKE PICTURES OF ANY PREVIOUS DAMAGE DONE TO YOUR VEHICLE.
