This is the best place to take your vehicle in Richmond Hill. They have fair prices and awesome customer service. I have tried two other places in town with horrible results. Those who shall not be named were over priced and refused to treat me like a human. Hands down, going here has been the best experience for me. The employees treatment me with the utmost respect and didnt break the bank. I have been here twice and both times were excellent.

The service here is above and beyond! We stopped in on a trip from Florida to North Carolina because we were smelling oil and they took a look at our systems and didn’t even charge us! They were so kind and generous. If we lived nearby, they’d have a customer for life!

I would love to give you five stars… But your associate rattled on and talked me into buying windshield wipers saying that my windshield wiper him or nearly shot! When I finally gave in and told him go ahead and replace the front ones and the back one he went over to get them! After all that he comes back and says we do not have windshield wipers to fit your car! Maybe he should’ve checked before going on this big spiel about how important windshield wipers were and talking me into buying them… Only not to have them in stock! May I suggest your employees check before offering to sell someone something! Since moving to Richmond Hill I get all my oil changes done here and have had no complaints this far… Until now! I will continue to do business with you but your employees do need to be more informed of the products they are trying pedal!!

Highly recommend. The staff was attentive and knowledge! They were able to patch my tire in 15/20 minutes. They boast multiple mechanic services, including a 10 minute oil change where you dont even have to get out of your car. They also offer military discounts on certain services.

Outstanding service! Manager Rob was friendly and very knowledgeable. Found perfect tires for my wrangler at a great price and installed in roughly an hour! Also did oil changes for my wife and I in a very short time. All techs were professional and friendly. Highly recommended!!

This was the best place around! We are From CT and broke down on the side of the highway with a flat tire. Being from CT and traveling to Tampa, FL for school, we had no idea where to go or what to do. We got the doughnut on our car and went to three other places around the area in which they were condescending and rude to my mother and I. We had no where to go and had to get to FL and the places were saying it was gonna be over 3 hours of waiting. We came across this place and they were absolutely amazing. The gentleman in the front desk took amazing care of us and we were in and out within the hour! Couldn’t be more grateful for the people who work there!

Fast service and they offered to let me see the part they recommended to be replaced. The waiting room while small was cool and stocked with water and the restroom was very clean and it had a changing table in it. Everyone was very nice

This place charge more than the dealership. My son and I needed our oil change because our appointments at the dealership was to far out. They charged me $104 and my son $84 which we never paid at the dealership. Definitely overpriced & we will wait for our appointments next time at the dealership.

Service tech didnt read the ticket, so the wrong oil was put in my vehicle. They fixed it, but communication between staff and attention to detail needs to be a bit tighter.Told another customer to check the owners manual to reset the TMPS light because theyve never seen that car before.Heard my car start and sounded like they drove away several times. No windows so you cant really tell whats going on.Told a customer that his appointment didnt matter, its first come first serve. Appointments are for marketing.Lead me to question their integrity.

Great customer service, fast and friendly and good pricing

Got there at 8am. Took me right away. Got 4 tires and a wheel alignment. Out by 9:30am.I have used them for oil changes and tire rotation previously. They don’t try to upsell like other places do. Would recommend them to all my friends and family.

Excellent service from Mitch and Terry, who helped my wife and me understand how to utilize the service reminders on our Nissan so we wouldn’t go over the recommended mileage (again). We are seniors and they showed us without making us feel stupid and my wife said it was the first time she had fun getting the oil changed!

Absolutely wonderful experience! Would have given a 5 but when I got home I checked the washer fluid that they said they topped off and it was bone dry. Hey, nobodys perfect. Its not enough for me not to go back.

The guys there were very nice and very informative! They also let me know of some leaks, power steering resovoir and oil, that I did not even know about. I would highly recommend anyone to stop her for next oil change or tire issues. They have a little prices high, however, if you want the best service like I received today then I would stop in!

First time to try this place, and the last time. Need a better set up to insure first come first serve. Als there tech standing there having a conversation with someone whos ch causes delays not good. Then when I mentioned this to a manager in a phone call to be brushed off with That is how e do things in the south comment. Frankly is a poor reflection of attitude, and professional standards. No concern at all. So I would venture no concern for your vehicle. I will go elsewhere.

I have only used EOC a couple of times but will definitely be going back. I took my car for service work. Kind and professional every step of the way! Called back when promised and did not attempt to sell a service I didnt really need. Did not gouge on price.

We where on our way back to Virginia from a trip to Florida when our car started stalling at low speeds. It was hard to get it going, but we managed to make it up a few exits to Richmond Hill. We stopped in the Autozone who read the codes and referred us to Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers for the repair. We explained to the manager that we where trying to get back on the road and that we would love to get a rush and get it done same day if possible. He was able to get us in and out in 3 hours and even recommended us to a nice place for lunch! Very friendly staff and trustworthy. I would highly recommend.

I took a chance and I was pleased with the efficiency, customer service, and my experience all-around! My oil was changed and fluids were topped off. They did an inspection of my vehicle and gave me a list of recommended services but did not pressure me in the least. My team consisted of Brian, Kris, and Detrick. Excellent job fast and very informative as it comes for your car needs. Mr. Mitchell took every good care of my vehicle. On the other side Mr Earl very rude an very unprofessional I simply asked him about the price of oil change and he just said wait until we open kept on eating and ignoring my question had to go around and ask. As soon it open he new I was first online he went to the 3rd customer and just let me there. But Mr. Mitchell very politely in all aspects and professionally took care of my vehicle in lest the 20 minutes all checked up lights, fluid and advised tire rotation 👌 Mr Earl we the people are putting food on your table remember that workers like you bring a business down faster than it got up. My advice to management is that if one of your workers are not willing to help the customers its time for a change.

!!!SCAM ALERT!!! They quoted me a price of $71.99 for a full synthetic oil change and then charged me $167 because they said it required extra oil. They never explained there would be an extra charge for additional oil. They should have known how much oil it would take for a full size truck when they gave the quote, it is not acceptable to charge more than double for the quoted price.

I called their facility and explained I had a brake issue and they said bring my van in. I took my van in and they diagnosed needing brakes replaced. They gave an estimate and i got the ok to proceed. The store manager which is awesome gave me ride home due to the repair was time consuming. This is unheard of now days. I highly recommend this very professional auto service center. Everyone there is highly professional.

Went i.n for tire bal on front. First priority... They tried to sell me front tires. Then I was told they were balanced the best they could get them since I need tires. Took to two other places that sold tires was told tires were good for another 8 10k miles by both. And my front tires are not balanced after paying $10 per tire and $25 to get one patched!!! Made a special trip to go to this new place.... Not satisfied at all!!

I brought my truck to get some tires put on after i had called to make sure they could do it, after i walked home approximately 3 miles i got a call saying they could not do the work. I ended going to Savannah tire wich to more time than they quoted me here but they got the job done and about half the price

My husband and I are from NC. We were in GA for our honeymoon, of course I got a nail in my tire. This place fixed us up super fast, and you can tell they have their customers in mind. AC waiting room with TC, and a very clean restroom. Everyone we came in contact with was as nice as they could be.
