Posting in hopes that management will see. Maci is a great person to have on the Walgreens team! I coupon for diapers and Walgreens had a coupon for $30 rewards when you spend $100. One of the boxes of diapers I got was out of stock. I went in with the hopes of adding another to the order so I could still get $30 off. She explained it couldn’t be added (which means there goes $30) I explained and said I would just leave and call customer service to see what they could do. She instead of letting me do that helped me by manually (since it wasn’t working automatically) adding the points and coupons to a separate transaction to make it total correctly! She did not have to do that but it definitely helped this mama a lot! Thank you!
Best place to get my accutane! I’ve tried CVS (never again) and other pharmacies and this Walgreens is by far the best! I have my dermatologist call it in and it’s normally ready with 15-30 minutes!! Fantastic!!
Why have a drive through if you guys arent going to attend to the customers? Have been waiting for 20 minutes. Much seems easier to pick up prescriptions at a drive though when you have kids, but at the cost of time... 🤦♀️. I hate CVS, but Walgreens is definitely not much better.
I came into Walgreens and was charged for an item, they said it didn’t go through so I showed them where it was charged. Instead of helping me a young female manager was rude, confrontational and refused to help at all.
Have always had a decent experience there in the 5 years I have been using them. Store is always clean & organized, staff helpful, etc. Was very impressed today. I had a phone call from the pharmacist asking how a new medication was doing and if I had any questions. Yay for personal service! Thank you.

Went by twice to pick up a script that wasnt at my regular pharmacy and after the first time I was told it was ready I went by and told they didnt have the correct insurance . They asked for my wifes insurance which I didnt have with me since I was told by the other pharmacy they had sent and again not able to pick up. All they had to do was call the other pharmacy and chose not too. Wont ever use them...
Excellent costumer service and very polite. Great environment for all clean and well organized. Pharmacy is top of the line, Pharmacist or well oriented when it comes to all medications for your well-being. As well over the counter recommendation. I am very satisfied with their services. Thumbs for local and out of town visitors. Everything you need is found in Walgreens!!!

Great, old-fashioned car wash, with oldies music playing in the bays. Price is great, compared with the other two car washes, in the area. Just has a great feel about it....although it needs some work. The new owner has been fixing things .......
Were here on vacation, their staff is less than pleasant. Over the last 3 days Ive been in once daily. Each cashier seems miserable...
Most of staff are very very helpful! Except for Lori in the Pharmacy. I am not sure why she is there. Customer service is her least objective. Antagonizing customers is foremost. I have really had it with her. More than once we have crossed paths. Unfortunately for me.
This first time I came to the pharmacy at this location, my review would have been 5 stars. The lady wworking that day went out of her way and went above and beyond. Since then, every time Ive been to the pharmacy or spoken with them over the phone, the staff had been rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful. Im less than impressed.
Pharmacy never has prescriptions ready. Messages say your prescription is ready. You fight Richmond Hill traffic to get there it’s not ready. “Give us about 10 minutes” 30 minutes later your still there. 2 previous prescriptions they didn’t have enough to fill them. We will have it next day, still didn’t have it. Pharmacy is too busy to handle the minimal staff.
Doc called in two priscription while I was at her office. Get here and the lady says she just got them it will be about 15 minutes. Here i sit an hour later still waiting. Cant tell me how long. If you are sick and need medication do not come here you will die waiting for it.
Just waited in drive thru for 45 min with 3 cars in front of me. Zzzzzzzzz. Service used to be great but has been slower than slow over the past couple of months.
They forget to fill prescriptions, fill them incorrectly, or tell you they have a medication then when you go back the next day to pick it up, say it needs to be ordered. I never had any problems with CVS! Unfortunately my insurance switched to Walgreens.
Absolutely incompetent. They mislabeled my 1 yr old sons medication for almost five times the dose after giving me all kinds of trouble picking it up in the first place. If youre brave enough to use this pharmacy.. double check your script with your Dr and not those idiots.
I’ve only ever filled my 7 year olds prescriptions here because her pediatrician is close by and I’ve never had a problem. I’ve never waited for the meds to be filled. I always go home after the pediatrician faxes the prescriptions over and I get a text later in the day from Walgreens stating that my daughter’s prescriptions are ready. I go pick them up and they are always very friendly and it only takes about 5 minutes to checkout and leave. I cannot comment on how they are with adult meds and whatnot because I’ve only filled my daughter’s meds here. I think they’re wonderful and they are doing the best they can. I can tell they’re extremely busy but they always got my child’s meds filled in a timely manner and without error.
I had an antibiotic filled here for my 2 year old last week. We wasted half the bottle because she refused to take it... So I had the doctor call in a refill on the antibiotic just two days after having it filled originally. I knew my insurance would not pay for this medicine again so I called the store to tell them I would pay the cash price for it. The lady who answered the phone (I wish I had gotten her name) told me she had already called the insurance to get an override and the rx would be ready shortly! Im a pharmacist and understand the insane demands that are placed on all pharmacy employees. I was so pleasantly surprised when I found out this employee had gone so far above and beyond what is required.Thank you so much!Averys mom :)
Horrible experience with passport services this morning..manager in photo lab was rude and unprofessional. She barks “Sit down, hair behind ears, no smiling, no jewelry, etc.. Am I being booked or is this for a passport?? I ask to view the 2 images. I make my selection and go back to check 20 minutes later (after she “forgot” to let me know it was ready after 10). She has printed the picture I did NOT want. Unbelievable waste of $13. Perhaps it is time she take her own vacay after attending rigorous customer service training. Or rub on a Crystal ball in hopes of finding a fresh perspective on alternate professions.
They put the safety razors ($7) in a locked case and the Mach V (or whatever theyre called now) ($30) out in the open.... just random illogical stuff like that is annoying, especially when you want the thing thats locked up. This is a small issue, but pretty much representative of places like this... stupid and annoying while claiming to be convenient
What a experience i recieved today. I am Black man that residence in Richmond Hill and Savannah area. I am very much into community. I walked into Walgreens today at 1130, I was racial profiling by the cashier. She suggested to her coworker that i may have a gun or about to steal things out of the store. 40 years old, miltary veteran and father, I have no reason to be treated like this when enter any establish of Walgreens. I pray this action will be address, because no one deserve this type of behavior.
Came to this town because my dad was very sick and given a couple of days to live. Because the trip was unplanned I forgot many items I needed so we stopped in to this Walgreens. After filling my cart, I noticed some lipstick on sale and picked up 3 but after I got back to the hotel I noticed that they charged me the full price. So after my dad passed we stopped in so I could get a refund on the over charge and the manager was completely unhelpful and just argued with me. I was just too tired and grieving my loss to put up this managers so I left without my $15.00 refund. I dont write many reviews but felt there was a need for it this time. If you have a choice go somewhere else.
Worst store ever. Every time I go in and need to ask for something specific, the only person there is the cashier !!!!!!!!! Just wasted 20 minutes waiting but she is a cashier doing her cashier job so how is she supposed to help me find something ? GO TO CVS and hire more people Walgreens. This store sucks
Waited over 24 hours for a prescription. Drive to the store they tell me it isnt filled. As soon as I leave they tell me its filled.
