Went too this Store and was going to buy something? I asked cashier if they did customer service. She replied we are not an atm! Good way for me not to buy something....

Not trying to be a Karen but, Apparently, I should know that employees are not there to assist customers. Specifically short ones who dont happen to have their own tall person with them at the time. I guess hes right though, I should have done it on my own. The one star is only because of how amazingly rude he was.

Do not recommend this place worker refused to let me use their restroom and was very rude

#9040. This Will be the last time I enter this store. Clerk acted as if my presence wasn’t welcomed in the store. Once, my transaction was complete, he slightly slid my bag on the counter and said “take care”. I will be calling the store personally as well as corporate to complain. That individual should not be working in customer service.

Do not shop at the Family Dollar store #09040 in Richmond Hill, GA on Mulberry Commercial. I wanted to purchase ensure for my kids due to the doctors recommendation and it was on sale for $3 and some change. When the manager Carrie was ringing up my items, the price came up to $9.00. I told her it’s a sign stating it was $3.00 on sale. Carrie went to verify the price and she seen the mark down, but refuse to sell me all of the ensure which I had four. She only wanted to sell me two. I asked to speak with the manager and she stated she was the manager. I explained to her that I wanted all for price marked on the shelf and Carrie stayed she will only sell me two. I asked for the corporate number which she provided and she went back to the ensure to take down the sign. Carrie came back to the register and told me to have a good day. I said well I will buy the two packs. She told me to have a nice day again and refused to sell me the ensure which was for my kids and not myself. I have never been treated so horrible and/or been refused to be serviced at any retail store. I know she acted this way because of my race. Very poor customer service skills and I will not be supporting family dollar again.

Affordable prices. Merchandise looks great for the price. Not so crowded with shoppers so you can browse around freely if you choose to. Attendant/cashiers are courteous.

Yes walked in and was not created waited five minutes at register while two employees continued their conversation and playing around to be assisted. Horrible customer service filthy store dirty windows. They need a visit from corporate. I could go on but dont feel like it stay away from this location.
