Everytime I walk out of here, the lady puts me in a terrible mood. I just believe working in customer service you should be in a friendlier person.
BUYER BE WARE!!!!! I emailed a number of Excel spread sheets that I needed printed in large format with laminating. There guy said it would take a day. I go by to pick up the next afternoon. The guy is not there and had not contacted me. Lady there said that the guy says he was going to call me about the job. No call took place. I go in the next day again. I was shown a couple of prints. None of which were correct. They had made the font different. I said they needed to be corrected. I get a call 2 days later to say they were done. I picked them up and took back to my office. They were still wrong. Not the first one was 100 percent correct. It was 250 dollars to get them printed. I gave them a chance to fix it. After a week or so I have up and went back to just get a refund. They so no refund that I could have already used the prints. Lol. I could not use then because they were all completely wrong. Please dont use this unprofessional place. I ended up spending 7 hundred dollars to get the prints done correctly after they screwed them all up. They were not even offering store credit. The lady just laughed at me and said there would be no refund. Like we have your money and nothing you can do about it. Stay away.

Fast service and friendly staff. They are following COVID safety precautions and are providing outstanding service. I got a document notarized and overnighted a package. Will definitely do business here again. Kudos to the staff and management.
I was dropping off in Amazon return and the other customers in line a gentleman walked in ahead of me Waved at Brent the only man working behind the desk and was immediately waited on and checked out ahead of the other customers, who were all women, patiently waiting in line I find this to be very very chauvinistic; such poor customer service So remember ladies that in Brent opinion your time is less valuable than a mans. I am reluctant to ever post anything negative but this was just out of line.
I asked for front and back copies of a large stack of papers. The girl manually flipped papers and did NOT print front and back so my copies were all out of order. Only after the fact did she bother to tell me that she couldnt feed it through the scanner for front and back.copies due to the 7 pieces of notebook paper out of about 50. When I calmly expressed to her that isnt what I requested she stood.tjere amd co.tinued to ring me up without saying a word. I asked her to acknowledge my concerns to which she replied, tjey obviously dont print in order. Shouldnt you tell a.customer if there is any reason you cannot print fromt amd back or in order BEFORE you complete a job the comete opposite of what tjey asked and then be rude. That girl is unprofessional, argumentative and RUDE.
Customer service was extremely unprofessional. I paid for an overnight delivery by 08:30 AM. Package arrived at 11:53 AM. All I wanted was a refund between the service I paid for and the service I received. Store used Covid as an excuse - I understand the Covid issues. However, UPS is hiding behind Covid for poor service. Customer service response - I cant help you. Not true - you didnt want to help me.Why would the consumer bear the entire business risk due to Covid and the business absorbs none of that risk.A different UPS store for me or FedEx or USPS.Can I rate less than 1 star?
Horrible experience with UPS. Wife manages to find a Nintendo Switch on bestbuy. Very hard to find. Suppose to be delivered Friday. Doesn’t show up. Monday no change in status. We call and have it rerouted to the store because maybe we are last on the route and they’ve been busy. We call UPS to ask when it will be there.. they say tonight. We call the store and ask when they get their deliveries they say 5:30. We show up there and the guy tells us no no it’s not here.. it’s at the warehouse. You can go there and pick it up. We say okay so do you have a number for there we can call to confirm. No no available number there. So wild goose chase continues 30 minutes later we get there.. lady at the front desk spends approx 1 minute looking and says no it’s not here, it’s missing.Thanks for stealing our Switch so you can resell it UPS employee.. and thanks to the rest of you for earning that sweet sweet minimum wage for minimum effort and giving us bad info over and over again.
Rude, rude, rude. The apparently new owner was very rude and condensending. Even bad mouthed the previous owner to me which I found highly unprofessional. I have used the UPS in RH for years. Never again....

Regular customer of multiple services at this location. I actually enjoying having to go spend money here. Sarah, Steven, and the whole crew always have a smile, a kind word, and excellent service. Cant recommend them enough. They are a real asset to our business.
Bad costumer service and i don’t like this store even it’s close to my house so i prefer to go to the one down berwick, its the best store in the area.

Terrible service! Called prior to arrival, asked questions about service. They informed me they can perform the service requested. Upon arrival they now state they cannot perform the service and I would need to go to a customer service center. Which they didn’t know where one was... what a terrible experience. Go somewhere else... anywhere.
I have been in this store a couple of times now and have always had a pleasant experience but I wanted to post my review and acknowledge the lady who assisted me, her badge said, Loa Traineee. Let me just say that if she is indeed a trainee then this place is lucky to have her. She was not only knowledgeable about my transaction but I saw her grab a pamphlet and hand it to another employee so he could meet her needs as well, as someone from a customer service background I know when I spot a star and thos lady was friendly, engaging, smiling the entire time, helpful, knowledgeable and focused! She is for sure a keeper and I want to thank her because I walked in in a bad mood but walked out in a good one. Thanks!!!
Rude service, terrible hours, terrible prices. I wanted to mail a set of dice and they wanted 15 bucks. Domestic. Just go to USPS.
This store did not properly secure my envelope which contained copies of birth certificates for my minor children and personable identifiable information for my entire household. As a result, the personable identifiable information of our entire household has been compromised. The intended recipient of the documents only received the envelope. I noticed the envelope was not properly sealed and the cashier -Steven said he would add tape. The owner informed me the clerk who assisted me left the envelopes on the counter for the next day. On the next day, the manager says they look sealed - adds postage to all envelopes and sends them off. The owner says they are not responsible for what happens after it leaves the store and did not offer an apology.
Brought an item to this store a couple days ago which was already packaged with pre printed UPS label. Should have been a no brainer. Yet they never mentioned that this would need certain customs docs filled out. I certainly have no knowledge of these matters, thats why I take it to the people who are supposedly knowledgeable and accepting money to do this service. However my expensive package which is a return of an item that I purchased on EBAY is now held up at customs. I am scrambling to fix this as best Ican. If not done by tomorrow I tend to lose about about $800.00 due tho this stores inept and careless behavior.
The staff here always gives prompt efficient sevice. The store is well organized and clean. They make package shipping as easy as possible.the location is easy to access and is near other stores that I frequent which is great that I dont have to go out of the way to drop off a box to them.

I never post reviews, but feel it is worth my time to let others know how bad this place really is. On four occasions I attempted to conduct business with this establishment and failed because their system was updating and was told to come back. On another occasion, I sent files via email to be printed (blueprints) only to find out they would not print them until I was in the store. Upon arriving at the store at 5:35 PM I was told they did not have time to print them. I was the only customer in the store and asked what was preventing them from printing the files for me. I was told it took a long time (10 minutes per page) and that each page had to dry before they could deliver the final product. I explained to the lady that I had in fact had the same files printed the day before and that the lady rolled them up immediately after coming off the printer (no drying time required). I also informed them that the previous day it only took 3 maybe 4 minutes per page to print and that we had an hour until closing. They still refused to start the job and told me to come back the next day. The bottom line, this is not a small business friendly group of people. If you want to hand a package over the counter and ship via UPS you should be okay as long as you can put up with the attitudes and lies. Finally, I asked to speak with the owner and was handed his business card. I own several businesses and can assure you that if a customer asked to speak with me our employees would have made sure I received the customers contact information and I would contact them. My only purpose in wanting to speak with the owner was to help him improve his business. Apparently, that is not important to this owner. Our business spends $600 to $800 per month on services offered at this location. Due to the nature of our business, that number increases to more than $2,000 in the months of January and February. One thing for sure, we will not use this business for any of our needs in the future.
Lazy employees refuse to scan Amazon return codes and make up fake rules about sending multiple items back because they don’t want to help customers. Go to a different store.
The staff was amazing I needed something notarized and also had questions about shipping cost. They were more than happy to assist me.
My wife is a graduate student and regularly uses UPS locations to print documents for school.This location has an employee that is incredibly rude. My wife went in this morning around 8:30 (with our toddler). The employee working there was asleep on the counter, and was mad that my wife woke her up. My wife was asking about getting a document printed full page. The employee yelled at her and told her that it wasnt possible. My wife asked if she could come back later, and the employee yelled that the other employees couldnt help her either.Hopefully the management/owners of the store can get rid of this employee. She should not be in customer service.
Ive gone in twice and both times the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Hardly any wait either time.

I attempted to use their notary services, and was told that because my documents were for another state she would not notarize them (After signing them in front of her). Upon researching the Official Code of Georgia, Title 45, Chapter 17 (Notaries Public), there are no restrictions of this type stated, only that a Notary Public is an official witness to signatures, oathes, and statements.I will be filing a formal complaint to the Georgia Clerk of Superior Courts. Services should not be offered if they can not be performed, and the individual denying those services should have an explanation other than I was told I couldnt do that.
I usually dont take the time to write out a review, but I had to give recognition to this store! They are great at what they do, I am never dissapointed when I drop in!
Dont go there before closing. They will not go over and beyond to help you. They just want to close their store. Too bad this is the closest one to me.
