I recently took my 2019 Tundra in for a sunroof repair which shouldve been covered under Toyotas 3 year / 36,000 mile warranty but was told by the a guy at Greens because the Tundra I bought used, was originally purchased in Canada that I would have to provide documentation about the original purchase date. I was also led to believe that I had made a huge mistake having bought this used Canadian 2019 Tundra with less than 6,000 miles on it. This didnt sound legit to me. I then called Toyota South in Richmond. A very nice guy named Tim told me to bring him my new to me 2019 Tundra and he would make sure that all repairs would get taken care of under Toyotas warranty. I did just that, the entire sunroof unit was replaced at no cost to me. I will never go back to Greens Toyota for anything, not even a oil change or windshield wiper rotation! Thanks Toyota South and thank you Tim!!
