Great antique mall for large pieces of furniture and home decor. I bought one large piece (vintage wood bureau) and three mid century modern end tables. The prices were very fair. The selection is very good. The quality is much better than any junk you would get from a modern furniture store. I’ve bought several expensive pieces from local furniture stores and they fell apart after a few years. The staff is friendly and helpful. Tape measure are available and they helped load my furniture.Public restrooms and plenty of parking.

This place is something else. There is just about something for everyone here, you never know what you will find its packed!

Im not sure what changed at this mall, exactly. I used to enjoy shopping here and could always find many great things at reasonable (not cheap, but reasonable) prices. I buy at antique stores up and down the East Coast, and the prices at West End border on absurd in some cases. The staff is hit or miss: During my recent visit, a lady on one side of the store was helpful and friendly; the man on the other side acted as though my question bothered him. Perhaps because of the enormous size, but it was also hard to feel a connection to any of the sellers, which is usually part of the experience. I do plan to visit again soon to give it a fair shake and will re-review then. But if a doll is missing its head, you cant charge full retail, sorry.

Great inventory. This is literally one of those antique malls you could spend all day in and still not see everything. The prices in 90% of the booths are ridiculously high. Be prepared to spend some big bucks while shopping here.

Great place for the occasional decently priced fine, but the overall the prices are high.Would also be nice if they opened before 12pm on Sundays. Its not 1955. Not everyone goes to church anymore.

Almost a museum in its own right. You’ll find lots of neat stuff. Prices are a tad inflated and since it’s a booth style place you can’t really negotiate.

This place has everything from antiques to mid century. It is huge and the prices are good.

Very elegant antiques shop. The layout was great with changing scenes for each section of matching decor. There was also a very quaint cafe called Lulus or something. The food was delish, except the deviled eggs, they were horrendous.

I went with my mom and we were blown away at the selection. so many wonderful books, antique glassware, toys, adds and everything in between. However, we were treated pretty poorly, she and I felt like we didnt belong in there. The staff was very rude.

I visit West End at least twice a year and have bought numerous items here, which I always find priced reasonably...A great deal of variety from smalls to huge architectural items.

THIS BUSINESS DOESNT BELIEVE IN BASIC PUBLIC SAFETY DURING A GLOBAL PANDEMIC. I was a regular customer here until today. A shopper was refusing to wear their mask so I complained to the manager. The manager refused to address the situation, instead telling me that if I was buying into this pandemic, then its my problem. He also kept repeating that the mask mandate isnt a law. I will be reporting this to the Virginia Dept of Health as a violation of Executive Order 72, and I will never shop here again.

Clean antique store, with a wide variety of almost everything!

I purchased twin beds yesterday and the service was extraordinary - the phone inquiry, helping with location, and finally the purchase. The gentlemen who loaded my car were meticulous in making sure there would be no damage. Thank you!

Many, many items for sale. Items you may not see anywhere else. Check it out. This particular store has some very high priced items. But some of the vendors have sales every now and then. Been there quite a few times.

Very large but over priced, stayed 2 hrs on spent $24.

This place is massive! Grabbing one of the maps is highly recommend. There are roaming associates to ask/answer questions. They will also take whatever you have selected to the sales counter so you may continue shopping without having to carry something heavy around the whole time. Definitely plan for a couple of hours at least if you dont want to just skim quickly.

Incredible selection of antiques! Everything from high end furniture that came out of a mansion to furniture from your great grandparents home. Prices are a little high on most items but there are some great bargains as well. A must see!

The merchandise is lovely, if not a bit over the top.I have been a customer here( off and on) over the past 15 years. But what I will say is the customer service has continued to go down year after year. Id say go there for the merchandise, dont go there for the friendly atmosphere.

Very nice antique mall! Has lots of high end antique furniture and furnishings. A huge assortment of rather large pieces, wardrobes, corner shelves and book cases. Several complete bedroom and living room sets. Lots of crystal. Worth the trip if your a collector or just looking for that special piece.

The West End Antiques Mall is very extensive. Make sure you pick up a map at the entrance to building one. It covers three buildings. The items for are clean and either antique or vintage. They have many large and gorgeous items. It will take about two hours to see everything. The prices are a bit higher then other antique stores I have been in, but it is still worth a trip.

Huge selection. Very friendly male staff help. Largest quality selection in Virginia with average prices. Plan to spend a couple of hours in this hidden gem of a store. I visit it at least once a month for home decor and accent pieces. Of course there are also crazy prices for huge pieces in the rear of the store but I guess that is to be expected.

They have everything you need and everything you didnt think you needed as well. My boyfriend and I stopped in for a couch, expecting to spend at least three grand on that alone. We got lost for about 4 hours and walked out with a gorgeous sturdy english style couch, a single seater couch, the most beautiful lamp Ive ever seen, and a few decor pieces for a little over $2,000. Were extremely impressed and will be shopping here again as we move into our new apartment. Thank you so much to the wonderful ladies who helped us pick out our furniture!

I really enjoyed visiting this store. My wife and I are not big into antiquing. However, we were looking for an old dresser we could refurbish and put in the nursery for our baby boy. We found and purchased the perfect piece. At the same time I found myself walking around and checking things out because there was so much fun stuff to look at.

The staff here does an amazing job with keeping things simple for the customers! Plus the SELECTION! This place has so much to offer, there are so many priceless treasures just waiting to be uncovered, so its always a blast to shop here every single time you go since its always different.

HUGE!! Tons to see. Many very very nice pieces. Some booths were a bit pricey, even for the area. Make sure you have lots of time to see it or make multiple trips. A nice touch was that they have stations located on the walls throughout the store where you can take a card with a map and space to write notes.

There is a LOT of furniture here. I would consider it mostly furniture and wouldnt go back here if I was looking for smaller items. It was a very nice store and had a large selection of different furniture items.

Amazing antique mall with a huge variety of styles and eras. If you dont see what you are looking for, dont give up-you will find it before you leave. From Victorian, Art Nouveau and Art Deco to Gothic, Kitsch, Primitive, Retro and Mid-Century Modern, Ive seen it there. It somehow all fits together nicely and truly does have something for everyone.We live locally so we can visit anytime but dont want to see the same things over and over again. Weve found if we wait 2-3 months, the majority of the booths have all new (well, all old) itsms to browse through. I do like that this is not one of those antique malls that has the homemade crafty things, the shabby chic newly distressed pieces or the vintage reproduction items. Everything Ive seen for sale in here is old/antique/vintage.The staff are very helpful and can help you find something you saw while wandering through one of the aisles but didnt write the location down. (In my defense, I did take a picture of the table, but with not enough of the booth showing to recognize who was selling it). No problem-the staff knew exactly where it was and that cute little table is happily sitting in my living room.There is lots of walking here as there are multiple buildings with many, many aisles. There arent really many places to stop and rest in the aisles so plan to get back to the front of the store before you or your co-shopper get too tired.Recomend highly to anyone who wants to see a wide variety of antiques. Just make sure you have plenty of room in your car to get your goodies home. (if not, they will hold them until you bring a bigger truck!)

Plan to spend some time here. My wife and I showed up half an hour before closing and had to rush through trying to find what we came for. You could easily spend an afternoon getting lost in the aisles and aisles of amazing furniture and antiques. Im just sad it took us this long to go!

One of the greatest antique malls in Richmond! There are always sales, new vendors, and plenty to see...this place takes an entire afternoon to go through if you enjoy antiquing. They have a ton of art, silver, primitives, medievals, contemporary, furniture, books, textiles, antique toys, and electronics, and much more!

This place is REALLY neat! But it’s almost like they went to all the other antique stores found the good stuff and then marked it up way to much.

Are you kidding, the separate vendors areas always easily accessible to a customer, they are very friendly and the sales are easily seen .Great for this Big Data/ History buff who loves to learn about the past to inspire future ideas.

The most overpriced antique mall in Virginia. Huge selection, but you can find comparable antique malls within 1 hr with prices half as expensive. Dont waste your time.

This place is very over priced. I have been in the antique business my whole life. It’s just old school dealer showing off prettys. They are more about showing off what they have thenselling items. This shop is mostly for decorators. Also, I noticed a lot of FAKE ITEMS BEING SOLD AS OLD. I put that in bold for a reason. Be carful.

Its okay, Ive been to antique malls all across the US. Personally, I find better deals at local estate auctions. Most of the stuff at this antique mall was well overpriced which usually means the mall itself is charging way too much for booth rental...Im just surmising. I didnt see any good deals. The best antique malls Ive been to were in the midwest...i.e., Illinois and Missouri.
