Three dryers in my apartment complex (ALSD2339, ALSD2749, ALSD2748) were not producing enough heat starting a month ago. I used one medium heat + one high heat but was still not able to completely dry my clothes.Two weeks ago I called and reported the issue. They said they were gonna send a technician to inspect. Now the problem still persists and there has been no update on this issue.

Rented a washer and dryer for my new apartment 6 months ago, the units were basically brand new and already installed. about a month ago I had issues with my dryer not working 100%. I notified my office first thing in the morning and to my surprise they came out that same day. The technician worked on the one I already had but could not fix it so he took a brand new one off the truck and replaced it. Great service and great units!!

I have worked with Automatic Leasing for over a year and am so impressed with their promptness and professionalism. I work at a rental property with 424 units and over half of them rent with Automatic Leasing. They are quick to deliver and even more speedy with maintenance requests. I would recommend this company to anyone!

I needed to lease a washer and dryer for my apartment. I filled out the application, emailed it back and got a quote. Reached out to the company to inquire about delivery times and they gave me a totally different quote which was almost double what the first one was. They didn’t apologize they just resent it with no explanation.I called and they refused to assist me and acknowledge the new quote. The new quote is half of the cost of a washing machine. Instead of honoring the new quote they said due to “fair housing”, they couldn’t let me pay what they originally said I had to pay.This company is tacky.

Called on New Years but they couldn’t arrive due to holiday. Arrived at 9am promptly the next day without me having to call. Fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes. They were in & out, didn’t bother me & provided a reason for my previous washer flooding.

We are in an apartment complex that leases machines from here. I admit that there was one time that a washer broke and flooded and whoever came to fix it, didnt finish the job. The washer sat for over a week before someone came back. I didnt call that one in so I dont know what happened. But, the three times we have emailed about broken w/d, they have responded within 24 hours with an email confirmation AND sending someone out for the repairs. They also reimbursed us quarters lost, which for those of us on tight budgets is a really big deal. This type of customer care goes a long way, so thank you!

For two years Ive rented from Automatic Leasing with one of their stack-able washer and dryer units, Ive had small problems here and there with them up until now,But for the past month and a half,The washer has broken 5 times on large and small loads in their so called heavy duty and normal cycles,well first off let me specify what a load is that stops the machine from working completely on all cycles. 1 towel,3 childrens tops rom running on top of which water will leak from the bottom of this washer causing you to have to stick a small cup repeatedly in the unit over and over and over again until it is drained of which Ive counted to be over 40-to 60 times depending on the cup,because they DO NOT DO SAME DAY CALL BACKS for a technician to come and fix the problem or bring a new unit!!! Im infuriated with this company and will be sending back both units and warning people off about this company, which is a shame as the dryer seems to be the only thing that runs even halfway decent or they even know how to fix if it has a problem.SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

I rented a washer and dryer for a year with them, and they had outstanding service, and I was impressed of how good the appliances were.

These reviews are totally false and made by people who work for the company. Been renting from them through my apartment for a few years. They break down all the time and they send other broken down machines in its place. Every time they come they leave my lights on and readjust my furniture crazy to bring in the machine and they never fix it back. A few machines went haywire and shot water out for hours until after hour emergency could turn the water off. I have video footage to show from each time as well. They messed up the tiles on the floor from removing machines so often and then said they didnt do it. Called someone put the manager on the phone and he did not apologize and made several excuses for every complaint! it was the worst.
