I brought a group to enjoy themselves for the kids Art and I was disappointed with the service I received from the woman running the group. She wasnt mean but she wasnt child friendly with my group. First of all, we did pay so it wasnt charity work but thats what I felt like we were being treated as. We were rushed. The children wanted their work to look like the project shown to them as the example and steps were missing in the instructions given to us. Needless to say I will be helping them create their artwork the way the example looked. My advice to you... dont bring a group and also if you do bring your own chairs so you all dont have to stand the entire project time. (Doesnt apply to small groups or individual children because they had chairs).

The store is great and has a vast selection, however, the building is too small for said collection so its tight in the aisles an on the shelves. The line is also always long. Never a fast experience. However once you arrive at the counter the associates are always nice and the store is always impeccably clean.

I love shopping at AC Moore for art supplies, all sorts of crafts as well as home decor and garden accessories. A big artificial floral department with all of the accoutrements. There is a large selection of kids craft and artistic supplies as well as kids craft kits.Its definitely worth signing up for their basic frequent Shoppers program because they issue big coupons frequently! I especially love their clearance sale!

The shopping experience was a good one. We were looking for floral arrangements for my Dads gravesite and saw a beautiful array of flowers to choose not to mention floral wreaths that were sale priced 50% off. The salespeople on the floor were very helpful and this was my first visit to AC Moore. Definitely have to return to buy more floral arrangements.

Nice painting, craft and hobby supply store for artists and crafters. They have a large selection for instant gratification.They have a good collection of brushes, canvases, oil and latex/acrylic paints. They also sell watercolor paints, gel and other pens, drafting supplies and craft supplies. They also have paint and art supplies for children.They also sell frames and framing supplies, yarn and some home decor items.In the holidays they have a lot of holiday decorations

I love this store. It is the best place to buy yarn and many other crafting items. They have a great selection and their prices are very good. Lots of sales and clearance items. Can earn lots of coupons with their loyalty cards and they even do give-a ways at times.

I used to work at this store. Its a lot of older women that enjoy crafting that work here. They bust there asses day in day out for US customers. Reading some of these reviews I dont think many have had the chance to work in retail as I have. Here they made minimum wage and half take the bus or walk to work, trying to make a decent living. I still shop here but if some of you wish to take business elsewhere I dont think it will affect them at all .

Super helpful staff. We were offered coupons at an event is Willow Lawn and we were able to double up on coupons for that day making my son very happy because Mommy was able to treat him to some cool new art supplies! Thanks!

There are things here for everyone! Staff is very helpful...only problem is that when it rains heavy, its like a rushing river outside the door! This is a new store and they should have designed the parking lot better. Water was up to my ankles....no kidding! Omg

I only know my daughter found all her stuff for her school project from there. There are a lot of variety depending on the price. Price seemed reasonable to me. I will choose AC Moore for home decorations.

The store was great they offered me coupons when I got in then they showed me I could download coupons on my phone that I was able to use instantly I love the location it was my first time to that specific store I just went in to look and ended up leaving with a phone carriage I was able to use my craft store card from Massachusetts in the same-store without any problems

Wasnt a good one, took something back after opening it and the manager refused to take it back. Told me what was she going to do with it, she couldnt resell it because it was open. Didnt want. The cashier was nice and polite

I frequent this location at least once a week and I have never been so appalled at what happened during my visit yesterday! I was being helped by an elder African American female cashier. At the same time, A black man (mid-40s) was checking out in the line next to me with an elder Caucasian woman. The customer had his phone on speaker and was having a conversation while being rung up. He finished checking out and exited the store while I was still being rung up. The Caucasian woman who had helped him immediately started complaining, very loudly, to the next customer in line who happened to be an elder Caucasian woman as well. She proceeded to tell her how Rude is it to talk on your cell phone at the register, but you know THEY dont know any better. At this time, an African American couple approached the line behind her seeming to be offended and puzzled at who the employee was referring to. The husband looked at his wife and said Shes talking about that black man that just walked out. I was so EXTREMELY offended and distracted by her loud and disrespectful conversation, that I initially didnt even give the cashier that was assisting me the correct amount to pay for my items. I am so disappointed that A.C. Moore supports racist and unprofessional individuals to represent their establishment!! Again, I loved A.C. Moore and visited this location quite often, but am now considering ever patronizing another A.C.Moore again! At least Michaels and other craft stores know how to hire professional people. That employee needs to be reprimanded for her poor work ethic.

Basic arts and crafts store. Slow service. And although there are 15 employees walking around the store, there is only ever one cashier, with a line 5 deep. Undoubtedly something difficult happens, and youre stuck waiting for 15 minutes while they figure out how to give change for a $100 bill.

This place is large and new, but it always strikes me as not having the same breadth of inventory as the Ben Franklin Crafts that used to be on the other side of the mall. This might be largely due to the layout feeling more claustrophobic, with its very tall shelves and narrow pass-throughs.

Their picture frame selection was amazing and very cheap!
