I called FIVE local auto shops looking for someone to install my new (aftermarket) headlights, and Auto Image was the only one willing to give it a try. They took my car in on extremely short (same-day) notice and had the job done within hours. I was hugely impressed with the service, work ethic, and results here - all for a completely reasonable price. Its sometimes difficult to find friendly, accommodating people in this industry, but Anthony and his team were just that. Multiple customers entered the shop during my visit, and the staff gave welcoming acknowledgement to everyone who walked through the door. Ill be bringing my vehicles back here in the future and recommend it to anyone seeking custom work.

I went in asking for a screen replacement for my 2016 Honda Accord. It was the stock screen so all sources online said to take it to the dealership, but the price was just way too high. When I went to Auto Image, they were unsure if they could do it but said they would try (I had called around and other places wouldn’t even attempt and told me to go to dealership). Not only did Auto Image get it done, they were able to get it done at a fraction of the dealerships price. Screen works great, they did it super quick, and I had a super positive experience with the staff. Highly recommend and will definitely be back for future needs.

Last week I walked into Auto Image searching for solutions to the abysmal infotainment system in my 2013 Toyota 4 Runner. Tanner listened carefully to what wasnt working and asked thoughtful questions about how I typically use the system (or, more accurately, WOULD use the system). Im more into podcasts than music, for example. I also wanted a system with intuitive, minimalist controls that dont require me to have reading glasses on. He helped me choose a Sony infotainment system that fits my needs and got the install scheduled for Tuesday after Labor Day. Apparently one of the wiring kits that is essential for the install is out of stock from all the suppliers but Anthony called in some favors from his connections and got the kit in time for my Tuesday install. The Auto Image team is outstanding - focused on my needs not meeting some sales quota and going the extra mile to get the job done right and on time. Excellent! Ill be back for more!

Awesome!! They installed a remote start on my car flawlessly a year ago when I was told by a dealership it couldnt be done. When my car battery died recently, my phone app wouldnt re-sync with the car, but 30 mins later they got it synced and working again. While waiting, I got a chance to chat with the owner (Anthony Davis). Great guy with great knowledge on cars and life!! Highly recommend!!

I made an appointment to have my aftermarket remote start checked because it was malfunctioning. The remote start had been installed by the previous store owner YEARS AGO, but Anthonys team got it fixed up in a jiffy while I waited. GREAT experience. Highly recommend. Excellent customer service.

Just had my first system installed, and it was a great experience from first foot set in the door. Anthony explained everything I needed to know about audio installs and what I needed to achieve the sound I was looking for, within my price range and didn’t try to upsell me. Tanner showed me the limit of my sub so I didn’t go out as a first timer and blow it. I will be going back to get more work done in the future.

I got my hands on my grandparents old Ranger, but I had fallen in love with the CarPlay and backup camera on my newer vehicles. Auto Image installed a really clean headunit (required some trimming to fit double din), replaced the cigarette lighter with the USBs, and put in a backup camera. It looks awesome and works great. I recently got the head unit replaced in my car. They found me exactly what I needed and were able to install it very quickly. The installation went flawlessly and I could not recommend them more.

Showed up to Auto Image on a Tuesday at 4:45 to have them take a look at my car stereo that wasn’t working properly. They took it back to the shop & diagnosed the issue within 15 minutes. I really cannot recommend this place enough. Had a fantastic experience there from top to bottom. When I initially called and spoke to them over the phone to describe an issue I was having with my car speakers, they were immediately helpful and able to recommend the best plan of action. I took my car in the next morning, and they had the issue diagnosed and fixed by that same afternoon. In addition to the fantastic quality of the sound from the new speakers, I appreciated that they took the time to describe the issue to me, as well as give me various options to get my speakers fixed that aligned with my budget. In general, it just felt like they cared about helping me. Nick, especially, was great to work with. Definitely check this place out!

I recommend these guys. They took care of my broken CD player. Turned out a CD broke inside and it stopped working. Anthony is a standup guy and they have a nice waiting area.

Dont go to Audio Express, go here instead. Audio Express wanted $1600 for 4 speakers, a head unit, and basic sub. I got everything here minus the sub for less than $700. What does that tell you?Excellent customer service, excellent pricing, and the speed to get it done was on point.

After a disappointing experience elsewhere, I called this shop totally frustrated, and was instantly reassured that I was in good hands. I was seen the same day, given a great price on some killer speakers, and left totally satisfied. The owner even went above-and-beyond to alert me to an unrelated mechanical issue with my vehicle, as it was a new-to-me vehicle. Everyone was kind and helpful and patient. I was so pleased, I am going back for a new CD player ASAP!

I was referred to Auto Image as I wanted a backup camera installed in my 2016 SLK 300. Nick handled everything from the first phone call to delivery. He was very professional, courteous, so easy to work with, his attention to detail is top notch and hes just such a nice person. I very much appreciated that he kept me in the loop throughout the installation process and my car was ready when he said it would be. The work is first class. They are very professional and knowledgeable. I’ve done a lot of research and talked with several shops all over town and decided to have them re-do my whole sound system front to back with a custom touch. I’m very particular when it comes to my bmw m3. There were also a few dings in my door and was able to remove those.

Auto Image recently installed a hook up to play music from my iPod and iPhone in my 2006 Mercedes. The staff was friendly and professional. Quality work at a good price. I will definitely do business with them again.
