Got a small piece of glass cut for a piece of furniture, estimated about 1-2 weeks. Took over 6 weeks. Called 4 times and their customer service was nice but could never get an answer to what was taking so long. The glass cut was amazing quality but I was lucky client was very forgiving and understanding on the delay. If you are a small order and need something on time, Id go elsewhere

Called for a simple window pane replacement piece of glass April 22, was told I would get a call back when it is ready...STILL WAITING

Helpful, slow, guys were on hunting vacation on a rainy day. Told! Me what kind of glass I was supposed to have. Then didnt have it in stock. Request another type, had to wait for the field tech to come back. Charged 70 cents per sq in more than lowes. Glad it wasnt my job.

Suggest using the location on Broad St instead of this location. Too many frustrations rather than exchanging money for goods and simple [standard] services.

I drive past this place every day on my way to work. Didnt think much of it until my windshield started cracking from the edge in. They came to me, the guys were super nice, it was replaced in very short order, and the final price was $30 *less* than the guesstimate. The ladies answering the phone were super nice as well.Thanks for a good experience!!

They repair and replace window/door glass as well; not just auto glass. Went in with the measurements of a broken pane of glass from a door. I had a fresh piece of glass cut to size with the edges seamed (lightly sanded to remove the sharp edges that result from the initial cut) and was out of the door in under 10 minutes. All of the staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Called to get someome to quote me for new glass for my shattered sliding glass door. First the lady was super rude. Then was told Id get a call back the same day or next day to schedule a time. Never recieved a call. Went with someome else and they came out to quote and fixed it the same day.Over a week later I got a call asking me what was a good time for them to come out, and when I explained to them someone else fixed it they acted like they were shocked. Why would I wait over a week to fix my shattered back door???Poor customer service to say the least. Id give one star if I could.

Horrible company to work for or use. Prices are typically twice as high as other local glass shops. Linda the new manager is a very rude and incompetent person as well as a liar. Check around before you use them for anything and make your own opinion.

Invested weeks with this company to remove and install stain glass windows. We were told they retired the employee and they dont do stain glass windows. Now we have to cancle install of church windows and start from the beginning. This compnay does not have a handle on their own employees-BEWARE
