Good place to get parts

Friendly knowledge well staffed. It is a kind of throw back place . A good ol boy place. I went to 2 other parts store to get my hydraulic hoses made for my bobcat. One place just didnt have the fitting but very friendly. The other place was rude under staffed and not helpful at all

We drive 75 miles to get there

Our car broke down this past weekend while driving from Fl back to Ohio. We were stranded with three little kids until Ken and his crew saved the day. They got us the right part and helped install it. They went way above and beyond in what a typical part store would do. Without their hospitality, we would have been stranded for several days. They are some of the nicest people we’ve ever met. We will be forever grateful for them.

Wonderful guys, they actually care to have your business. They looked at the old part and quickly found the right replacement for it. Nothing but good things from this place.

Best parts store with most knowledgeable employees in Richmond. The store is a little dated with a low stock on the shelves. But the prices and the ability to answer your questions make up for that.

Ordered the wrong tool for me and tried to tell me it was right. Then conveniently lost my receipt while I was standing right there. It was only a $10 tool or I would have raised hell. Sad sneaky business ethics

I had a bad battery and brought a new one there and they even installed it for me, I was broke down and out if town got a jump to make it there and didnt know if I had enough tools to put the new battery in but those guys jumped all over it yes I would strongly recommend using them
