Axselle was able to fit me in on short notice and the repairs came in under what I was expecting to pay. A great local auto shop that is larger than your typical local repair shop. Fast, friendly, quality work, and professional service. I highly recommend them to anyone in search of a local repair shop.

I had some front end noise that two other shops couldnt diagnose. Dealer wanted to replace all my front end parts for $2800 without guaranteeing to fix the noise. Axelle worked diligently over a few visits and fixed the problem at 1/10th the dealer price.

Axselle Auto staff was timely, helpful, and provided kind service! Three things you dont often find all in one at an auto service company! Today was my second time there and they had me in and out in 20 minutes for a nail in my tire and for only $20. 10/10 will use their services again.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. They explained in detail what was going on with my car and even took the time to show me what the issue was. Started coming here at the recommendation of a friend. The ladies at the front desk are super nice and helpful and Dave really, truly cares about customer satisfaction and the health of your car. In addition to that, the costs have consistently been cheaper than where I used to go. I cant recommend this place enough.

I got several estimates and their’s was the most reasonable. They were able to work on my car right away and, while they were at it, found and fixed a hose that was about to fail. Honest establishment with fair prices. Empathetic, hardworking, and neighborly employees. Appointment times are always honored and you get in and out quick, with d**n fine work done to your car. They treat you like friends. As a young woman sometimes its difficult to find a shop that will go out of their way to explain things to you- while also not taking advantage of you. I live over 20 minutes away and Axselle is always the go to place for my car care.

Hit some debris on the road the day before we were due to leave for vacation, and Axselle got all the necessary repairs done in time.Went back a few weeks later to get a clunking rear tire checked (bad spat of car luck for sure) and again they were quick, thorough and very helpful.The receptionists were able to quickly pull up our past records and the cost estimates were always accurate. I was impressed with how organized and efficient they are.

I found myself needing the services of Axselle back in August. Jiffy lube damaged my car so badly that I had to have it towed to the Axselle shop. The car was smoking (in danger of catching fire), the acceleration wasnt working and as I was driving I had to pull over and pick up my hubcap out of the ditch it fell off and rolled into. I was furious and not at all in the mood to be scammed by another service shop. Axselle took possession of my car and transformed it! The work they did to repair what Jiffy lube destroyed was phenomenal! It was if it had never happened. The staff was very nice and when Jiffy lube tried to shirk responsibility, the woman at the front desk was very accommodating to any of my needs. I really appreciated Mr. Axselle taking the time to use a model and explain what was done to my car and what repairs were needed. Trust your vehicle with Axselle. They are excellent!

If I could somehow give them 6 stars, I would.Earlier today a truck in front of me had something fall out on the road and it ripped my tire wheel off. I hobbled my car over to these guys around 1pm, and was told they’d have to order some parts and I’d get it back the next day.After the owner heard I’d need to find a ride to work in the morning, he got the parts himself and stayed after hours to get my ride fixed.Cannot recommend these guys enough.

Very good experience my first visit and within walking distance of my home in Lakeside. Although I change my own oil and try to fix what I can, it is important to have someone I can trust for many car repairs. It is great to know they are pretty much full service including tires and muffler work. I love one stop shopping rather than driving to the big box store and waiting for tires with no alignment even available in most cases. I will be using from now on as my go to auto repair service. Fantastic. They fit us in quickly, finished several things in a few days, had extremely reasonable prices and picked me up when the car was ready so I didnt have to get a Lyft. I should also add that Firestone had tried to tell us we needed all new shocks/tires to pass inspection and Axselle didnt try to upsell us on any nonsense. They did go above and beyond to help us track down a leak that turned out to be a pump, which they fixed by the end of the day. Cant recommended enough. Well be customers as long as were in Richmond.

I have lived in Richmond all my life and finally found a repair shop that is fairly priced and honest about the work you need done. I highly recommend this auto shop! Just a top.. Wherever you take your car.. Make sure you keep good records about the work you have had done, and bring those records with you to the shop when you need repairs!

Always great and honest. Wont try to upsell you a bunch of BS stuff you dont need, which is nice for a female. Tired of mechanics who dont know I was raised in a garage trying to tell me what my car need that it doesnt. These guys dont do that, highly recommend. Though, if you leave your car for inspection, they may not call to tell you its not done by close, even if you asked them to.

On the VERY RARE occasion that something wasnt repaired correctly I took the car back and it was rediagnosed and correctly repaired without delay. Mr Vesely and I have been neighbors for over 10 years We both served in military and I was frustrated that Hyundai service could not fix front brakes squeaky noise for 2013 Elantra limited. Mr Vesely mention to take Elantra to Axselle auto service and I did. Within minutes they explain the problem of noise and within 2 hrs or less they replace brakes rotors, pads and etc. Squeaky noise disappears, the staff is awesome and inside the waiting room the atmosphere family friendly for everyone. Excellent prices and honest work make this a valuable local auto service. Sometimes on the slow side to complete a project and occasionally requiring some fine tuning to their work, but generally a dependable place for repairs and inspections.

These people are honest. They care about you and your vehicle. Its the type of place you want to pay because you know they are taking care of you.

There is no punctuality to this place. Called after they open and nobody was in the building. Half hour after they opened, someone finally answered the phone and immediately put me on hold for over 12 minutes. Ask a few simple questions and was refused an answer. For an auto service place, they seem extremely inexperienced and unsure of what they do. Two simple questions were danced around and ignored. Easier to Google the information then ask them. Rude receptionist. Avoid this one if you have any urgent matters

I cant say enough good things about the service and team at Axselles. I am a relatively new customer, but they treat me like Ive been going there forever, like family. They are thorough, fair, forthcoming with information, and compassionate. Its obvious their business is about building relationships and treating people right, not about the bottom line. This is rare in most industries today. With previous mechanics, dealerships, auto body shops I always had the dreaded feeling that I was being taken advantage of. Not with Axselles. It is a place of high integrity - and great skill - and I highly recommend them!
