Renee at Boulevard Tire has done such an absolutely incredible job that I will never use another auto shop. If I move, I will drive back here. If anyone asks for recommendations or even mentions using anyone else, I will recommend this place. Thank you for saving my sanity and my car during those two months- you all are outstanding. I never expected the kindness or the ways in which Renee went above and beyond her requirements for me, she is a gem and I truly appreciate her. Thanks again.

10/10 experience. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They called me to keep me up to date and were very honest about the work that needed to be done. They were able to get me in same day for a nail in my tire and prevented me from spending a lot more money than I needed to! Ill be returning for any car trouble in the future!

Ive had good experiences at at Boulevard tire and auto for simple maintenance like oil changes and inspections, but Im writing this review as a warning to anyone who has a VW or other foreign vehicles. Boulevard tire replaced the axels in my Volkswagen with aftermarket axels that werent the right fit for my VW. I had to pay an additional $1500 to get this fixed at the dealership. Im partially to blame for not knowing any better, but a heads up or acknowledgement from Boulevard wouldve been appreciated.

Had an issue on an older truck with a steering component that Dodge had discontinued and couldnt find a used one anywhere. Boulevard tire worked with a local machine shop to repair component going above and beyond, appreciate them helping me out keeping cost in mind

Ive taken my car here on several occasions - both for minor issues and for larger concerns. Renee & co are super honest, always explain in detail whats going on, and are never afraid to recommend that I take my car elsewhere for service if they think they can save me some money. A true gem!

Update - second time was a joke - had an issue with my airbags and told renee i would like to have the airbags fixed, and if they are able to fix them, to perform a state inspection. they were not able to fix the airbags that day Renees off the cuff and off the record estimate was at least 2000. so i picked up the car. on the bill was $20 for a safety inspection. they straight ripped me off over $20 because they told me my car was totaled and i guess they assumed either i couldnt afford the repair or whatever so they bilked me for a final $20. i wipe my behind with $20 so its not about the money at all. why would you inspect a car when there is something wrong with it that your team could not fix, esp when the customer clearly stated once everything is squared away, i need a state inspection? just a money grab. the man i talked to about it when i picked the car up was a total jerk about it and told me i needed to call back to talk to renee. i also asked him why would he perform a safety inspection on a car that clearly had an issue they couldnt fix right then. his response: i know it. i simply left instead of trying to explain life to someone who essentially has no business interacting with customers anyway because he simply doesnt know how. renee was also supposed to call me back with a more solid estimate on how much the repair would be after sourcing parts, etc. again, i guess cause of the high price they quoted they assumed im not going to do it or whatever and she never called, today is the 8th business day. i took it to my regular mechanic (way across town, not convenient to get to now that i work from home) and they quoted me much less. what a shame this turned out to be for me and blvd tire. would have loved to use them more often but they are simply not trustworthy and then will argue about $20 measly dollars they knew they shouldnt have charged in the first place because it makes no sense.Final update: car is repaired and has passed inspection for a grand total of $529. I am so glad I got a second opinion.Original: Excellent place, 4 tires installed with an alignment for less than $400. Renee is great.

Great service! The staff picked up my car, addressed the problem and completed an alignment. They suggested additional suspension work that would be needed in the future. 5 stars for that kind of preventative maintenance.

Went for state inspection. Friendly service and answered my questions, however, they rejected my inspection citing an aftermarket spoiler for not wiring the brake light (although with said light it has passed at least 6 inspections) plus a couple other issues. Went to another mechanic and passed. Not saying they arent thorough, but with the $16 inspection special this felt kind of like they were poaching me because I look like an uninformed college student. Only go here if you know what you want done.

Had an appointment at 2pm arrived at 1pm and was okay with waiting for my appointment but they moved tickets in front of mine knowing I was a waiter and waited 2 hours to get 2 tires mounted and then they say they were all booked up but I called at 8:05 this morning and they booked at more and called to be moved earlier and they told me 2:00 PM was fine still. How are you all booked when you had an open appointment?

Super friendly and helpful. I stopped by about a noise the car was making and they fit me right in, let me know what was needed and made the repair promptly and at a fair price. Will definitely be going back.

I took my car in for an alignment for 69.99, the shop owner said I could not have and alignment done because of a tire rod (which I just had replaced). I ended up being charged 50$ for the alignment and they did nothing. Be carful this company is NOT upfront with their prices and will get a dollar from you.

Please ignore the negative comment here from Leshondra Stokes. Im old enough to understand people and, in fact, have worked with the public for over 30 years. Some people (like her) have this feeling of entitlement and she expected people to drop whatever they were doing to help HER. Some business days get hectic and they cant just drop what theyre doing to help Miss L.S. Important.....on the spot. Anyway, Ive been there for work several times now and theyre courteous, considerate, friendly, and highly competent. I recommended them to my friends and they too were pleased. The work was exemplary, the explanations complete, and they were happy to work with me to meet all my needs. They get my highest recommendation.....period.

I bought a groupon for an oil change and tire rotation so i had already payed for the services. The gentleman when i check in asked me if i wanted to stay because it would only take an hour. That was at 1:07pm. It’s is 3:20. Over two hours later i am still sitting here and they keep telling me it’s almost done but i know it’s takes like 30 min to do an oil change for Honda. Waiting two hours, i would’ve rather have gone to Firestone and payed 15 dollars more and not have wasted half my afternoon in a cold waiting room. If i hadn’t already payed for the Groupon i wouldn’t have payed because as a first time customer i will never back. Moral of the story? If it’s going to take over an hour, tell me and I’ll get someone to pick me up. We’re going on 2.5 hours. FOR AN OIL CHANGE.

I went in with a flat tire asking for a repair. The guy in the shop said they are completely busy and no one could help at the moment. I never had a tire shop tell me that ever. I understand you were busy, but he couldve gave me a timeline of when they could help me. I parked my car in the back where I saw some of the guys talking, one even picked the dog up and kissed it. But youre so busy, sad. There was no one in the shop, so Im sure while one of his guys were in the back talking, somebody could have stopped for 10 or 15 min to help me. It wasnt like the customers were right there in the store, so they definitely could have stopped to help for a second. Worse tire shop ever. I would never go here again.
