Ms. Heather, was superb in her customer service and friendliness. She was immediately able to give me any answers I needed about my vehicle and when I needed help setting something up after normal business hours so I could pick up my car after work, she promptly responded with a instructions on how to retrieve my vehicle if they were closed. Their prices were honest and fair and since Ive picked up my vehicle it runs like the new car it is. Ty Ms. Heather and to the mechanic who stayed in touch and gave me a step by step on what I could expect. I give 5 stars.... Hands down, the best service Ive had from an automotive repair company. You guys rock!!

I was pleased with their friendly environment and customer service. I had never been to this establishment. However, my Goddaughter (Antonia Saunders) needed to have service preform on her Vehicle. Of all of the Auto Repair Shops which I have visited, C & J Auto and Truck Service is now top of my list.They do through work. They made sure that before my Goddaughter and I left, that they wanted her Vehicle to be fixed right the first time. I want hesitate to allow them to service my Vehicle when the time comes. I was a referral from a local Rim & Tire shop just around the corner and knowing that the Memorial Holiday wknd travelers are usually dropping vehicles off I walked in needing a state inspection and tram was very professional, inviting and extremely attentive. I was seen right away with no delays. Needed a rear 3rd brake light and 20-30 mins later I was in my way. Very clean environment including outside and inside, super nice crew and will definitely being coming back.....as a matter of fact headed there right now to see about a quick install of set of u-Bolts, lift blocks and two centering pins. I rarely write reviews!I recently moved to this area and had to shop around for a new auto shop. Long story short, they were honest enough to turn down the labor costs I would have paid for installing a part that the dealer said should be replaced. As the title says, I rarely write reviews but I want to help the next person looking for a reputable auto shop.

We were on the highway and our car started to run rough. C & J got us right in and took care of our problem and got us back on the road quickly. Competent, friendly professional, reasonably price.

Incredible service. We have a brand new RV and the engine warning light came on. C&J doesn’t usually work on RVs but they immediately jumped in to help. Diagnosed in 5 minutes and then didn’t even charge us!!! I’m assuming they usually charge people. LOL. But you can expect great service. Thanks guys.

They did an excellent job flushing the transmission on my 2014 GMC Sierra. Freindly staff and techs. Mark (The Owner) is very respectable and friendly to work with. Your silly if you dont trust this place with your car. If I could rate the business any higher then 5 stars I would excellent excellent service.

Driving down south from NY for my son to start College our air conditioning stopped working. It was 87 degrees and humid outside, the car was extremely hot inside. I pulled off 95 south and found C&J, went inside spoke to Wendy who couldnt have been more understanding and nicer. It was about 12:45 she asked Mike if he was done with lunch and explained our situation.Within minutes my car was inside and he discovered the problem. Wendy ordered us a new filter that was completely clogged, part was delivered and installed and I was back on the road in under 90 minutes start to finish.The price was very reasonable, if I lived in the area they would be my primary auto shop.Thank you Wendy, Mike and staff.

This shop is helpful, creative and certainly not out to get you. My wife and I were traveling from Florida to NY and we had brake failure. AAA recommended this shop and they were nothing less than awesome. They diagnosed the repair and found a creative and safe way to get us back on the road. Highly recommend this place.

I never write reviews but this one deserves all gratification grade a service both mechanic and customer. Great products efficient and effective work I would recommend this shop to anybody. JUST WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT C&J TOOK CARE OF MY 2010 FORD FUSION HYBRID 02 SENSOR INSTALL WITH NO ISSUES AND IN A DECENT AMOUNT OF TIME HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

My A/C compressor went bad in my 2003 Crown Vic. I went to C&J auto in October 2018 to have it fixed. They suggested I wait for them to find a used compressor of the same model. It took a while, but I had the luxury of time. The total cost was about half of what I had expected based on the quotes online. I am writing this review now because the A/C system is STILL running. The quality of this service center and the work they do has set a pretty high standard for me.

The staff is always friendly and professional, and the service is quick and well done.

Great, honest mechanic shop!!!!!! I had to get my brakes replaced and I was in and out in a timely manner. The price was fair and my brakes are wonderful. I feel confident with the work that was preformed.They had blocks and coloring books for my boys to keep them occupied. They front desk lady even put cartoons on for my boys. Being a parent that means a lot. Children will be children and they dont want to sit around.I will be returning. Thank you C&J!!!

From NJ Traveling to Daytona Florida had issues in Virginia with our ford transit van, they tried their hardest to get us going, but had to wait for a part, helped us out with finding rentals for our crew to continue our trip, stayed open late for us so we can get our luggage out of our van and hit the road.great great people ! Wendy at the front desk so caring ! The whole staff. John the mechanic great explanation of what was going on and his effort to repair. Picked up van on our way home, great work, called us next day to make sure all was okay ! Definitely recommend them! Can’t thank you all enough for all of your help and efforts.

BE CAREFUL !!! My experience, you come in for one thing and they start riddling off questionable things wrong with your vehicle and then offer a ridiculous price to repair it !!! I over heard a phone conversation that went similar while i was waiting on my car. If you still choose to take your car here ask a lot of questions, make sure they know you understand whats going on dont leave it to them.

I bought my car from them and I absolutely love it no problems at all. Everyone is always so nice and friendly there.

Concerned about the parts I was told to replace after an inspection. Took it to 2 other shops that said I only had one issue with my vehicle And they were consistent in their findings.

We went to the Jeff Davis location. Worked primarily w/ April at the front desk & Marc from the shop. Brought our Class C RV in w/ a broken cab A/C & transmission temp gauge. A/C compressor leak took a while to diagnose but they worked at it until they knew what was going on rather than guessing at a fix or sending us away w/o answers. Worked w/ our extended warranty company even when they were put on hold for long periods of time. Gave us an open ended appt. to bring our unit back for repairs at our travel schedule convenience & then did the repair in the very short amount of time anticipated & promised. They applied the diagnostic fee we paid up front to our insurance deductible also as promised. We found the facility & employees treated & priced us honestly & fairly & friendly. Had no problem going over the insurance payments w/ us when asked before taking payment for our remaining balance due. They actually answer the phone & know their stuff! After hassling w/ 2 different RV repair facilities for other work that has been going on unsuccessfully for months, the C & J shop was wonderful to do business with!

Mike was a great found my problem and fixed it for a reasonable price and made me feel like my car mattered!

The worst experience ever. They broke my sunroof, radio, speedometer, and all my lights are on my dashboard are messed up. This place is bad for business. If I could give it 0 stars I would but they don’t have it as an option up here. Also the front desk lady is rude!!!

I broke down on the way to NY and needed some help. The staff there was so friendly and even called me back to see if I was okay after I originally called them. I ended up needing a new starter, which they did for us and were very quick with the repairs. Great customer service and work, thank you.

After my troubles below, i received a phone call feom the owner offering his apologies and a free oil change. He explained a few things about the misunderstanding concerning the inspection and offered to help me in the future with anything I need. Its not often youll hear from an owner to apologize and see if they can help you.Took my vehicle to get inspected. Received a phone call that the car didnt pass. Went to pick it up and received the list of many reasons it would not pass. Took my vehicle to a mechanic friend who works for a shop that does not offer state inspections to have my issues resolved. The first issue was my front brake pads, according to C&J they needed to be replaced. Everyone who works at my friends shop all said the front brake pads were nowhere near failing inspection. The windshield has a small chip in the bottom front, the size of a dime. C&J told me they would need to order a whole new windshield. I called my insurance company and they got someone to fill the crack for me. I took my vehicle to a new shop after these fixes were made and it passed inspection no problem. C&J wouldnt even look at it again without me getting a brand new windshield. I will never do business with this specific C&J again.
