Trustworthy, Reliable, and Compassionate Business.I would give this mechanic shop more than 5 🌟sDuring my experience I was taken care of by Kathleen. As a woman, I felt much more comfortable talking to and establishing trust with another woman to help me resolve my concerns. I had been told by another mechanic shop in another state that the issue causing the loud noise was that I had 2 bad engine mounts (right side and bottom mount). Thankfully, the day that the repair was supposed to be done at the shop in Indiana, none of the mechanics showed up for work. I had a gut feeling that something was fishy about their diagnosis. I had initially told the mechanic shop in Indiana that I was driving down a steep gravel driveway when this noise started and I heard some rocks shoot up into the underbody. Even though my gut initially told me this was the problem, I began to doubt myself when the other shop told me it was faulty mounts.Im so happy I met Kathleen at Classic Auto Repair! She proved to be committed to true automative expertise and professionalism, as well as compassion and care for her customers. I can tell that Classis Auto Repair does NOT take shortcuts or make repairs to car parts that were not bad to begin with. I trust Kathleen and Im thankful she helped save me (more accurately, my car) from rock bottom 😅😍 Thank YOU!!

I came to CARS on a recommendation from another local shop that was top busy to handle my request. Im thankful for their recommendation. Kathleen and Charles were excellent with communication and very accomodating, and I felt the pricing was very reasonable. Its very difficult to find people that care in the current climate of business in the country, and CARS is the epitome of quality over quantity. While I hope I dont need auto repair again soon, I will be returning in the future for preventative maintenance and as needed maintenance without hesitation.

Very happy! Classic Autos team of professional technicians made my old Chevy Truck run like brand new. Ive been through a lot of mechanics that act like theyre listening but really arent. I have known the nice folks at Classic Auto Repair for well over a year now and had my classic car in for various oroblems over this time . Kathleen, the shop’s owner/operator is friendly, helpful, attentive and understands the love that only classic car owners have for their vehicles . She works hard to insure a pleasant experience..She has a great team working with her. Chuck, the shop’s lead mechanic is the nicest, most down to earth person you’d ever meet. He brings many years of knowledge, experience and skill to the table as first the shop’s previous owner/operator and now it’s mechanical specialist. He is an expert in his trade. Talking with him and seeing all the beautiful cars he has worked on, I am convinced that there is absolutely no problem he can’t tackle and has not had experience with at some time in his long career. Excellent! Classic Auto Repair is exactly the way I started this review out with, Excellent! I have used several different mechanics from local independently owned shops to dealerships and it is hard to find a trustworthy company. I cant tell you how many times I was told by the dealership, that I would need all these unwarranted repairs just so they can make money off me. Last year I was using a very reputable place in Midlothian that was nice but never really fixed the problems with my car. They constantly told me my car was old and with age, just like with people, some of these problems are just going to be there. Well first of all I am Chiropractor/Nutritionist and I tell patients that is just an excuse to blame old age. And Classic Auto has the same philosophy as I do. They fixed my car without any excuses of age and got it running in great condition. In fact I debated using it as a donation, based on the other mechanics that told me my car would always have problems and wasnt worth investing in. Well after Classic Auto repaired it, my car is not only running but will be used as a full functioning second vehicle for my family. Finding a trustworthy mechanic is important to do, so I urge you before you take your car to any other place- go here first! You wont regret it!!! I will end this review exactly how I started it, they are Excellent!

Very knowledgeable, excellent workmanship, very trustworthy very friendly, the personnel is exceptional! Everybody goes out of their way to take care of the customer! Pricing is very fair and reasonable and you get a lot of bang for your buck! I would recommend classic cars auto service to anyone!

I recently went to Classic Auto Repair service for a state inspection. Kathleen informed me of a mobile app that tracks the service history and upcoming required maintenance on your car. The app also gives a range on the expected cost of repairs and maintenance. Classic Auto gets an A+ for customer service.

Classic Auto Repair Service is absolutely wonderful! They provide quality service for any needs, whether its just when getting my car inspected, or if I have an expensive streetrod being worked on. Not to mention, the mechanic is one of the most knowledgeable out there, and he wont ever screw you over. Along with all of this, they provide some of the best detailing services out there.
