I cant say thanks enough to the guys at EuroTune.. They took care of my one of a kind ( in the United States ) 1992 Opel Senator after a timing chain failure in my 24V 3.0L Inline 6.I checked all around Richmond, Twin Star on Broad, Import Autohaus, anyone that you think would specialize in BMW or similar cars. No one would touch it. I tried a few of the specialty restoration shops and they would only give me an estimate that started at a ridiculous number and a when we can get to it time frame.I had quite literally about given up hope of finding anyone in Richmond that would do it in a fair and timely manner. Then I found Eurotune. They gave me a fair estimate, and told be exactly when to drop it off. They met the estimate, their attention to detail was amazing, and they completely exceeded my expectations.Car has never run better, it feels like a new car.

Paid 1200 to have my car fixed,and it only worked 4 days,so had to have it towed back to the shop for the same part they replaced,and on top of that they didnt even cover the tow bill

I recently had an engine transplanted into my moderately modified Audi, a complex job requiring not only the technical expertise but also the sourcing of a mix of OEM and aftermarket parts. Dave and the crew at Eurotune were very helpful, straightforward, and thorough through out the process. I have taken my vehicle to EuroTune a few times this year. It is an older model Subaru. Each and every time I have been promptly greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff. All service was performed in a timely fashion and my vehicle was ready when promised. The cost was very reasonable. I have never had to take my vehicle back as the job was done correctly the first time. My fiance also has taken his car there for work after learning how well everything went with me. I highly recommend using EuroTune for your vehicle needs. You wont be disappointed...I sure wasnt.

Took my Land Rover here not knowing exactly what was wrong. They were great and diagnosed it without any hesitation. Price was fair and cheaper than the dealership. I called other shops to get s price compare and was told to go to Eurotune as they have great knowledge for a great price. The Land Rover is completely fixed and driving great. They know there stuff and will work with you. Highly recommend.

Shout out to the awesome staff at EuroTune, I know my car isn’t “European” but they do work on domestic and they really came thru with a sensor I needed welded into my exhaust for the EFI setup I’m putting in, super fast work and very great price! And it helps they are a short walk from my house 👍🏻

They installed a set of Michelin tires with roadforce balance and alignment bond my BMW for much less than the dealer quoted without a long wait. Very good service. And the owners are on site to answer any questions you may have.

This place is terrible and over priced. they are using their knowledge on ripping people off in a smart way. I have done multiple repairs with them and anytime we take a car to them for a quote their price is always the highest .they charged me $99 on my Audi A6 just to tell me that it could be a multiple things wrong with and they want another $417 for further BS diagnosis. i took it to the Audi- dealership and all what it needed a few rests that they got done for me for a reasonable price. i wont go back to EURO_TUNES FOR NOTHING.

I accompanied a friend to pick up his BMW 5-Series. The repair was major, replacement of the engine. I observed a highly-knowlwdgeable staff and management who obviously took great pride in their work. The facility was clean and pleasant. The service manager explained the work that had been done in detail, which included extra work not included in the estimate which was done at no extra charge. One small adjustment was needed after the car had been on the road for a few miles. EuroTune was happy to take care of it right away at no charge. My friend was very pleased, both with the high quality of the service and the low price.

I started coming to EuroTune once I got tired of paying the high prices at the dealer. Eurotune is fair and honest, and all my repairs have been done well without any residual issues. Additionally, I love the wifi, coffee and pleasant waiting room. Today, I took my car in without an appointment because the sun roof got stuck in an open position as the temperature was quickly dropping. They took a half hour to work on it and ended up having to manually close it, and didnt even charge me. Appreciate the generosity and the appreciation shown for being a regular customer!

I went to 4 shops to get a quick inspection today. I got 4 different stories. It made me realize how terrible other shops are and how much I take this place for granted. When Im not in a hurry, I come here for all the work on all my vehicles and I live 40 minutes from this shop. I have never had any issues, everyone in this place is as nice and honest as you will ever find in the mechanic business. This is the type of place where when something happens and youre on a budget, they will do everything they can to get you back on the road. They go as far as to call you personally, let you know exactly what the core issues are, what those parts cost (I have personally watched them call someone while looking the part up on ebay the get them the best price possible), and tell you what can wait for a month or two and what needs to be fixed asap. You will get customer service like no other. There are no shops like this, most shops are a pain to even go to, and usually you get the run around and dont know if you can even trust them to be honest with you. Not here.

This shop over inflates the prices of your parts exponentially! One of the services adviser is extremely unprofessional, rude and lacks any type of business acumen. I will never take my car there again and strongly advise for anybody to take their business elsewhere. Ive never experienced such deplorable treatment from a car repair shop before.

We love EuroTune- Daniel and David just have that trustworthy feel about them. I cannot imagine bringing my car to any other mechanic. My husband and I were going out of town and needed four new tires before we left the next day and EuroTune was able to order the tires and have them installed immediately. We used to go elsewhere but found that EuroTunes prices cannot be beat. I highly recommend sending your vehicles there and spreading the word!

Cant recommend this place enough - they are honest. I took my car in not knowing what was wrong but expecting the worst, and it was even worse than I expected - but they told me exactly what was wrong and what it would take. When I explained that I couldnt afford all the repairs and wasnt planning on keeping the car long anyway, they let me drive it away at zero cost.

This shop knows its stuff when it comes to BMWs. Extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help resolve an issue I had and made sure that I knew what was going on each step of the way. They are also a solid recommendation if you are in the Richmond Metro area and need any custom coding. Daniel (one of the owners) is a solid BMW enthusiast and he genuinely cares about the work he puts into a car, treating it as if it were his own. I definetely recommend them.

They did a diagnostic test on my 1985 Mercedes 190E, which was totally off. Nothing that they diagnosed was the problem. I would have wasted over $2,000 if they had done all of the work on the car that they said was needed. I decided to only get a $400 fuel filter change and they didnt reconnect the fuel gauge cable so now the fuel gauge is always on empty even when the gas tanks full. Will never go there again. Mechanics are incompetent.

I am a repeat customer. I used to live 2 miles away, I now live 40 miles away, and I still take my 1988 BMW 528e there for any and all service. Its not really an issue to them that its a 34 year old German car. We also have a Mitsubishi and 2 Subarus we take there. I highly recommend Eurotune. Youll need to set an appointment.

The reason for my visit was to diagnose my check engine light on my new car and to repair the exact issue. I purchased my car, from Va Cars on Midlothian turnpike. My limited warranty ran out on my car due to me exceeding 30 days and also 1,000 miles from the purchase date. One of the Eurotune service advisors, reached out to the GM at Va Cars who STILL authorized payment on my behalf to cover the needed repairs. The service experience overall was great the advisors were professional, honest, thoughtful, willing to help and caring of my wait time. I came to fix struts and air pump and spent more than $2000 to fix. Once I drived out the shop, the air pump was making loudy noise although they said they replaced with new pump. Later I came to check the problem and 5 minutes later they said they change relay and this should fix the problem but this in fact did not fix the problem. another visit, they said it an other part need to be replaced although the pump it self is the source of noise. Now the pump is louder and every thing is shaking because of vibrations of the pump from doors to inside parts are shaking. I wish I did not fix my car here.

We got charged for an hour of diagnostic for something we did not ask for to be checked.

I have not had a favorable experience with this shop at all. I took my car in to be repaired and in one instance it was the next day I had to take my car back because it was doing same things that caused me to take it in initially. Another time it was a few days before I had to return. They didnt charge me for the return repairs; however, what they charged me for initially that didnt fix the problem costed more than what did fix the problem. This occurred twice at minimum. Once while I was there waiting for them to re-fix my car, another customer comes in and says the very same thing. He had brought his wifes Land Rover in a week prior for repairs and she was in a parking deck and it started doing the same thing that caused them to bring it in. They had spent over $1000.00. That was my confirmation.

These guys know what they are doing, and they work on every car as if it were their own. I have had a really tricky problem with my 87 benz and not even the guys at Mercedes Benz could figure it out.
