Service department charged me $95 for a 5-minute fix to replace a door handle part I wouldve done myself if I had the right screwdriver. Was having them service another part of my vehicle and figured the door handle was an easy addition. When asked why 5 minutes of labor cost me $95 I was told “that’s just how our cost structure works”. Extremely frustrating experience given I supplied the door handle part and was not informed the additional labor charge would be so steep. The service department is professional, but clearly not concerned with charging a fair price for their labor.

Jason at the device department is knowledge fuel and courteous. He is a pleasure to work with. Pearson so far has been good in three visits .
