Guy here is really friendly. Their tire prices will beat out any one in the Bay Area. I highly recommend these guys. Honest and good people.

Had wheels put on here that didn’t fit (they told me they would) waited nearly 6 hours for install even went into after hours. Tires were a nightmare with valve stem breaking several times because of in-proper fit/installation. Had to go back 4+ times to seek resolution only to have to buy new rims elsewhere. Stay away from this place if you value your time & money.

Mount and balanced all 4 tires and replaced a wheel stud that sheared off bc the last tire shop crossthreaded the lug nut. Very competitive prices. I will get all my new tires from these guys from now on.

They never called me back after going to their store and told them what rims I wanted to buy. They must not like what they sell for a living.Update: So now they want me to give them a call, for what? First impressions will either turn a person away or have them wanting to spend money on what you have to offer. I’ve got my rims and I need three more sets to my other vehicles but I’m gonna go to carid.com where I don’t have to deal with bad first impressions or someone lying to my face telling me they will call me ASAP as he writes down my name and number. If the rating of negative 3 stars was an option, this place would certainly get it. I do not recommend this establishment.

Best bang for your buck tires that you can find in the bay area hands down. Picked up a set of Nitto tires and it came with alignment,tire rotation, and balancing. Rohan and Hilario were extremely helpful and have great knowledge with what theyre doing. Competitive pricing and amazing customer service. Will definitely return if I need a new set of tires.

2 years ago I bought my rims and tires from Anthony and the guys at tires direct. Been coming back ever since. Recently had them do some front end work and replaced my suspension and my car had never felt so smooth. I found this shop via Facebook Market Place and I had reached out to many different shops looking for good tire recommendations at a reasonable price deal. Rohan was very responsive and he took the time to explain the type of work he was going to do. Inwas going to originally buy a set of 4 tires at a lower price but i decided to spemd a bit more on a different set. I did all of my research on my own but I would reach out to Rohan to see of they carried the tire bramd that I was looking for. They also took care of my alignment and I was happy with my results. My car didnt need any alignment adjustments but I wanted one since I was getting new tires. The gentleman who did my alignment explained whatball the numbers meant on my alignment results. Othwr shops just give you the paper and send you on your way. Overall i head a great experience and will be back again.

These guys were great. Im from out of town and had a problem with my rental car from Hertz (check tire pressure light was on). They discovered a nail in the tire, I wasnt about to buy Hertz a new tire so they said they could patch it for me so I could get by. Which they did quickly and expertly and got me back on the road in no time. Anthony and another gentleman whose name I did not get treated me with the utmost care and professionalism. Would recommend. Thanks again guys!
