Im in the shop about once a week and I am always greeted by such kindness and warmth from Pen at the front desk. Every single print job Ive sent in has been PERFECT and have all gone through Tim! Our company was in a bind due to the printing company we usually use dropping the ball. We werent going to get in print orders that were needed by the next business day after waiting over a week to receive them.We contacted Uptown Color to see if they were able to help and they were able to get us the print orders the SAME DAY that we called. Im a small business owner so I have worked with uptown color multiple times and they are always so helpful. They are quick and everything that I have picked up from them has been very high quality. Their staff is amazing and everyone that I have encountered has been wonderful to work with. Just today I emailed them about an order that I had placed and the paper color that I selected just didnt look right to my client. They didnt check my prints before handing them to me. Fortunately I looked at them before leaving - and noticed there were random blotches of magenta ink on 2 out of 6 of my pictures.They said they would reprint the ones that were messed up, but after almost half an hour of waiting, they handed me the reprints with faded colors and on a different kind of paper. They apologized but didnt offer any kind of discount, and told me to come back the next day for the third attempt. I feel like they did a haphazard job and didnt care. Its a shame, because a friend of mine recommended this place to me for the high quality work she says they usually do... but I definitely dont be going back.

I love Uptown Color. My rep Cindy is amazing at getting things turned around quickly when I need something fast! The prices are solid. Cindy always finds a way to balance my costs with the right printing format. Teri at the front is a paragon of customer service shes always greeted me by name and pulls my order the minute I walk through the door. I dont even have to say what Im there for. There have been a few rare occasions when I needed something that Uptown doesnt print on and they have always referred me to another local business who can. All around wonderful people and service.
