We had a great experience buying our new bed. David did an amazing job explaining the products and allowing us to test the bed to help us make our decision.

Mark was very pleasant and cordial. He knows his product and his compensation. His demonstration of each mattress was very good and no high pressure whatsoever.When we came back the next day to make the purchase Mark was finishing up with another customer. So Matt greeted us and answered more questions that we had. We also enjoyed speaking with Matt.Mark finished up with his customer and came over to complete our purchase.A very pleasant experience.

They were not pushy or trying to persuade us in any specific way. I loved the menu of beds that clearly listed all the prices, models, and what they offered. We laid on a few different beds before choosing which one worked best for us.

Went in for a bed. Got a bed. Not for 3 weeks, but I got a bed. This is my second sleep number bed. Mike pulled up my order from 2017, duplicated it, and Bobs your Uncle, I was in and out in about 35 minutes. Unfortunately they are 3 weeks on deliveries. But for some things in life patience is a virtue. A sleep number bed is worth the wait for sure. Thanks again Mike.

I Understand they dont want to negotiate price. I just asked them to throw in a set of sheets. I was purchasing a $7000 bed. The salesman said no. At that point I decided I was going to shop around for a adjustable bed. I found a really good Top of the line adjustable bed At Richmond bedding. I dont normally write reviews but when somebody throws away as $7000 deal over a $50 set of sheets I find that To be unreal. I am a manager in retail and if my employee did that I would fire him the same day.

Mark at the the Short Pump store did a great job! He took time to go through and explain everything to me and then some. I spoke to him for over 2 hours. He never seemed tired of working with me. I believe that’s what’s it takes to do the job right. Thanks for taking the time!

This store is the best beds store in Richmond. The sales representative, Mike, was fantastic. He was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He made spending money enjoyable. The prices were great, too. I will recommend this store to all my family and friends. I promise you wont be disappointed if you shop here.

I bought a sleep number bed 4 years ago. I’ve had to replace the bladder twice (2nd time was recently and I had to pay $70 for a prorated amount because my original contract is 4 years old, but the new bladder is less than 2 years old but that doesn’t matter they go by contract date). My frame had to be completely replaced and now 2 years later I need a new frame again but now I have to pay the 100 shipping charges and the labor for technician! Don’t buy bed from them, the warranty they tell you is a lie! I just called them and was told too bad for me by Jacob. And I bought my bed from mark deal who is the manager. Buyer beware! $4000 for bed that doesn’t last but 2 years at a time is crazy!

We recently purchased a Sleep Number bed at the Short Pump Mall store in Richmond, Virginia. The store is clean and very nice, and the people are both friendly and knowledgeable. We tried all the models. There was no high pressure. All our questions were answered. They delivered the bed on time.It was a very pleasant shopping experience, and we love the new bed.

Not only is sleep number a great product the staff are knowledgeable about their product and work with each individual to make their choices work to suit their needs and purse. I was looking for a replacement pillow for side sleepers at this particular visit. The staff is also helpful in directing customers to products they do not have on hand in the physical premises, in this case a replacement for the foam topper on the mattress we have owned for some years.

Upon entering the store my wife and I were greeted with a very friendly smile and handshake. We explained to the sales person what we were looking for. Having had owned a sleep number bed in the past, I was familiar with them. We were given what I call the professional walk through with no pressure to buy a certain bed.We left the store with all the information we needed to make a wise choice of what bed we wanted. Of course we returned a made the purchase.

I am a difficult customer but the young lady helping me was stellar. I believe that is you complain, you should also compliment. She could not have been more helpful, considerate, kinder or better informed. In short, she was everything I could have asked for in a salesperson. I hadnt planned on buying the bed that day but after talking to her, I signed up immediately. You have a treasure. Take care of her!!!

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Beds were wayyyy more comfortable than I could have even imagined. Easy process to apply for financing and free bottled water :). Can’t wait to get my new bed delivered.

Walked in not really sure of sleep number but DAVID took good care of me and my wife and actually taught us something we didn’t know! Awesome customer service and experience we will be going back if we need anything in the future thanks David can’t wait to try out big mo (ultimate pillow)!

The staff was very helpful not pushy. Didnt go to purchase really but ended up with the smart bed 360. Cant wait to get it home.

Sales staff was knowledgeable selling, but miss leads you on actual quality of the bed. But if you have any problems you have to deal with customer service and Ive had my bed for 2 and 1/2 years the pump went out the remote doesnt work and all customer service wants to do is send me parts replacement parts, and have me pay top dollar for them. After I have already paid top dollar for their bed. I recommend Casper or any other brand. ........... Update......So I contacted sleep number customer service representative, as the reply to my original comment suggested. And all I got was more well you need this new remote at $55 .00 plus tax and shipping. So spend more money and we will make a product we claim lasts 25 years, last another one maybe. Very unhappy.

Bought my 2nd Sleep Number bed, so obviously I love the bed. But my delivery experience was so bad I can only give them 3 stars. I’m still waiting for delivery after 3 reschedules. The first time the refunded my delivery fee. The second time they went to the max refund. This third time, there’s nothing left to give. If they miss this time I’m canceling my order.

Horrible delivery experience on a premium product. 1st attempt was canceled the day of delivery, after I had already cleared my morning, taken off work to be there for the delivery window. Customer service representative that spoke with my wife was very rude, showed no empathy for the canceled delivery, and offered a few much later options for delivery. I called my local store to complain and I requested the delivery fee to be waived, which it’s honestly ridiculous they charge a fee for a $$$ bed. 2nd attempt to deliver was 15 days later, on a weekend, window from 12-4. Still waiting for the delivery as of 5:35 pm. The latest update being they will be at my home at 7:15 pm! Incredibly disappointing and disruptive to my weekend. Contemplating canceling the order as my confidence in this companies ability to follow through is waning.

We already purchased our Sleep number but wanted to check on any sales of sheets or mattress covers. Clerk was pleasant.

Horrible customer service. My wife and I made and drove 30 minutes on our day off to go. When we got there the sales rep blew us off when an older couple came in without an appointment that needed help. So needless to say they missed out on selling us a sleep number bed.
