Could not find a trailer anywhere… called southeastern marine with low expectations, but to my surprise I was met with great personality, great work ethic, and a personable salesman named Mickey. Mickey was there every step of the way, set up the trailer exactly to my boat without me having to bring the boat, and have me outstanding costumer service. Plus the price was much better than anyone around!

Picked up single axle Load Rite trailer this morning(7/8/21). Could not have been happier, no pushy sales, just asked me what needed and made it happen. They lifted boat off old trailer and set up new one. These folks are professional and they make every effort to see that you get what you need, and nothing you dont. I have owned mostly evinrude and a few mercury motors through out my life It has been dozens never no issues with them as I may add i decided to try a yamaha orhers in my family have purchased from south eastern marine and spoke extremely well of them so I purchased a 40hp as I needed low idle and the power of a 40 because I shad fish alone with nets my experience with mickey was to no comparison of anything I have ever purchased in my this gentleman went out of his way all the way kept me informed by text and calls im am completely positive the rest of his crew is the same very down home folks and honest when you go there you are the most important person in that show room and tou will not wait very prompt they are i will never buy from anyone else but south eastern such a great experience and by the way I never have written a review but I had to share this one thanks micky to you and tour guys what a pleasure

We were treated excellent when we visited the dealership to check out our new pontoon boat.. also since we lived a 1.5away we were able to do the paperwork though the mail..they even delivered the boat to us at lake Gaston,we are very happy with the service and Jake (I think that was his name)was extremely knowledgeable about the boat and took a ride with us to make sure we understood everything before he left... I bought a used trailer here from Mickey a few years back for an amazing deal and they treated me as if i bought a brand new one washing it, servicing it and setting it up for my boat. Great people to have in Richmond. The parts guy is patient and takes his time to make sure you got exactly what you need and answer any questions that you may have regarding installation or operation. Good people all around.I have always been a person who dreads working with a dealership of any kind, this isnt one of those places.

Been looking for quite awhile for a trailer for my Parker. Southeastern Marine had the best price with included options at no extra charge. Saved over a $1,000 from other quoted prices closer to home. Worth the drive and the customer service is NUMBER 1! I wanted to thank for all your help with are new Load Rite boat trailerWe called while driving from Greensboro NC on 9-11-18 at 7.55 AM after searching for a boat trailer to put are 27 Grady White and get it out of Morehead NC area due to the hurricane Florence, they said that they had one . We arrived at 11:30 and they had the trailer set up to handle are boat and was washing it they had us in and out in about 20 minutes .We drove to Morehead loaded are boat boarded up are beach house and Got home at 12:30 AM . Trailer Worked Great Thanks for all your help highly recommend them.

Bought a new Nautic Star 2200XS offshore boat from Mickey Brown at a boat show in February. Mickey went out of his way to help me with my old boat drove over an hour to help me with the old one. His prices are competitive called places up and down the east coast to see if i could get a better deal (could NOT find one) I have put over 100 hours on my motor already and taken it through its paces had one live well pump go bad on me called up service department had a new pump within a few days very friendly service. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy a boat

Hit a submerged debris in 27 ft of water in Aquia Harbor and trashed my lower unit. Decided to try Southeastern. I was impressed by the Service Dept and feel extremely confident my boat is in good hands. So far I have to give them 5 stars. If I remeber to update this when the repairs are complete I will let you know how that went.

These guys just saved the day......95 North on way back from a regatta in St. Pete and forced to run over an already dead deer.... no out, was boxed in..and rear trailer axle was obliterated....transported rib and trailer to Mickey and his gang not only hooked us with a sweet new Loadrite but helped us disassemble and reassemble an opti rack we had affixed to the old trailer....in what felt like 100 percent humidity!!! Thanks a million guys!
