They sold a van to my daughter they JB welded the exhaust system completely wasnt even a week she had to replace the radiator and main hose they said was her maintenance problem they got it slid through inspection which is currently under investigation DO NOT BUY FROM THEM they are horrible smelling gas fumes inside of the vehicle they wont make good on any of it

Called in the early morning letting them know that I was coming by to test drive and buy a car at a specific time. They took my number and told me that theyll have the car ready by the time I was coming by. Drive 2 hours just to get there and theyre already selling it to someone else and didnt know I was coming in. How unprofessional, never recommending.

Jay and Adrian are wonderful at Emperial Motorsports. We bought a 2008 Jetta and they gave us a great deal on the car. The check engine light came on soon after the purchase and they quickly stepped in to take care of the problem. We have since driven the car cross country and the car runs great. The customer service has been impeccable and the car was a great purchase. They care about their customers and I will now refer them to anyone looking for a new car.

I had a super easy and smooth time buying a car from Jay. We communicated easily through text and he was able to get everything set for me while I was out of town. If there was a ten star button i would hit it. Adrian and Jay were extremely helpful and gave me a great deal on a ford focus. There was an issue that should have been found during state inspection. They called the inspection station and also the state and found out that the station was closed due to faulty inspections. I just called to inform them of what my mechanic found. They stepped up above and beyond what I would ever expect especially for an as is vehicle. I will recomend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Honesty and integrity are great values to find in car salesman.

I had a bad experience here. The very next day after I got the car, I experienced an issue where when I put the car in reverse, it WOULD NOT REVERSE.The car I bought a good report on CarFax (No accidents, damages, and only had one previous owner). And when I bought it I asked what repairs I could expect to have to do within the next 6 months, and the salesperson assured me it had no issues and would only need an oil change.Even though it was an as-is sale, I contacted the dealership to ask if they could help and find out what we could to move forward. They took the car back to have it inspected by a mechanic they work with and then they completely stopped contacting me while my car was still in their possession.After several days of trying to contact them, I decided to just pick up my car and have it inspected by another dealership, who then informed me that the dealer basically lied. And the car needs major transmission repairs and has two leaks, which would cost about what I paid for the car originally.Im 21, I moved out to Richmond from my family home in NJ to start at a new job at a startup that Im really excited about. And this car is my primary means of transportation to and from work.I wouldve honestly preferred if they said point-blank - even with realizing the car has major issues a day after you purchased it, we arent going to help you fix it. Theyve just started to completely ignore my calls, voice messages, and emails and thats very unprofessional. I feel taken advantage of, and its as if they want me to quietly go away.

My daughter just moved out of our home, over 300 miles away for a new job and needed a vehicle. We should have passed right on by this place. If you want reliable transportation, you might want to pass on this place too. Wolves in sheeps clothing is one way I can describe Emperial Motorsports.Carfax nor these people were forthcoming or truthful. My daughter asked what repairs she should expect within 6 months and was of course told none besides perhaps an oil change.The NEXT DAY the car would not reverse. My husband and I took the car to them, they had us take it to their mechanic, pretending to have intentions to fix it but did nothing but keep my daughters car for a week and then disappear, not returning any phone calls or emails. Awful people with horrible character and no integrity. They pretended to be who they clearly are not.

UPDATED REVIEWSo a week after having the car I was told I had to come back and put an extra stack down to keep the car, being the financing company saw a significant drop in my credit so they couldnt do the original deal. I asked about how this is possible because I have my credit monitoring app constantly letting me know about drops in my score and anything else as soon as it happens. I checked my score for the most recent and accurate update and nothing changed. They said well, this was the pre-approval they based everything on before they saw the credit drop, so we have to work another deal and this is what they offering. Ive never heard of letting someone off the lot with a pre-approval. Never heard of going back and running credit without permission of the customer. After checking reviews of the bank that was gonna do the financing, they are shady. Many bad reviews. Many. The extra start is for the salesman he, at the end of the day, was hospitable and helpful. He was excited when we thought we got the car. But I have to take stars because of banking with unethical banks. I was new on the scene and had my mother not be there to help I wouldve been scammed.I went inquiring about a car and the next week. I have that car. They were straightforward, answered all of my mother and Is questions. They really worked with me on the price of the car and financing to be as resonable as they could considering my credit as a young adult. Thank you for making my first car buy great. I love my car and so does everyone else.

Adrian and his younger brother do the sales. Looking for a nice pre-owned large SUV,and located one here, so went to see a clean Escalade. Still working on the possible sale, but we were impressed with the clean cut, professional manner in which the sales team presented the car. Very small but tidy operation off of 33rd St and Hull.

I was sold a car that gave me issues. I let Adrian know about the issues and he stated nothing was wrong with the car after I had the car looked at twice. Documents to prove it. One sensor was the air bag and the other was the power control module which controls the car computer. He is refusing to give me back my downpayment of $3000. He claims he is about customer service but like every other janky car salesman. A crook, and looking to get people out of their money...... Please dont shop here. The car had issues and I have the documentation about the issues. You took my money and refuse to give it back. You lied about a bank financing me in which I was later finance. You are unprofessional, a liar, a thief and you are have the nerve to post a rebuttal but cant show up for court. You will be exposed on the local news. You need to be stopped with your bogus deals and janky cars. Not to mention you have mechanics working for you without proper certification. Not to mention they day I bought the car back and shared my concerns with about getting it looked at by a professional mechanic, they only thing you talked about was the rest of your money. You did not give 2 additional weeks. You locked the car up in the gate and let me stand outside in the rain. Told me that I could not drive the car until the rest of the money was paid. Continued to walk out with your family to get something to eat and locked the gate. My wallet was stolen in your dealership and you are holding on to money that does not belong to you. You have sold the car to someone and refuse to abide by the law. Also people he refuses to get these cars fixed because piecing them together is the easy way out. Trust me you will have to repair your car yourself.
