Phenomenal experience with these guys. Had a runner installed in our home and was installed perfectly and looks amazing. We then had a scrap piece left which Carpet Cuts turned into a small rug. Got extremely busy, havent had time to run to South Side to pick it up. Low and behold, Doug hand delivers the rug to us! Cant ask for better service.

Very unwelcoming! Me and my husband went in to price carpet for our new home. Never heard a voice greet us. We were unsure if anyone was there, as we continued to look around we see a lady in the back just starring at us. I said hello and she barely opened her mouth to speak . Me and my husband heading for the door. That encounter was made clear she didn’t us in there

We could not have been more pleased with our experiences with Ernie and Mike at Carpet Cuts. When we recently purchased our home, we had multiple carpet and area rug needs. Ernie provided much guidance in the showroom and when onsite to measure. The installation team did a great job of removing 20 year old carpet and padding from our upper level and skillfully installing new, especially in a hallway with some challenging angles.Also challenging was installation of padding and sisal style runner on our 2 flight stairway which has an angled landing. The same product was installed in our office. The guys were observant and noted that the carpet could be vulnerable to damage from vacuuming if not installed with the grain running in a certain direction.Many installers would not have known this at all, much less taken the time to point it out to the customer before making the correct decision. Additionally, we purchased a large carpet remnant for our Master Bedroom which Carpet Cuts bound. And for the dining room, a more specialty woven faux sisal area rug to which they added canvas binding. We have been enjoying all of these for just over a year now and they all look as if just installed.Everything about our experiences with Carpet Cuts was excellent. They had been referred to us by another happy customer and we are pleased to recommend them to any and everyone we know in the market for carpet/rugs.

If I could give negative five stars, I would. We asked for help removing carpet from our stairs, and installing new carpet on them. We were having new carpet put on our upstairs bedrooms, and wanted all carpet in the house removed. We have two flights of stairs. Beforehand, we agreed that Carpet Cuts would not remove the carpet from the rear staircase, only the formal staircase. However, the night before they’re due to begin the work, I get a phone call from Doug saying that they would not be removing the carpet from the formal staircase either. I said I thought that the price included him removing the carpet from the formal stairs, and he said that he could add it for an additional cost. When I explained that I would do it myself because I was already outside of my budget, he got upset and quit the entire project. It sounded like he was looking for ways to get more money out of me, and acted unprofessionally when he didn’t get his way. Its childish and unacceptable, and Im telling everyone I know.

Excellent carpet at an unbeatable price! They have something to meet anyone’s needs and vision. Ernie helped us find the perfect carpet for our growing family. It’s gorgeous, and durable! Mike and Doug were so friendly and made the process far easier than I could have imagined. We plan on using them to replace carpet in the rest of the house in the future. Thanks guys!!

This place is awesome! Called Doug on phone told him I need carpet as quickly as possible on a Wednesday for a rental house that Lowe’s couldn’t get to for three weeks and he replied is Saturday good. Had problems with power at the house and told them I have a generator and they again said no problem. I asked them can you please not leave generator and take your shop and again, no problem. I can’t say enough great things about this business and all the people that work there .

We found Carpet Cuts online last night, and made an effort to get over there this morning. We were looking for a remnant to replace an area rug. Not only did they have a good selection of quality remnants, they also are a full-service flooring store. We found a perfect replacement, and the staff cut and bound the remnant today. No fuss, no muss and we are now enjoying a beautiful new area rug this evening. I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and accommodating the staff at Carpet Cuts was. I will absolutely seek them out again for future flooring needs.

Awesome company and people!! Put in flooring in the kitchen and bath in Bon Air home: wonderful workers, clean job, reasonable cost and great owners! Going back for another bath flooring! I refer all my friend here!

Great company. Mike and staff didnt pressure us, they explained things in ways we understood and went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied.

They did a great job replacing the carpet in my rental house. Now I want to live there.
