If you like cheese (who doesn’t?) do yourself a favor and come by here to get your fix. They are located to the right of the tasting room of Blue Bee Cider, and I can assure you the aroma will make you want to stop in. Definitely not a stinky cheese shop. We got a grilled cheese from here and it was arguably the best grilled cheese I’ve ever tasted. I intended to take a picture of it but devoured it before I got the chance to do so. We also got a charcuterie board, and it was heavenly. It had a nice variety of meats, cheeses, pickled vegetables, and fruit. It came with plenty of bread which made it all the more enjoyable. I think I’d make the drive to Richmond just to come here.

We love cheese. I mean it might be an obsession and we were super excited to try our Truckle Cheesemongers. We started with a goodie bag which they delivered which was awesome. Because we loved the goodie bag we signed up for their Cheese Share where they curated a box of cheese and snacks every month. Then this past weekend I went to their patio and tried some of their grilled cheeses and oh my god, holy cow, it was so good. We highly recommend you checking them out!

Do not hesitate to enjoy Truckle for yourself or family and friends. Cheese is outstanding and such a special gift for special occasions. Maggie will take care of you. A special gem in RVA!

Had their Meats and Cheese as well as the Traditional Grilled cheese as offered at Blue Bee. Sandwich was devine! Love it. The lemon mayo adds a delightful brightness to the delicious melted cheese. I would eat it every day if I were closer.

Maggie helped me out arranging a cheese and charcuterie board for a friend who lives in Richmond (I don’t) and was so incredibly helpful and responsive in arranging the delivery, too. Absolutely a delight and my friend said the board was great! I was so happy to support a small business with quality products.

Holy Grilled Cheese, Batman! Currently at Blue Bee Cider, and we both ordered the Signature Grilled Cheese. We both agreed this is the first grilled cheese ever worth the price. DELICIOUS. Add the apple cider as a perfect pairing and you have yourself a gourmet good time. 👌

Truckle is wonderful! I started with their cheese share as a Christmas present for my wife about a year ago, and it was so good that we just decided to keep it. They give us a great variety of cheese each month and between months, and its always a nice night when we get our cheese.Today we went into their store, which is inside of Blue Bee Cidery, to get some cheese for New Years. Maggie, the owner, was there and was happy to help us pick the right set of cheeses to compliment the event, the champagne, and each other. She let us taste samples of the various cheeses too so that we could narrow it down. The store is wonderful and the service is even better!

The best-grilled cheese sandwich I’ve ever had!

Amazing experience. Maggie put together a wonderful cheese bucket for our daughters 21st birthday. She delivered straight to her door. She was incredibly easy to work with - she asked if I had specific cheese in mind, what price point, etc. I gave her an amount I wanted to spend, and then some guidelines (she likes chevre, but not brie; likes jams with it but not cornichons) and she created an amazing gift package. I would 100% recommend Truckle Cheesemongers to anyone who loves cheese, and for anyone looking for a great gift. So much better to order a great custom gift, prepared with love and delivered fresh. I cant wait until we are in Richmond again to visit the shop!

Truckle has created two meat and cheese plates for me to share with company. Everything was excellent both times. I’m looking forward to going back to see them again.

Truckle had me hooked on the first grilled cheese (and they do different kinds, so its exciting to try the new ones as they come out!)... and Ive loved every cheese Ive tried, especially the house made pimiento cheese! Going to try the beer cheese next. :)

Best cheese shop in town! The owner Maggie knows her stuff about artisanal cheeses, and her team of awesome cheesemongers are always helpful with pairing suggestions and gift ideas. I love them more every time I visit.

Stopped into Cheesemongers last night for the Raclette party. Nothing better on a cold winters night than watching warm, gooey, melted Raclette slowly drip off the scraping knife with that earthly smell that Raclette has. Thanks Cheesemongers for a wonderful experience!

One of my favourites places in RVA. I am from Spain and it is the only place where I have seen cheeses as I use to eat there, its incredible.
