The sales people were very knowledgeable and personable. They suggested ideas about various products. I will definitely visit again.

This store has everything a person could need or want. Lovely store and even friendlier staff.

Today I tried to shop in this store. Because I was wearing a face shield instead of a cloth mask for medical reasons, I was told I would have to leave. I told them my medical reason and that I was CDC compliant. I was then told it was not Williams-Sonoma corporate compliant. It felt really great being discriminated against for my medical issues. That said, I will never shop in any Williams-Sonoma again. I will celebrate this by doing my cookbook burning and donating to charity all previous purchases so I don’t have to relive this discrimination every time I cook.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. I will never shop with this company again (not an idle threat, I am disgusted). The online customer service is terrible. We purchased $1600 knives and they arrived used. We sent them back and were told a replacement would arrive in 1 week. It never came. 2 months later still nothing. We called and got hung up on, transferred to furniture department when we asked to speak with a supervisor to get our refund and complain. This is a common customer service tactic they use: they hang up or transfer to furniture. I don’t know if they are going out of business and don’t care about their customers but their actions were unacceptable. We had to get our credit card company involved in the dispute because the representatives either hang up on you or lie and don’t resolve the issue. Beware of making large purchases. They will keep your money even when the item is out stock and keep pushing back the in-stock date. Try Wayfair instead. They have the best customer service, only second to Amazon.

Horrible, rude staff, cheap horrible furniture, the staff was so rude and uninviting, horrible service, i recommend to not shop here it is just horrible.

DO NOT SHOP ONLINE!! orders go through vendors and customer service has no way of helping with order. Placed order online on 12/24, have had 3 dates that order would arrive, but have yet to receive it as of 1/20. Money is being held on my card but no one can confirm that it has shipped and they can’t cancel it because it’s a vendor item. If you can’t physically get it from the store buy from somewhere else.

It’s crowded in there so I dare not enter but I order things and have them sent to me. Beautiful items, cannot wait to be able to go in when things get back to normal. Bought so much for vegan turkey day

I had a customer service issue from a purchase made in store over the weekend. Wynn ( I am so sorry if I butchered the spelling of your name) took the best possible care of my concern and really made me feel heard and important as a customer. I am so thankful for my experience with her.

Store was admittedly busy while I was there but I approached two staff members looking for a general item. The first pointed at the four corners of the store and said all food items are in the corners, you could look and see if we have it. Having already done that I approached a second staff member who was stocking shelves who again just pointed in a general direction of the store and said I was happy to look for myself but provided no further assistance.Williams Sonoma is a luxury kitchenware retailer. Luxury retail commands a higher level of service than I would expect at Walmart. If they arent able to provide simple guidance then Ill just find my items at a lower cost retailer.

It was incredibly busy while we were there, but despite the crowd, things were pretty efficient. While the checkout lines were long, they moved quickly and the employees were still friendly and courteous. The store itself was clean and organized despite a crush of shoppers. Overall I was quite impressed with the way things went and happily got what I came for.

I very much enjoyed this establishment.... I did purchase a few things here, yet, what I intended to evaluate, a Bob Kramers Chef Knife, they did not stock.I had my two young children with me, so, an extended visit, as I prefer to do, was out of the question.

Excellent selection of kitchen-ware. We like to browse here to get ideas and occasionally purchase an item.... when we have saved up enough to do so.

I had a really great experience. The sales lady approached me very politely and helped me find multiple options for what I was looking for. She even did some research and found a me a product that was only in the backroom but was almost half off and fit what I was looking for. Thank you.

The ladies that work here are the sweetest and most helpful William Sonoma employees Ive ever met! This store is well kept and enjoyable to shop in.

Very cool place to spend a ton of money on stuff you may not necessarily need but definitely want. All of the stuff is just very high quality and staff was great as well

We went hungry and left with yummy pastas, pasta sauces, stuffing mixes, curry/coconut sauce and more. WS has all the equipment and fixings to make for memorable meals.

Excellent service at one of my favorite culinary specialty stores. My wife, son, and I came into William Sonoma within a half hour of closing, but Pam and Diane were still friendly and inviting. I wandered around for a while and both ladies were ready to assist. They even helped occupy my two-year-old son by playing with him and bringing him a cup of water with a snack. We finally decided to look at food processors, and Pam walked us through all of the various features of each model. We ultimately decided on a Cuisinart, a purchase which I directly attribute to excellent customer service. Diane was very helpful wIth the transaction, even though the store had closed fifteen minutes prior. I would travel to this specific location again just to see Pam and Diane. What a great team!
