First experience with this business in May wasnt the best because they ruined a shirt. But I did appreciate them paying for a replacement shirt. The only thing I didnt appreciate was the fact that I was still charged for cleaning of a shirt they ruined. That just makes no sense. I did email about the issue but never received a response which isnt a good look either.I have utilized the shoe repair and am pleased with the repairs.

Way overpriced and very slow for an extremely simple alteration. As is they were not overpriced enough they went ahead and also charged me for an Environmental fee for a cloth alteration.I didnt realize getting something stiched on hurt the environment....Youve been warned, take your money elsewhere!

Over priced. Unfair pricing. Would not accept coupon because I was already getting a good deal. Lady said the guy who accepted my dress didnt upcharge me and therefore I was getting a good deal ??????

Too overpriced for the quality.The pants I took in have permanent creases, and they somehow missed it and created railroad tracks on my pants (two creases). The crease was literally given to you and you missed it more than once lol.

I have used this cleaners for 7 or 8 years they are awesome, and they always greet me with a smile and have always made me feel welcome. I cant say enough wonderful things about them, Im lucky I have my own cleaners. Holiday Cleaners.

I brought in a pair of Birkenstocks to get the soles re glued. I paid $30 and when I got them back they squeaked every time I took a step. I brought them back and explained what was going on and told the Manager that they needed to be re glued again. The glue in the middle of the sole did not take. He sent them in and when they came back they still squeaked. I showed him that they still squeak. He said they would send them back. I said you don’t fix them here? He said he sends them out. He said he will send them back again. Which will be the third time now. I told him again that the glue did not take in the middle of the sole. He is going to have to remove the whole sole and start over. I waited again with no phone call when they were back. I tried them again and still same problem. The manager sent them out for the fourth time now! Once again no phone call that they are back. I had to go find out myself. Tried them on and Still same problem. The shoe repair he is using did not remove sole and start over. Complete waist of time. I told manager that I just wanted my money back and he said there was nothing he could do. I said its your business and you chose the shoe repair. I brought them to you. It is your responsibility to make sure they do the repair right. He still said there is nothing can do. Terrible Customer Service!!! This Manager does not no how to take care of Customer’s and does not no how to hold his people accountable! He does not understand that he is responsible for who he chose to do the repair. It’s on his business. I should have gotten a refund when he sent them out the third time!!! None was ever offered!!

Went there to get my shoe repair as a piece of it had been ripped, was told that it would be sewn back together and cost $12. Went back a week later at the time they told me and they had glued it with fabric glue and charged me $21 instead of the $12 wouldn’t recommend this place.
