Joann told me that my dresses (2) would be ready in one week after getting alterations. I arrived on the day she told me and they were not even started. Then I return a week later to find that she still has only done one of my dresses. So then I return another week later (3 weeks after I brought them in) and they are “done” but not to my liking and the length is completely wrong! Joann overworks herself and accepts too much in which causes all of her orders to be off schedule. She is unrealistic with her pick up dates and only does decent alternations. If you need pants hemmed, she’s great but if you need a full dress taken in, go somewhere else!

I had a suit that was a bit too big for me. I took it to several alteration stores and felt that they didnt have the experience to tailor the suit to my fitting. I met with Joann and she measured every bit of my body. I dropped off the suit and came back 3 days later. It was a perfect fit.Ive never had such professional service with an amazing turn around time. It was for a great price as well.Joann is my go-to for clothing alterations now. Shes hemmed all of my jeans and helped my wife with her wedding dress. I highly recommend her to anyone.
