Always prompt to ship. If there is a problem or a question with fulfilling an order...they have called me personally (not just sending an email) to ask if something could be subbed in it’s place, explain an alternative design or style, etc. Their customer service is absolutely top notch! The amount of time and money this company gives for LEO families is outstanding.

Ordered a few shirts and over all we were very happy with the quality. The cut of the shirt isnt exactly for my body and the arms are very tight which is my fault as items were purchased online and not seen in person. They put their logo way to big on the sleeve and that would most likely be the deal breaker for the future. I think the American flag should be larger and their logo wayyyy smaller. Order was shipped fat and arrived on time, we had no need to contact customer service.

Can this go to like 10stars? Seriously. Not only is this company selling extreme high quality merchandise (I’m a big guy so I get 4x shirts. I usually won’t dry other shirts due to them shrinking, but I’ve dried every single RDA shirt I own and no fading or shrinking) but they also do TONS of special events / fundraisers for all first responders. With what they did for Abigail Arias #758 alone, should make everyone want to buy from here. I just wanted to let you know how fantastic the Relentless Defender is. I ordered my LT shirt over the weekend, and as I was checking out it told me to log into my account, I didn’t realize I had one I did finish my order and then realized it was sending my shirt to the state I lived in two years ago. I called them right away Monday morning to let them know of my error and apologized. They said they take care of it. This morning I got an alert that shipped, and I noticed it was being shipped to my old address still. I called them right away, and they said no worries we’re sending one to the new address, but it would’ve been finding a needle in a haystack to find the other one. So this company is sending out two shirts, and they’re not guaranteed to get the one that I mistakenly ordered the wrong address back. That is fantastic customer service and company.
