Nora not only coughed in her hand while serving me and did not wash her hands her mask was not covering her nose and her attitude should not be serving guest. Will not return to this locating it is not safe. Highly recommend going to a different location it is worth the extra drive.

Customer service at this store is poor at best. I had an issue receiving my free reward dozen. When I asked about it, Lisa stated she could not help because I ordered on line. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, Lisa stated she was the supervisor. When I asked for the store manager, Lisa laughed in my face and left to get someone. At that point I decided to call the 1 800 number. Donuts good. Customer service poor at the best. Do not shop at this store

Doughnuts are always hot and PERFECT! Inside dining was not available but associates did a great job via drive-thru. Be prepared to wait but its definitely worth it!

Donuts are normally delicious. I went today for glazed donuts and they were cold. After I realized that they were were cold. I went back to the drive thru, to complain. I was told that they didnt have ANY hot donuts. They could have let us know that prior to ordering, then we could decide if we wanted the donuts or not. Very poor customer service. It was the one onBroad Street btw..

The product is very good! but the employees are without a doubt the worst. I ordered the mini donuts 2 for $2.29, there were 2 flavors so I ordered 2 of each the employee didnt care to understand me and started talking loudly and very rudely. more daughters were scared by all this!!! I would like to know where all this is and these ridiculous people who do not want to attend without distinction of race think they can treat it anyway and thats it!!!! disappointed by the lack of people like that

So many different varieties to choose from. The jelly donuts 🍩has that old school Jello taste.the Oreo cookie with/filling was delicious 😋, and The Birthday cake was on point. I havent had Krispy Kreme, in yrs. Thank you, keep up The good work. 🙏Amen

Everyone loves Krispy Kreme and why not? Fresh donuts and lots of great choices. When the kids are happy everyone is happy and the place is kept spotless and clean making it an enjoyable experience! I dont think theres a prettier lady serving up donuts in Richmond than gorgeous Nora at Krispy Kreme on Broad Street. I asked her this morning to recommend her favorite...and it was indeed delicious! As a kid in Roanoke, KKS motto was king of Americas donuts. I hereby nominate Nora for Queen!

Donuts were good but the serviced sucked! The employees were constantly laughing (at what I don’t know) and were rude! I went to say thank you once I received my donuts but the employee just shut the window in my face.

Hadnt had one in eons...went with 3 friends and we had our free donuts with our Covid shot proof along with coffee. The service was efficient and we got to watch and smell HOT donuts being made! The coffee is not my favorite but the donuts made the trip worthwhile. Warm and glazed bites that melted in our mouths! We savored every bit!

This location has fallen below their own standards. Nevermind what expectations we have of them. They clearly dont care if a customers food has been tampered with by the flies and bees that float in because they leave the drive thru window open. Dont even have the customers order ready by the time you get there. All these bugs floating over food, landing on the food and the donuts are cold. I asked for hot glazed donuts but when we finally got them they were cold. Some of the donuts werent even fresh! Wont be visiting this place again. Ew 😝

Construction at this location so you have to go in a different way. The person taking my order could hear me even thought I was screaming. We ordered at the window and he got the order wrong. The donuts where good nevertheless.

My free covid vaccine doughnut was excellent for my first time at Krispy Kreme, as was the strawberry donut I bought to accompany it.

I love this place been going there for over 49 years.Love watching the donuts being made. Today was a bit different. They grease needs changing and so does the racks. You can taste it in the donuts and see with your own eyes. But I will continue to go because I know they will clean them. I still love this place...

I cant believe my friend went through an embarrassing situation yesterday in front of her daughters. How does this company hire employees who have some kind of prejudice against those who were not born in this country? The client in question (Patrícia) felt constrained and coerced in this establishment, clearly for being an immigrant. And she apparently didnt speak perfect English. I dont understand and honestly cant believe it. It makes no sense. Hope you can rate your employees.

I have been eating those soft, warm glazed donuts for over 40 years now. I cant help it... when the Hot Donuts sign is on my car automatically turns in. If crack were food, KK glazed donuts would fill my pipe instead of my belly! 🤣

We went around 9:30 Thursday night.. we were in the drive-thru for about 15 minutes..but the doughnut Light was on.. was surprised by the wait but the hot doughnuts were worth it..but they were out of doughnut hole?!? besides that was satisfied.

The doughnuts look amazing! Cashier was friendly & attentive! The visit was great. Unfortunately, the HOT sign was not on. However, Krispy Kreme never disappoints!!

This Krispy Kreme has been around forever and is still going strong. Clean, nice staff, large window to watch them make the doughnuts, ample parking, a drive through and a prominent hot doughnuts light, make this a perfect spot for that *sweet* indulgence.

Drive thru was the only thing open had to wait in line for 35 minutes to get hot doughnuts. Needed experience people at the window. Visited Tuesday September 8.

The perfect place for a sweet tooth. I live when the LIGHT is on, indicating that the donuts are currently being made. As a family tradition, we tour the Tacky lights and end at the donut shop where we laugh, talk, and enjoy the donuts.

Krispy Kreme is one of those places that return me to childhood. Who could forget the first hot glazed donut? Now with the virus protocols, I had to leave the drive in line and enter the store. I guess people are ordering on line. But I got my free glazed donut for showing my vac card. I got a coffee and an additional 6 glazed donuts. Sadly the coffee was not as good as I remembered. It was steaming hot tho. No one else in my small household ate a donut.

The Best Donuts especially the Blueberry and the delicious Strawberry Chill! Cups are too small But so well worth the Taste! Yes! I called my sister in NC & shes on her way to Krispy for that delicious 🍓 Chill drink!

Delicious Donuts. Staff moves things along, but they really have no time to interact or offer suggestions or accommodations. Anything other than donuts theyll tell you no. If theres a special thats advertised in the store and even signs that show perks, theyll say sorry we dont have or it doesnt apply. This has happened numerous times. Please take down your signs and specials when they are over and train the staff to offer and understand promotions.

Thrive was extremely long for drive thru but they were really fast, our order was perfect and the wonder employee that took our order and gave it to us was so friendly and sweet! She made it so much more worth it then just getting our donuts 🍩!

Rude service. Came up to the drive-thru when we were rudely greeted. First they lied about what was available, per entering the establishment for drinks one of the offers we originally requested were said to be out of yet indoors there was plenty.Second when asked what was available to save the clearly exhausted employee some precious time for his business they said there was only 4 options available. So we placed an order for each. Chocolate glaze, Raspberry Custard, Regular Glaze and Chocolate Sprinkles. When I asked if he marked the order so it could be repeated back to be sure (a common practice in this day and age) I overheard a rude condacending Oh my god. That apparantly I wasnt supposed to hear. Then rudely repeating the order back as if were 3rd graders, some raised voices to see if we were sure we heard him right and then the price. The price wasnt the problem. Their attitude was. When we went to pay he slammed the window shut in our faces.I have worked many fast food establishments. Main names being Churches Chicken and Little Caesars pizza. I have been in this environment for 6 years. I also have been a teacher, a lab assistant, and customer service, retail. I assure you... My coworkers have been fired on the spot for that. I do know what its like to work under pressure and I know for a fact attitude is key for bussiness. Rush hour is not an excuse for attitude.I hope that everyone elses experience was much better than mine.

Getting a blueberry cake doughnut has ALWAYS existed at every KK Ive been to. When they told me they didnt have them, I asked about a regular cake doughnut. Again, I was shocked to learn they didnt have them. The person working the drive thru seemed that they couldnt have cared less as they were basically a no or yes type of communicator.

Depending on the day I have recieved good customer service and as well bad customer service. Its never consistent. The donuts are really good though.

There is nothing in the world like that melt in your mouth glazed donut they hand you right off the line so you dont lose your mind listening to the people in front of you picking and choosing their variety dozen boxes when all you want is that beautiful steaming box of deliciousness that is a dozen glazed rings plucked hot off the conveyor belt with a stick.With some practice, you too might someday learn to make it home with at least a couple of donuts left in the box. But dont worry, the practice is yummy!They do a little something special on St. Patricks day...

The freshly made warm original doughnuts were absolutely delicious... Pretty much just melt in your mouth. The others were alright, if a bit sweet. The coffee is tolerable, but I suppose that is to be expected from a place that is known for its doughnuts, not beverages. The employees were very nice and the customer service was great.Its pretty neat to see the original glazed doughnuts being made.

Donuts are great, however service is super slow.

Was able to purchase some donuts, but got stiffed on my strawberry chiller. Paid for a medium but received a small. The clerk tried to jet-eye splain to me that the cup sizing is different for the chiller, not understanding that I had purchased a medium one a few days ago and had the cup in the car with me! Consumers are not stupid.

Whenever Im in Richmond, I hit the drive-thru before 7 AM to get a dozen hot glaze to take home. I love double K. The cashier was wonderful.
