If you live in Texas you try a lot of rubs. But if we have guests this is the only one I cook with. Amazingly consistent flavor year after year.This rub isnt just for ribs and pork butt. We use this rib rub on everything from steaks to burgers. Actually when we do burgers we sprinkle this stuff on the buns before we toast them.
