Prior, I was steered by a contractor to use a large local competitor, who were rude, unresponsive, & miserable to deal with. I called it off at the final hour and called Best Stone at the recommendation of a friend. I’m so glad I did!

Just had my granite counters put in by Best Stone Innovation. They look better then I would have ever expected. Call the people at Best Stone Innovation are great to work with. The crew that installed the counters were great. Very professional quality workmanship. Most of all, Rebecca was a joy to work with. She looked after all my concerns and needs. Best place to get granite. Was very pleased at every step of the process. They had the best prices out of the 4 places I looked and was willing to cut into a new slab with no extra charge. Then I was able to get the sizing for my kitchen island measured and installed only 2 days later. The installation crew was amazing. They were able to carry a 9’ slab of granite up a winding staircase and install it with no chips or dings. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing new counter tops.

I never ever leave any reviews.We have had the WORST customer service and got the worse cabinet job ever.I just moved in in our new home and they did not finish the job.Thiago “releases us” from the contract leaving us with no hood. No pull our laundry baskets. No wine shelves. No hairdryer pull out. Half of the cabinets not installed and what he had installed was from a guy who he hired that put decks together.Toe kicks missing. No crown molding.And we paid for all of this.I cannot believe the way they run their business and the poor customer service.Like I said I never ever leave reviews this is my first time but I am just furious that they took our money and we are left with the worse cabinet job ever.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THEM! I wished I could post pictures on here to show everyone what kind of cabinets we are left with in our new home.

We had a great experience with Best Stone. From picking out the granite to installation. We did have an issue with the install (granite pieces not matching) but they jumped right on it and made the corrections. I picked Best stone based on the reviews because I knew there could always be issues with granite and I am so glad I did. I would highly recommend this company. Erica is wonderful to work with. She kept me informed constantly through the whole process. Forrest and Justin did the final install and I couldnt be more pleased with the end result and the customer services received from them.

I just had Best Stone install my counters, and they messed up the order. We ordered a 60/40 sink. At no time did they tell us that the 60/40 sink was larger than the 50 /50 sink they provide - not when we made the initial purchase, not when they came to measure, and not when they called to discuss rescheduling. We had the 60/40 sink in writing on our receipt, but they cut the granite slab for the smaller 50/50. It was only at the installation that we noticed the error. Erika claimed she had told my husband about the change, then claimed she had a notice in writing that we had signed, neither of which was true. The installer said our space was too small for the 60/40, which they said was 4 inches wider, but in fact our old sink was already 2 inches wider, and I just measured and found plenty of space on either side of the sink before you reach a drawer, so no carpentry was necessary. They just made a mistake with the order and tried to pass it off. I offered to take the existing order for a $150 discount, which would save them a lot of money to avoid recutting, and Erika screamed at me that I was not the boss of the company and hung up on me. Her manager wisely accepted the offer. Now I notice that the sink was installed off-center from the cabinets below, and it is just really small. I should have made them recut the entire slab. Avoid this very unprofessional business like the plague.

The easiest and best company to work with. I found them on a google search and walked into their building without an appointment. The front desk immediately welcomed me and showed me exactly what I wanted. (This happened in under 5 minutes). Then over the next 20 minutes, I had the edge of my new Quartz countertops, and down payment done. They are quick, inexpensive and wonderful. Since I am out of town they arranged for a quick, fast measurement. The measurement went seamlessly! As did the installation. The company fulfilled all of its promises, they were always available by phone, everyone was incredibly nice and the countertops look amazing.

From Rebecca who recognized my anxiety over stone selection to Thiago who understood my budget constraints all the way through to installation by Junior and Ulysses who willingly answered all my questions and provided expert advice, just a great company! Service at beginning was great, price was decent, and was able to find a beautiful slab of granite. But the installation was done poorly. First problem was the holes they put in new fresh drywall, they could have made a nice straight cut but instead just busted out an area. Fairly minor and I ended up patching it myself (had to redo the horrible patch left from installers). Second bigger issue is the measurements were off - I have almost NO overhang on the front side of several cabinets. Standard is 1.5 overhang to provide a lip. Also a large gap along wall that looks unsightly. This is unacceptable and a huge mistake. Called to report issue same day and was told they would come out and repair but its been a month and no one has called me back and no one has come to repair the granite. Id recommend to go elsewhere where they care about the quality of work and customer service and satisfaction.

Even with some last minute adjustments to the measurements from our part, they were able to quickly modify the order and still deliver and install the countertops on time. Thiago and Erica were very professional as well as the installers who took extra care to ensure the install went as planned while cleaning up after themselves. Great customer service, picked the granite on Tuesday, met the installer for measurements Tuesday evening and the product was installed on Friday. Awesome!

At first we were very happy. Communication was good. Very friendly. Prices were good. Fabrication time was very fast. The installation wasnt finished yet when my wife had to leave to go pick up kids so was not able to inspect anything or watch. The next day i found a crack behind the sink that looked like it had been glued back together. As if they broke it on install and tried to fix it on site. Well later the oops repair failed and the crack is separating. I contacted them and told them about it. They basically called me a liar and said they were going to charge me to fix it. Very shady. Whoever broke it on install or transportation knew it and tried to hide it. Very shady. Low prices yes. But apparently they cant afford to fix their screw ups with those prices.UPDATE:::::::: they have made some personnel changes. New manager and installers. They are attempting to make good on the error. Commendable. A young company with some growing pains
