Had such an amazing experience with this company today . We were finishing a job and had run out of a tank we needed. We called the company and within an hour they had delivered to us exactly what we needed ! It saved us and our customers an amazing amount of time and money. Rashad was amazing. Eric goes above and beyond with getting quotes, needed orders, or simply just helping with finding any and everything our company needs, with his knowledge we have been able to expand with brands we use and save big time without loosing quality but actually gaining quality materials. They have the most pleasant driver Chris who is by far our favorite delivery guy!! By the second visit to our location he had already managed to know us by name, He takes the time to build a relationship professionally and personally with our staff and I can honestly say when I see if face I immediately smile. He takes the time and patience to talk with our office staff so that we are aware of all our refills and at a 💯 he makes sure we have all our needed paperwork!! I took my CO2 tank to be refilled but they were not wanting to refill tanks that day instead they wanted me to exchange it. I wasnt interested in an exchange as I wanted to keep the tank I had so I persisted and asked for a refill. My 5lb tank used for a kegerator typically last a year on a refill but only lasted 2 months when refilled by Roberts Oxygen. Thinking it wasnt completely refilled that day! Last time I take my business there!
