Super knowledgeable team and a gigantic selection of inventory. These guys are commercial truck specialists and helped me pick the perfect pickup for my needs, which is hauling huge horses. They answered all of my questions and gave me a fair price.

After Fridays disappointing scheduled inspection, We were contacted by the manager, Glen, who apologized for what happened. We were always A Ford family. After speaking with Glen, our trust has been restored. Our NEXT vehicle will be a Ford. I hope never to go through that experience again. I am glad they called to fix things.

Let me start by saying I have talked to Robert about a cheap f550 last year and he said when got one he would call me ...now I was on google and come across the 2013 ford f550 that Richmond ford had so he never called me about it so I called the next day after seeing it online and I told him why didn’t you call me about it and told they had 6 people in line for it well I talk to you last year so I should have had first go at it ....this place is a joke they didn’t care about customers
