My husband dropped off our equipment and thy didnt give us a receipt or even ask his name or account. What terrible in-store service.

Never can talk to a human its always the recording you never get what you want or asking for. They will go right back to automated. Going to have the cable shut off its not worth the money. They continue to raise your bill. The only channels my mother has are local so why should you have to pay for local channels.

Helpful on the phone, box was dead. Helpful in the store, got a new one right away. They said plug it in and it should program itself and run through the setup. Yeah, like that had EVER worked before without calling in. IT WORKED!
The call center is in the PHILIPPINES!!! Cant call local office. Grrr!!.

Great staff, willing to do all they can with the resources available to them to help. Unfortunately they seem rather limited in what they can do in areas other than cable. I have been able to get everything I need in regards to cable and even home security, but def could use the local support with xfinity mobile which they are not equipped or allowed to help with.
Was able to be in and out quickly and efficiently. The employee was friendly, knew her products and very helpful. It made for a better experience than I thought I was going to have.
Other than the lobby being too warm my experience was awesome thanks to Zac who was quite friendly and helpful.

Comcast is still ILLEGALLY signing their customers up for bundle packages they never inquired about or were asked to consider. They used an internet phone number from their own internet phone service as the order contact number. They added $5 to my bill and a bundle package with things I dont want or need. I told them to undo this and they removed the additions but refused to restore my previous monthly payment. Comcast was JUST FINED for hundreds of thousands of cases like this, and they are STILL DOING IT. Seems like the method is using a phone number they can generate via their Voice service and ordering bundles containing products they wish to impose upon customers in order to expand market share in things like phone service which they cant monopolize locally. They add a little money to your bill hoping it goes unnoticed. And they are so confident that theyll get away with it they dont even bother to feign surprise when you call and tell them something is going on with your account. They didnt even take the extra 5 dollars on my bill. They even TRIED TO CONVINCE ME TO KEEP THE BUNDLE. Comcast is as unethical as a business can be without literally killing their customers. If I had any other option for broadband internet Id happily switch to get away from this evil company.

I dont have a problem with the place itself. I have a problem with the internet. At around 1:00 am the wifi doesnt load anything and doesnt work again until past 9:00 am. This has been happening for the past 2 months all 7 days of the week.

I called Comcast customer support a couple of months ago to ask for a better pricing plan, because I was a full time student and could not afford the services I have. The customer service agent was very nice and seemed to understand my situation, been there he said. However, even though he tried to do what he could, there were no alternatives he could offer that fit my budget. I cant help but wonder, if owing my own modem and other equipment played a role in what he could offer. Unfortunately, I may have to completely disconnect my services, as paying more than $80 a month just wont fit the budget. Its too bad that Comcast/xfinity doesnt have just an internet only package that is affordable for existing subscribers.

No response from Comcast regarding our dissatisfaction with their product. The cable TV fails several times a day and has to be powered down and rebooted.
Horrible. They owe me money but havent bothered to pay me. When I moved out of state, they assured me they wouldnt charge a fee because they do not service my new area. The lady said I would get my refund of $47 within 3 months.. (refund was due because I over paid) instead of a refund, they sent me a collection letter saying they charged a cancellation fee of $230. Four calls, and three face to face visits later, they canceled the cancellation fee, but didnt notify the collections department or send my refund. Its been five months now. Theyre incompetent.
They do more to check that they have all the correct information than any other comcast place Ive been to
Tried to upgrade to X1, but was sent 2 of the smaller boxes which could not watch most channels. Was told by a rep through chat that they were the wrong boxes and I needed to swap them out at my local Comcast center. Went in on a Saturday at 10:15 (they open at 10:00) and was met by a line of 4 people in front of me and only one window open. Was finally seen at 10:45 and told that they dont do swap-outs of the X1 boxes and I would need to have them sent out to me. At this point, the line behind me was more than 10 people, and they were all growing irritated. I am extremely dissatisfied both by their staffing levels and their lack of communication between customer service and the local service centers. I feel very sorry for the woman behind the counter.
I just love comcast so much. 180 bucks a month for cable/internet is just so goshdarn affordable I will never switch. I havent even mentioned the fact that I love where comcast is taking things with net-neutrality. They know just what the people want. Thanks again Comcast! 👍
100 dollars month, and u get this speed after paying bill switching to just internet, after double dipping on blast speed, years later.

😂 the senior lady working there told me I had to go through the office to get my service working. After telling the Comcast representative I wasnt going into that office ever again they fixed my service and didnt have to go into the office 😂
The service reps are great people and they try hard to work for such a TERRIBLE company- in which your bill changes every month.From $30 up to 70 dollars- and then youre forced to call them for hours EVERY MONTH just to get them to bring it back to where its supposed to be.I HATEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE COMCAST WITH SO MUCH PASSION IT HURTS.EDIT: FINALLY replaced Comcast with a real - service - provider,(which wasnt available to me until now). Hallelujah BYE BYE COMCAST omg YES

Terrible customer service in just about every aspect of their business. Takes forever to get a real person and then its someone overseas. New installation and weve been trying to get the cable line buried for two months. They keep promising someone will come out within 48 hours......doesnt happen.
