No longer there place is closed down with for rent sign in window

I have been here twice.The first time I was warmly greeted and attended by the staff. I met the owner, and felt as a value customer. I sold some gold and got a good deal for the quick cash I needed. This visit was a 5/5 star review...however my second visit was not the case.I visited again on 1/2/2020 and was greeted by two young staff members. I told them I was there to sell some gold coins. I presented the coins and the female worker told me that they would not accept them because the coins tended to be heavily plated. In my first visit, the owner and staff tested the gold without question and told me which pieces were gold and not-gold. Unfortunately, the female worker did not want to test them.I do plan on doing business with them in the future, but I will make sure either the owner or the other staff members who where there on my first visit are present.Overall, they have an excellent collection of guitars, jewelry, hardware, electrics, and guns.

Its a great pawn shop that has lots of items to offer. I got myself a few guitars from there and jewelry and theyve been great.

I dont think Ive ever been in a more organized and clean pawn shop in my life! Lol.Very friendly and professional staff, especially the new manager and the owner, who are very knowledgeable and helpful.Their prices were VERY reasonable so I highly recommend them. This business is a hidden gem in our neighborhood.

Manager at this place was horribly rude and customer service is not in his vocabulary. I came in and was asking prices and he immediately said Im not doing half off prices on anything. I never even asked anything like that at all. I assume because Im Hispanic and he was Caucasian that I was profiled racially. If you want better treatment and not profiled go to another place. The prices here are way too high for used tools. they have the same as the home depot and Lowes. Never again going to this location.

Walked in and purchased a beautiful ring yesterday. Extremely happy and the price for the quality of items in there is hard to find at pawn shops. Thank you so much you have a great guy working for you. Definitely will shop again and also recommend to all.

The pawn box has been great to my girlfriend and I. We moved out of town but still pay on our loans the best we can, and they have been outstanding with understanding and accommodating when it comes to our needs. Thank you pawn box for all your effort and great customer service. I know our things are safe and secure. Thank you again!!
