Being from Louisiana I had to bring my golf cart every year to a repair shop. It seemed that every spring the golf cart would not run so back to the shop for repairs. My son moved to a little town named Needville and said Mom next time you come visit go talk to this place I pass all the time tell them about your cart! Well we went to the shop and spoke with them and they said that next time we come bring the cart and they will be happy to take a look and give me a call with what they find! Well we did just that, they called me within a few days and I said go ahead and repair! Well it is has been 3 and a half years and my cart has not been back anywhere to be repaired! Great people and great service!

I wanted a new side by side with power steering so I decided on the Kawasaki Mule Ranch edition. I called a dozen dealers and most of the dealers did not have them in stock and were priced higher than what Richmond Equipment quoted me on the phone. The Salespeople were very professional and I was in and out in a very short amount of time. They even made a little goodie bag for my grand daughter because I told them she likes to ride with me and check the cows.

Have been there before, a few years ago. Bought it from them. They no longer carry it. They have rotten customer service. My wife and I drove all the out there with a budget of $10-$12 thousand. Ready to buy. Once again, Was completely ignored. Several people drove by us in the very vehicle we wanted to buy. Complete ignorance. Spent a good 30 minutes on the lot. I might as well have been invisible. Then, I suddenly remembered my last experience a few before so, I called the wife and we left empty handed. Why are they there?

This business seems very helter-skelter. They have nice people working there, but they will never call you back. The wait time is going to be long. You will have to call them back to find out information, as far as my experience has been.
