From the moment we stepped into the BBG building in Henrico, VA and met Jaime, Sales Rep to the finished project in our kitchen was seamless and nothing short of amazing. Her knowledge of granite and design really helped me with my selection. She was very thorough explaining the selection/ installation process and was very responsive to our phone calls/emails.We also recognize the team of professionals who did outstanding work in our kitchen:---Jacob who came to measure the counters using a laser. His job was key to the accuracy of the new granite tops.---Luiz and his partner who removed the old granite and installed the new granite. It is noted that the old granite was installed 15 years ago, and it took four men to carry the granite for the island into our home. I was shocked that Luiz and his partner carried the old granite out and the new in by themselves without incident. They were very courteous during the installation and ensured that the kitchen was swept up and cleaned before they left.---Chris the plumber who replaced the new sinks, disposals and faucets took professionalism a step further by sharing his time saving knowledge on refilling the liquid soap dispenser. He took the time to mark the inside tube of the soap dispenser to show me when to stop filling the soap. What took me almost an hour to do, will only take a matter of minutes now. Thank you for the timesaving tip.Again, thank you for an overall exceptional experience. I am definitely recommending BBG to all my friends and neighbors who are in the market for new kitchen countertops!

We are having a house built in Amelia. And our builder is Amazing. But he sent us here to pick out our granite. We meet Tanya who showed us the granite the builder thought he liked and budgeted for. But we could upgrade for the kitchen and bathroom. We asked to give us a price for a upgrade in kitchen and bathroom two different types of granite. A couple days later the builder said Tanya liked this for the kitchen and another for the bathroom. Something different from what we asked to get a price on. We had to go back again and meet Tanya and tell her again what we wanted prices on and what sink we wanted. And we wanted the big part on the left. My wife asked her did she need to write any of this down and she said NO. Well as you can see the sink was installed wrong. We did get the right granite. But the builder told me the day they installed it he was mad because they cut some pieces wrong for the backsplash in the kitchen and a piece in the bathroom that now we are waiting on and the installers made a mess and got mud on the brand new carpet. I own a business and first thing I learned is write everything down. No matter how smart I think I am. Because you can forget and make these types of mistakes.

Brazilian Best Granite installed a large kitchen island measuring 60 by 120 with two 12 mm matching porcelain tiles. They gave us a waterfall edge on 3 sides. Their approach was very respectful and professional. The measurement were taken by laser and reconstructed to give us a 360 degree view of the final product. We had many meetings with their liaison team who were patient and explained the whole procedure. The tile was cut with the latest equipment in their new workshop and installed with the utmost precision. They delivered what they promised. I highly recommend them without any reservations.

Update; BBG has followed up with me and everything is now to our satisfaction. The president of the company company even compensated my wife for having to clean stone dust from every inch of our new kitchen. This was not anything I asked for and it shows that they do care about satisfied clients, I am changing my review rating.At the recommendation of the cabinet guy, we used BBG for our new kitchen, it has 15 ft of counter an a 9x5 island. Very disappointed from start to finish.When looking at at selecting your slabs nail them down on price right then. They do have a fantastic selection of slabs.The measurement process was great but even though the sink was sitting there they declined to take the template for the cutout with them, yes, the sink hole was cut incorrectly. This error was determined after the island slab was in place and the crew that carried it inside had left. The hole had to be recut in place in our brand new kitchen, granite dust in every nook and cranny. The worst part is that they didnt cut the hole to the correct size again. It wasnt until they were gone that we realized the drainboard and cutting board designed to sit over the sink, dont fit.The dark blue cabinets got scratches during this process and I had to get a touch up kit from the cabinet company and repair the damage.Also after completion we reported back to them with photos that there are some scratches in the Island Slab finish apparently from clamps used for shipping or something? Please dont ignore problems,The price issue we experienced was addressed and we negotiated a discount however the Level 1-5 is a deceptive model.The sink issue is one I will just have to write off as the sink and plumbing would have to all be redone and then we would have to have granite dust everywhere again.The scratches on the island slab that I reported in person and via email have not been responded to as to what, if anything can be done. Until then will annoy me on a regular basis like right now!When it comes to a beautiful kitchen or bath, its all about the details, choose your subcontractors wisely.

I used them to remodel my kitchen. Fabulous job. They assisted with picking granite. We chose Volga Blue (really black with blue sparkles). Anyway they did a fabulous job! In fact the company who did my tile back splash which was New Jerusalem Gold Travertine asked it he could take pictures and use for his portfolio because it look so good,

We recently upgraded our kitchen and had a fantastic experience with BBG. Jamie Gibbs was our Project Manager and she was fantastic. From the moment we visited their showroom, she helped us understand the entire process, gave us insights on what to expect, and was always there when we needed anything or had even the silliest of questions. The installation work went well and scheduling was very proactive and easy to deal with. My wife and I would recommend them to anyone needing their assistance!

BBG put in my quartz counter top a year ago, and I still love it. They gave excellent service and had the best price around!

I am a professional builder and I will never again use their product. The staff is great unless you have a problem. They broke a water line on a house in the west end and just shut the water off and left. They said its not their problem and to call a plumber. The stone is good but customer service is BAD. We have had several problems with the stone being damaged and installed poorly. I will be using another vender from now on

Walked in for some quotes on some quartz countertops but because I told him I already got a quote at Home Depot they told me they couldnt give me a quote. Do you want my business or not?? Dumbest. Policy. Ever.
