They had the parts I needed in stock and repaired my cylinder while I waited excellent customer service would recommend them to anyone.

I bought a brand new Boxer loader, and after 160 hours one of the lift cylinders came apart. We are a small family stump grinding business, we rely on this machine everyday! We brought the cylinder in and they had it turned around, rebuilt, and tested in less than 3 hours!! Amazing service, they will repair all of our hydraulics from now on!

I been using HESCO for a couple years now and have always been given great service. Their inventory of parts is amazing. I usually rebuild my own cylinders and just buy the parts but have left cylinders I couldnt get apart and was treated more than fairly. They are always willing to give tips and advice on the harder to replace seals. Thanks guys!

Ok so I had them repack the seals in one of my rv slide out hydraulic cylinders and when I picked it up my bill was 220. So after looking at the bill they changed me 20 bick for spay paint witch I did not ask or need them to do. They changed me for 2 hours of labor and I can promise you I could have repacked the seals in a hour myself and I never have done it. I also have some other random changes on my receipt that dont make since. To me it seemed like they tried to get every penny outta me. Oh yeah I could have just bought a new cylinder for less they what thay charged bit I guess you live and learn.

We delivered 2 working 1.5 foot long hydraulic cylinders for inspection that were operating fine and not leaking, there were no issues with the cylinders.We purchased a used piece of equipment and just needed a peace of mind that the cylinders where ok.We have no issue with the hourly rate of $80.00 hour that is a fare rate. We do have a problem when we contacted the owner Arnold and he stated that there is a min 5 hour charge after we picked up the cylinders on just the labor. I informed the owner that if it took his employee 5 hours to inspect and replace the seal parts in 2 cylinders he should terminate his employee and he agreed.So HESCO charges companies for labor hours not performed.Total bill was $638.41 including parts and $400.00 was in labor. If it took 5 hours fine but it did not take 5 hours…If there was information posted in his office that informed me I would have left with my equipment that’s where the issue is. Just be honest with the hourly rate charged and minimum time charged. Inform the customer before they leave there equipment what your terms are….SPEAK UP… I would recommend any company that visit this location do your homework first. Hesco is not the only game in town. We will not go back knowing of their 5 hour rate terms he informed me of over the phone “after the fact”. Got us once but not again…. Arnold let your conscience be your guide

Really experienced guys working here. Had an issue for a piece of equipment they dont normally service, and the helped us out and saved us a good bit of time and money! I will defiantly go to them if I ever have an Hydraulic issues in the future!
