Ordered the Kia Telluride. While it took 4 months to get it, the salesman was very upfront about that. The wait was worth it! We love the vehicle and the entire buying experience was easy starting with our salesman, Kelly, through financing and driving off the lot. Ryan was exceptional. He was able to answer the questions I had about the new Carnival that recently arrived at the dealership. He completed my request to test drive it and was thorough in his review of the car before leaving for the test drive and made sure to check on us upon returning to see what questions we had. While I wasnt able to complete the transaction that day he provided information on the gentleman who did the trade ins and I returned the following day for a review of my 2020 Kia Sorento. In the end the dealership was able to work out the trade in and I drove away in my wonderful new vehicle. This is the second car Ive purchased from this dealership and the sales staff has always been amazing!!!!!!

I called to make an appointment for service on my Kia (check engine light indicating a problem with the intake manifold). There was no appointment available for over three weeks. However, I was told that I could bring the car in ahead of time and they would get to it if they were able to. They repaired it about a week early. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and the job was done well.

Takes advantage of customers, especially women. I checked multiple items before my wife went to get an inspection and they tried to persuade her to get unneeded maintenance. Tried to charge $104 for a single bulb change. The bulb costs $6.99 at AutoZone. Avoid at all costs.

Quick service. Completely uninterested in showing me the car, didnt explain any of the features just stood across the parking lot watching me try and figure it out. As soon as I was done with the test drive he just took it back, no showing me the engine or cargo space, had to stand there and read the info sheet in front of him. Didnt even ask if I wanted to buy it, man just left me in the parkinglot.

I took my KIA for the 60,000 mile service. They didn’t fill the transmission fluid all the way . Then they wanted to tell me it wasn’t their fault. I decided to give them a second chance to service my car . However no one would answer the phone in the service department. No I’m going to the south side to take it to Hyman Brothers for service and when it’s time to buy a new car !!

It was the best experience we have ever had in purchasing a new car! Ryan Morgan, our sales representative, greeted us immediately after our arrival on the lot. Ryan was very courteous and professional throughout the sale process. He was very knowledgeable about the Kia Soul and explained the cars various features thoroughly. When we picked up the vehicle, Ryan went over the various safety, dash and radio features again and explained how to access and change settings. Mike Brittingham, the Used Car Sales Manager, assessed our 2016 Kia Soul and reviewed its value with us. Very poor experience. I ordered parts and provided the VIN as requested to ensure I received the right parts - still got parts for a different model. Emails went unanswered. Finally got someone on the phone and they made a big deal out having to overnight me the correct parts for free - even though it was their mistake they were fixing. They finally agreed to overnight them but it still took 3 days to get them because they did not honor the agreement they verbally made on the phone. There are countless other companies to get these parts from and you will be much happier if you use one of them instead of this place.

I tried to give multiple chances and after my 3rd horrible experience, I found a new kia dealership. I went to this establishment to fix a recall with my vehicle. i dropped off my keys and was called 30 minutes later to be told that the part that was received was damaged during shipping and I had to wait an unknown amount of time for a replacement to come inI went back to collect my vehicle and asked why did they not inspect the part for quality assurance upon delivery. Due to there lack of quality assurance an customer service i wasted a whole day and lost wages from work this is completely unacceptable was totally avoidable ill be taking my business elsewhere

I had a great experience at West Broad Kia! I spoke on the phone with Ryan yesterday, he was professional and personable, so I decided to schedule the test drive. When I got there today, he had options ready for me. THEN I asked about a totally different car and he didnt miss a beat. Not pushing one trim over the other, he just shared as much info as possible and let me decide. I ended up driving home a loaded Kia Niro and Im excited about my commute again! Ryan even dropped my old car off at my home so I didnt have to come back to the dealership. Cant say enough good things about the whole experience. I stopped into West Broad Kia on a whim today. I was exhausted from shopping online, finding the right price but wrong fit, and wading the different personalities of several salespeople. I’m glad I said enough and went straight to the professionals. Kelly was such a pleasant soul, very approachable, and never pushy.* Tracy finalized my paperwork with a bubbly personality and good nature. Overall, a very smooth sale that made me feel settled in my decision. I love my new car!*Unknowingly, I had met Kelly over a year ago. He allowed a customer to test drive a car to the hospital where I work in order to have their loved one try getting in and out of it safely. I was the PT who worked with this client during the assessment. This really spoke to me. Wow! What customer service! (P.S. he made that sale, too!) I spent many weeks shopping for the right car at the right price. I went to many dealers who either didn’t care, or straight up lied. I called West Broad Kia on a whim, didn’t even know they were there. Spoke with Kelly and everything changed. I told him the story and what I was looking for. Told him the price I wanted to be at. After speaking with one of the sales managers he said we can move forward, come on in. Went in and in a matter of 30 minutes everything was done. Any other dealership I went to, I had to sit around for hours. He understood this made me uncomfortable and told me to go enjoy my day and he would handle everything. Which he did. This was a bit of an unusual buying situation and I had specifics as far as the car that required locating the needle in the haystack. Kelly went above and beyond. As far as he and the Kia sales team go, I couldn’t ask for more. I’m very pleased and would buy from them again. I only wish they offered some perks like most dealers are now, ie oil changes, inspections etc.

Rude from the start. I was all set to buy a vehicle and had even signed the paperwork. After my husband left, they magically re-ran my credit and the monthly payments went up $150. I had already signed everything and was ready to go until that point. I left and bought a Jeep. If you are a female, beware, they will try the I am male and know all sales approach.

Yall were amazing! After the horrible bate and switch I experienced the weekend prior to working with your team it was excellent working with a group of honest individuals. I called to test drive a Sorento listed on the website and received a call back prior to coming explaining it wasnt for sale yet, it was a service vehicle. Still wanting to get a feel for the size of a Sorento I test drove the car I purchased. We came to an agreed upon price quickly. The following day I completed the paperwork and was given a run down of the vehicle. Since taking it home Ive received follow-up calls just checking in to see if I had any questions and to see how things were going. Yall were awesome!!!

As I first time car buyer it was a super streamline and easy process thanks to Alonzo. I searched through their cars online and asked for an e-quote online. Alonzo promptly called us within ten minutes to answer any questions we had about the Forte 5 which was available. We told him we would be by shortly and when we arrived he was filling the car up with gas (talk about excellent and proactive service!) He knew all the necessary specs and really made me and my family feel at ease with such a big step for myself.He’s been with Kia for many years and it really shows through his product knowledge and general care of his clients. I asked the lady when I called to make the appt to send me a reminder but of course I never got one. Then they told me they dont have my email address even though I had service done previously. This review is about the exceptional service I’ve received on a used Kia Optima EX from a local dealer (Not from Kia directly). I just want to start by stating that DJ in the service department is the absolute kindest and sweetest human being that I’ve met at any service department. He was precise and made it easy to understand the things I needed to know with my vehicle.This is my first Kia purchase and six days later I had issues with car that has prevented me from driving it. I got my pre-inspection purchase done here and a few recalls were needed and an alignment, which I got done the following Monday along with the serpentine belt. He also set me up with the free shuttle service to and from my home while they conduct the services.That same week I was scheduled for the spark plugs and filters but little did I know my engine was going to go out while I was driving on the highway (very sad time as this happened to my last vehicle back on 12-23). I purchased warranty from the 3rd party offered at the local dealer but I didn’t have to use it (which I’m super grateful for) because Kia has stepped in and is fixing the issue and has given me a rental car while the work is being done. I’m speechless and grateful all at once.Dj and Kia have been outstanding and treated me with the upmost respect as if I just purchased a new vehicle their lot. This situation has given me so much faith in Kia vehicles and I will gladly purchase a new vehicle in the near future when I’m ready for another vehicle.Dj has made this entire process stress-free and a easy transition for service to my vehicle.
